Great coffee shop and great service. Friendly staff and a nice menu selection from gorgeous scones to toasties to cakes. Soups and salads available too

Called in here for a bite to eat, I ordered my usual panini, whoopie, I was shocked that it had went up from £4.95 to £7.95!! My goodness I don’t mind paying extra for inflation but that’s a bit much, I definitely will not be back, that’s just a rip off.

This is a lovely coffee shop. The food is consistently good however some members of staff are just plain rude. Thus is the second time I've been and on both occasions experienced rudeness and a distinct lack of customer service. I won't be back. Shame.

Food was amazing & staff were so pleasant and attentive, we both had toasties then delicious cake & coffee definitely a hidden gem in glengormley ❤️ we will be back!

Passing by stopped for lunch. Went straight to a table and the order was taken. One person (guess the owner( was doing all the food prep and controlling of the staff. Several people came in following me and had to go upstairs where waitress service was also available. Food fresh at tasty.

My sister & I visited here on a Tuesday afternoon, hoping to have coffee & a scone. The place wasn't too busy but we waited & waited to order. I had to ask an assistant in the end. We ordered two coffee & two scones (I noticed that the price of a scone was exorbitant but decided to order anyway). We waited. And waited. And then waited some more. All the other diners were receiving their orders & half the staff were standing about not doing much. Half an hour after ordering we left & went elsewhere. Terrible service & uninterested staff. Won't be retuning.

A great spot for lunch in the Glengormley area. We chose the Italian panini as it was the vegetarian option and it was served with coleslaw and salad. The panini was very tasty and one of our party said it was the best she had had! The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The prices are very good, given the rise overall. It is clean and well decorated. I would highly recommend The Cheeky Cherub. I would like to see a few more veg and vegan options.

My son and I had a lovely lunch today. Nicely decorated, variety of lunch and dessert options. I had chicken and bacon ceaser salad which was delicious and my son had a baked potato with salad which he said was lovely. My Americano coffee was also nice. Staff pleasant and friendly, all in all a great little spot.

Aesthetically pleasing cafe but poor execution. Overpriced for what you get. Poor childrens menu but not a big deal. Asked for plant based milk however was told that they don’t offer it - even though it was on the menu. Staff seem unorganised, 3 different girls took our order and all too busy chatting when we came to pay. Left a little disappointed.

We frequently visit this wonderful cafe for food, coffee and even a quick tray bake. The service is excellent and always leave us with smile. Friendly staff, quick service and the food and coffee is superb!

We’d never been to the Cheeky Cherub before but a recently received gift voucher encouraged us to call in today. We were very impressed by the friendly staff and really enjoyed our pancake, maple syrup and bacon stacks. We brought a mixed salad bowl home for teatime and it was lovely too. The place is bright and cheery and clean. The decor is very pretty, if a bit girly, I wouldn’t let that put you off. The menu is reasonably priced and there is plenty of space upstairs, and a second car park. We will definitely be back.

I'm a frequent customer and I can honestly say the food is great. The menu is compact and offers a great choice. And if there is something special you want the staff will do their best to accommodate you. They don't serve fries or chips so dont ask. Staff are friendly while remaining professional and they will go that extra mile to make you feel valued. Decor is beautiful and relaxing. Upstairs is beautifully laid out for groups. The flower wall is a lively background for photos as is the Cherry Tree. Don't just take my word for it. Call in and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Oh and there's plenty of parking.
