Don't know if restuarant was at fault or the delivery driver but my last two orders to Chayada have been extremely late and food arrived cold. Restaurant is less than 15 minutes drive from home so really no reason for food to have arrived cold.

lovely food and a great delivery driver. He had transport issues on the way so was running behind time - rang to explain and completed the delivery via public transport! Really amazing

The food was excellent - particularly enjoyed our mains (a yellow curry and a tofu stir fry). However, the food was late and the delivery driver got lost and then tried to blame us for ‘not giving a proper road number’. We live in a block of flats with a name and no number - it’s not that hard to find.

Drink missing from my order. Restaurant told me it would be re delivered in 15-20 mins. Waited well over an hour and the driver never turned up. When I called to ask where it was they gave me a BS story about how it had already been delivered and I was extremely happy with it… sorry what? Great food but bad service.

Beyond disappointing. The Pad Thai has about the prawns in it and tasted like it had been tossed in “old” oil. The aubergine dish was so hot it was inedible. The Thai red curry was really loose and implanted with any real content. We’ve put it in the bin and we’ve ordered another meal from Lucky Cat on an alternate platform.

Ordered quite a lot of items and only the special fried rice was passable. Pad thai is far away from pad thai. Absolutely tasteless. Papaya salad was bland (even though we asked for extra spicy) and unfortunately we did not enjoy the food. (Keep in mind we eat regularly thai food and this was really bland)

Ordered from them multiple times - just want to say their pad kee mao is among the best I've ever had. I always regret not ordering two because I don't want to stop eating it.

We didn’t come in with any high expectations. Having lived in Asia and Thailand , we love Thai food and we were craving some spice and discovered this place. everything we ordered was sugar loaded ( we have also learnt Thai cooking and we understand some sugar is needed). Ordered 5 dishes - 2 starters and 3 mains and it all was presented together in 10 mins ( says how fresh and fast the chef moves). I really wouldn’t have waste the calories! It’s best to grab a Pret Sandwich instead! Very disappointed.

Delivered quickly. I had the Thai yellow curry. The flavours were lovely however the portion was very small. I also ordered the sticky rice and it was a very small bag, not worth £3.50. In my opinion it was over priced for the portion size. It was also wrapped in a lot of cling film which wasn’t needed, made it messy to open and is bad for the environment.

Booked this to take a friend out for dinner. I wish I had tried it beforehand to avoid embarrassment. The papaya salad was stale, the ingredients were limp and discoloured, the satay looked white and unappetizing. We hoped that the mains would be better but they turned out to be as bad. The tofu was soggy and the beef was too tough to eat. The only plus was the deck area at the back. It was very nice and pretty, specially on a pleasant September evening. It started raining mid meal and the staff put up the canopy and we all remained dry and were able to continue sitting outside.

We have had several take aways from this cute restaurant ..they have tables out side as well as a comfortable place in doors..the take aways are always good..and I chat with the owner and the super Thai chef..who certainly knows his pat Thai..and the green chicken curry is to die for ask a little spicy...you will certainly enjoy..Prices are super reasonable..£8 a dish is a delight. Go for it. enjoy

Having been told our meal would take an hour to be delivered after 2 hours it still didn’t arrive. The restaurant kept saying it was 3 minutes away etc etc. Very disappointing

Decided to splurge and order thai takeaway. We love a good Thai. Normally go to Tong Kanom Thai, which is brilliant, consistent and friendly, but decided to rely upon reviews of Chayanda. At Chayanda, the soups (Mushroom Tom Yum & Tom Kha Gai) were watery, tasteless, and unsatisfying. The starters were fresh and tasty - (Thai Calamari & Po Pea Pad Duck Spring Rolls), but the mains were absolutely rubbish. The Bean Curd Gang Dang Pak (Red Curry) was ok, but the veg was stale / not fresh and unpalatable. The most disappointing was the Pad Thai - a complete contrast to the picture shown. The Pad Thai was a gloopy mess, stale, unsatisfying and inedible. And the Steamed Jasmine Rice seemed uncooked, dry and unsatisfying. Such a disappointment as I spent £50.00 on an inedible, unsatisfying extremely disappointing meal. You'd think that in these Covid times that they'd be on their top game when serving food to ensure they get repeat business when they open up. But rehashed, reheated, semi cooked and stale food was the best they could do. Chayanda is certainly not an 'exquisite' restaurant and I won't be using them every again. I've written this to the restaurant directly, in the hope that they up their game. And I'll be going back to the reliable, consistently good Tong Kanom Thai for sure. Sorry Chayanda, but I need to be honest so that others don't waste their money on a disappointing meal.

I ordered shrimp pad thai from this restaurant and it wasn’t good. My flatmates had the same dish and they didn’t like it either. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for pad thai.

After an 18km lockdown walk l was in no mood to cook so l ordered a takeaway from the new Chayada in Maida Vale and picked it up. The Tom Yum soup with mushrooms had just the right amount of spice. The beef Gang Massaman with steamed white jasmine rice was so delicious and perfect for a cold winters night. The complimentary prawn crackers and a nice treat too.

I was ordering from two local restaurants before for Thai food but the quality went down. So I thought why not trying this one and wow! The taste is great but most importantly, it is not too oily like the others. The red curry was a bit watery though but still tasted good.

The tom yum soup is awful, I would expect this to be a staple of any authentic Thai restaurant. The soup is neither hot nor sour and the ingredients are cheap and pretty flavourless. The portion of rice we received for £2.95 was tiny and packed in a plastic bag. The green curry was ok but will probably not order from here for a while.

We went as a group of 4 to this place which we drove past several times and made a mental note to try as it looked busy and nice. Despite booking and arriving early and no one else queuing, one gentleman asked us to wait as he seemed busy rushing about with a very relaxed young lass also supposedly working there but not looking like she had broken into a sweat in the recent past, looking on disinterested. We finally got seated and given menus quickly. That same lass took our order and made a hash of it and then tried to give some long explanation when we asked her to read back the order to check she finally got it right. We then received our starters in decent time which seemed to indicate some improvement....but we did not get our drinks still which was rectified after calling and telling the overly busy chap. The starters were lovely with the mains following within a reasonable time this time served by a third person who seemed quite efficient. Again the mains tasted really nice with portion sizes being quite standard not too large and not too small. When finished we asked for the bill which they seemed very reluctant to give as we had to ask no less than 4 times before paying. In conclusion, I am glad they obviously have a good chef as the food is definitely the star here...not the organisation which is non existent and not the service which is pretty poor nor the attitude which needs a little polishing. I may go back for the food or order a takeaway but I will try to avoid having to deal with the front of house staff.

Very good. Thai food is one of those cuisines best eaten as soon as it is cooked but everything was still delicious.

Consistent food as always! Hot food on arrival, no leakage and food tasted superb. Definitely my favourite local Thai place!

Always on point and great taste. My favourite Thai takeaway in the area. Also, so much cheaper on Just Eat than Uber Eats ! Uber was charging £4 delivery and £4 service charge. £8 just on fees and charges !!

I've ordered from this restaurant a couple of times already. I always had a good experience with them (food and service). Last week one of the drink I ordered was missing. I called them and they offer to refund me. One week later, still no sign of this refund...

One of the items I ordered was incorrect. Not only that but the container was half empty. When I called to highlight this I was told I would have to travel to the restaurant as they were to busy to correct my order. I’m spite of me paying a delivery charge. The manger refused to speak to me. And I was told to take my complaint to just eat. I have been ordering from here for a while but lately the quality of food and level of service has gone down hill. Also everything came bland and cold.

Useless service. Took nearly 2 hours. Was lukewarm when it finally arrived. Restaurant claimed it had been delivered even though it had not been. declined to provide refund. Process for speaking to a human took forever. Customer service at its worst.

Attractive restaurant with wide selection lunch menu. I had the prawn tom yum soup with lots of mushrooms and 3 big juicy prawns followed by a very generous portion of rice and red chicken curry along with a soft drink all for just £8.95, bargain

I was here for dinner with my partner and was delighted by the food and experience. It’s the perfect combination of a cozy ambience and fantastic food. Unfortunately, the lady taking orders off late has been rude, impatient and definitely in the wrong profession. When we tried to explain what had gone wrong, she justified her stance and presented food that wasn’t fit to leave any kitchen. Not going back and will miss the place it was.

Nothing was nice Love Thai food but not from here

Ordered for 8pm, delivered at 7:20pm which was an inconvenience as I wasn't home. Luckily someone was home to accept order but I had to reheat all food, a bit of an inconvenience. Prawn tempura was very soggy. Red and Green chicken curries with coconut rice were fine.

I’ve been to this place many times before. Staff aren’t very friendly. We ordered duck spring rolls as a starter. When they came out they were little triangle pieces. Now I’m a big fan of duck spring rolls but these were tasteless and were pretty much just a bit of pastry. I mean £5.15 for a bit of pastry. Really. When we mentioned it to the member of staff she opened one piece up in front of us trying to justify the spring rolls. She took them away, never offered to change it to something else but still charged us on the bill. Surely this establishment wants to keep customers? That’s how you build your business and have returning customers. Make them happy. So for this reason I won’t be going back again and neither will my friends.

Dinner for two, We were very well received by one of the waitresses with the apron, ordered quickly taken, with entre et plats very good (only small problem with cooking the meat but the waitress quickly changed the dish)! Unfortunately, dessert should not be the house's speciality because our 2 desserts were not worth their price. Thank you again for this moment even if we will probably not come back.
