A lovely place to relax in, the ladies here are wonderful. Instantly felt welcomed!

Lovely and clean environment. The ladies that served me were so polite and well mannered and the food is great. Highly recommend.

Only popped in here a few time's but the pie's are spot on.

Chatwins in Wrexham has closed but the sign on the front door said the nearest shop was in Rhos. I ordered two Turkey and stuffing baps as I have done many times in lots of other branches. The lady behind the counter gave barely any Turkey, literally 1 and 1/4 slices which were small in size. As she started the other one she cut the three slices of Turkey so thin they were crumbling as she cut. They were very small again so I asked whether it was possible to please have some more Turkey. The lady did but when I came to pay, wanted to charge for an extra slice of Turkey. I was quite shocked and said that I’d asked because there wasn’t the normal amount of Turkey on the baps in the first place. The lady argued that they’re only allowed to put a set amount of Turkey on but I’ve had these baps so much and I’ve never seen so little Turkey being used. I think the baps are approx £5 each and I’ve happily paid this in the past but they weren’t great today at all. The lady genuinely seemed unhappy to be there and it showed in her unfriendly customer service. Although I love Chatwins I won’t return to this branch again.

Excellent food but a little expensive.

Went in today and ordered breakfast. After ordering I decided I wanted a brownie, and one of the ladies at the counter very rudely sighed & huffed as if I was being an inconvenience, then cheekily asked if I wanted anything else so she didn’t have to walk a few steps round the counter again. Good food but awful customer service, won’t be returning.
