Got the fully loaded breakfast bap for £6.30. It is great food and spotlessly clean, the staff are always very friendly and helpful

Was served by a lovely lady today, food was amazing and the kind lady even gave my pregnant wife abit of crackling to try as she is struggling to eat anything and that was the only thing she fancied. I ordered the beef a stuffing bap, “ our take on a Cornish pasty” which was beautiful. My daughter loved the sausage roll “ I don’t think I’ve had a sausage roll this nice before” and we tried the love heart short bread which was absolutely beautiful

Very disappointed in bacon batch I bought 2 and they were inedible for me and my Mum. I think it had been cooked far too long.

Food is pricey for what you get. Bacon batch is extremely salty and left me feeling a little unwell. Waiting times can be long depending on which staff are working. Some of the staff are lovely but one or two can be quite rude and treat you like you are bothering them by offering them your hard earned money. Seldom wash hands between handling money and preparing sandwiches. Gloves would be a welcome addition to their food hygiene policy.

Staff are very friendly and the hot pastries are delicious. I did notice an ant crawling over a sweet cake which really put me off of ordering one. (It was at the front and not visible to the staff I'm assuming). I didn't mention it to the staff as there were many customers waiting in line and I know it's up to the chain to decide how to display pastries and not the individual employees. Perhaps chatwins as a whole needs to revise their food safety and make some changes to how things are displayed. I will return for hot food but I will never order something sweet from there.

We've just moved to the area and we've been a couple of times due to not yet having an oven yet and each time has been lovely. We will definitely continue to go once our new kitchen has been installed!

Bacon butty is tasty but the amount of bacon depends on who serves you...

Bacon batch was poor, very dry, over done and not freshly cooked just heated up and expensive.

Excellent food if a touch pricey.

Craft bakery selling supermarket low quality stuff. Multi-seeds cob has been coloured with caramel so it looks like wholemeal although it is made from white flour and is full of additives as it weights nothing. No thank you, I'll carry on making my own healthy bread.

Nice bakery, not cheap but love their savoury rolls and pork and. Apple rolls

Its an over priced sandwich shop. The turkey wrap was shocking 4 big chunks of meat. Loads of cranberry sauce and stuffing in a yorkshire pudding that was too small making it more of a kebab than wrap. Nearly 3 pound for a steak pie!!! No thanks I'll stick to other shops

The food is ok but not great value for money. The service in the shop is super slow and staff are typically indifferent towards customers.

Food look better than it taste. Quality does not befit the price charged. I tried today but I will not back again. Everything was super dry and super salty.

Been a few times now to give it a fair go but not impressed. Quality doesn't befit the price charged and much of the stuff is left out all day so not fresh. Had a roast pork wrap at lunchtime one day which was so dry I needed a drip to recover. Staff are a bit rude too.

Amazing food. Been twice now. The Sunday roast Wraps are incredible, well worth the price and fill you up for ages 😍 Looking forward to going again!

£5 for a breakfast bap which includes bacon, sausage and mushroom. The bread was very dry and the bacon like leather as it must of been sat there for some time. I will stick to supporting the local bakery a few doors down where everything is made fresh to order and with a smile!
