I order from this place fairly regularly. The food is delicious, the portions are always large, and everything is reasonably priced. So great value for money. Delivery is rapid every single time. Love these guys!

Ordered food at 10.00 was late took an hour to come the pizza was meat feast absolutely shocking disgusting the garlic mushrooms were slimey the o ly part of the food was nice was the garlic bread with cheese not good

The best kebabs ever, they are delicious and are fantastic value for money. I always love to come and get a takeaway, when we come down to visit my boyfriends parents, in Pontypridd.

Ordered on the app to collect this evening. Food very very poor, chicken Shish kebab wasn’t kebab meet (skewered) it was just grilled bits of chicken, pitta was dry and stale, forgot my garlic sauce and a poor portion of salad, hardly no lettuce. Over all not flavoured well and very bland compared to my normal kebab takeaway golden bbq in birchgrove! Partner had a burger which was edible but his chips were very oily and cold. Over all would not return.

Went to the takeaway and ordered two chicken kebabs. Looked clean and good service. Got home and really enjoyed the food!

Never been so disappointed in this place I have always used these an to have paid for the food after travling all night on a train with my children to find half the food missing and the children’s meals were burnt dry and was one so called chicken nugget in one of the boxes fuming to be honest as two Of my kids went with out after paying all that money

Was so pleased to find out they do vegetarian burgers, and the fries are so perfect and crispy. I have been here a few times before, and I must say the customer service has really improved a lot, the guys who serve you are so friendly, and they joke around a bit too which is always a lot of fun. As I was getting out my change there was 10 pence left and he said dont worry about the rest, which was lovely of him. he also asked if I like cheese, which yes of course I do, and proceeded to put cheese on mine and my partners burger, which looking at the menu they charge 10 pence to add cheese. Definitely reccomend. I know where I'm going in future when I get late night cravings!!

AVOID HORRIBLE DISGUSTING SERVICE !! after months my partner was happy to try and order again but yet again they can’t follow simple instructions. Disgusting attitude I want my money back. 4 years we ordered from here and never had a problem till recently. I’d say we have called in at least 20 times now with a wrong order and been told we are lying really? 4 years of ordering and we suddenly have been asking for cheese are you for real? Will never order again disgusting service. You can kill someone by not following instructions. When people are paying you money then you should listen to their order you absolute idiots.

I come every other week but because they thought I was drunk they charged me £1.50 more than they usually do. I will get my kebabs elsewhere.

Discusring even on collection proud to be banned from your shop I'd shut it down when I order a burger eant to taste meat not just oil an you charge me £5 for 4 nuggets no I don't think so will see you in court for full refund after you deal with environmental health.

Normally order from here regularly but tonight’s experience was beyond belief! After waiting nearly an hour for the food to arrive I found a tray of cheese and chips were missing and the family feast pizza was too cold it should arrive warm. I called the shop to tell them my situation for the man to talk over me be abrupt didn’t want to here my complaint I asked for a refund for the cheese and chips that didn’t arrive and for a replacement pizza (hot) would be good the man said we are too busy to talk to you right now you can have it tomorrow. Absolutely disgusting customer service I don’t want the pizza tomorrow I wanted it tonight and my refund for the cheese and chips I’m fuming!

Ordered pretty late at night (after 10.30pm and after a pretty bad day too). The food came really quickly, hot and was amazing. I often struggle to find a burger that I really enjoy but this one was amazing. First time ordering from here but definitely not the last. My daughter requested that we make this our regular place from now on. Thank you.

Took a good couple of minutes for one of the four staff behind the counter to acknowledge that I was there, food came out quickly, portions were small (mixed meat and chips) chips had been sat in the tray for a while, meats were OK but not enough of them. Sauces are watery and tasteless, watery enough to make all the chips soggy/mushy with a residual pool of watery liquid in the tray. Don't live in the area, but if I did I would definitely not eat here again, would rather eat cold dry toast!

Very unprofessional staff. One member of staff could hardly understand what i was ordering from his own menu (frustrating) When i walked in i got the feeling they just could not be bothered and that's exactly what there kebabs taste like too ,rubbish and tasteless and just about cooked. I would of walked straight back out but we decided what to eat from there menu at home including the menu sounded and looks much better than it is. There portions are small and I should of checked the reviews and from now on all places i order i will check reviews first. So i suggest AVOID unless you want a very disappointing kebab.

picked up a kebab from in store got home and is swimming is some sort of watery greas/fat, rung up to see if one could be arranged and got the phone put down on me TWICE, will be looking into getting my money back through some sort of trading people.

Excellent shish kebab. But I was disappointed with the lamb Doner it was a bit tasteless.

Worst food I have ever had from a Kebab house, the "Chicken" donner meat was super salty and dry, rock hard pitta bread . My girlfriend had a cheeseburger and it was dry, the bun was burnt, just awful.

Absolutely disgusted. The food is shocking every time I eat from here. Fed up of wasting money on food I never end up eating! Burger buns where cremated (black&solid) chicken burger was watery in the middle and there was 3 strands of lettuce and a shed load of mayo like it was slapped together. Chips look like hard grease sticks. Ordered 2drinks but only ended up with 1. This was my last resort for food tonight and will be my last.

Best Thing After The Caerphilly Train

Food is always nice tasting and hot but they seem to get the order wrong quite a lot or miss things out. Not sure it’s intentional but it seems every order is less than what we pay for. A bit sick of going back there so think we’ll start trying other local shops.

Never fail to be pleased with the quality of the food, the friendliness of the staff and the value for money. If ever you're in search of late night sustenance in Caerphilly the charcoal grill is the place for you.

Order a shish kebab ask for salad pay seven pounds drove home open my food no salad kebab not cooked lettuce only .Phone the shop to complain and Tryed explain and was threaten if when there they beat me up These people can't cook and have no customers service rated out 10 1. Don't waste your time our money

Ordered chips and coleslaw to find that there was only a teaspoon of it on the chips. Called up to be told they run out. Asked why they sent a different brand of wine than advertised to be hung up on.

I ordered on just eat, chip and cheese nicely made, the veggie burger was one of the best around Caerphilly. Food was nicely cooked, well seasoned and delivered promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Do Not Go Here Cannot rate any more poorly. Ordered a medium doner kebab with chips, salad, and a can of Diet Coke last night. Overcharged me nearly £2, the can was luke warm, the salad was warm and damp and hardly any of it was given to me. There were more chips than meat, the meat was greasy, thin, and chewy, and chips were dry and tasteless. The staff were rude and quite impatient, slapping the food together with no real care. My friend also felt that he was being overcharged in return for a tray of chips instead of a chicken kebab, as he ordered. His pitta bread looked it was cooked on the floor, to be frank. After seeing that many of the customers, including myself, were starting to complain, they started shouting at everyone, ordering them to leave and that ‘no kebab meat was left’, despite there being a kebab clearly visible at the front of the store. They then closed the store early. The boss man (the ‘overweight and short tempered one’ as another reviewer put) who took the orders, looked dirty and unhygienic, with slobs of kebab fat and brown stains decorating his black polo shirt. The hygiene rating of 3 for this place is highly misleading. It was quite a busy weekday night in Caerphilly, but still no need to treat customers poorly. On the plus side, the food wasn’t stone cold, so I thought I’d give the majority of what was left to a homeless chap across the road. Unfortunately, not even he thought the food was appetising enough and so gave it to his grey hound companion instead. You could hear the poor animal struggle to digest the remaining greasy strips of cardboard in the distance. Do not go there, worst kebab I’ve ever had and they try to exploit customers by ripping them off. Mr Chippy around the corner are 10 times better quality and value for money and the staff are much more friendly.

Placed an order asked for coleslaw on a kebab was told not aloud to have it because they were running out, will not be ordering from here again

I dont know what it is about me but every time i visit this place the head "honcho" ( the overweight grey haired bad tempered one) has to have a go at me, i take too long to order even if i walk straight in and know what i want - i order the same thing every time so it doesnt take more than a millosecond to order, i pay too slow, he is acidic and really really rude but hey ho i will continue to go there if only to piss him off !!!

Didn't read my notes on my just eat order!!! So had no salad or sauce. Then don't answer the fone so I could correct my order. Not happy atall 😭🤦🏼‍♀️ Ruined my life tbh!!

Went there quite a few times very poor quality service and food the last time that i went there i asked for cheese and chips for my wife he sprinkled a fingertip full of cheese over a hand full of chips which was supposed to be a large I asked him for more he put an extra strand on then when asked for more again being told that i would pay more he told me that I was a joke i seriously do not recommend these always the same problem service attitude and portion thanks
