Popped in there to order some food. Wanted a combination kebab extra large with salad. Didb not look that big and could not see the salad. Wanted a little mint sauce got massive amount. Just done a 15 hour day and ended up leaving my food there.

Food was spot on but the lamb Shish medium was the smallest I’ve ever seen and the large mixed doner was also not enough portion wise so if your the larger eater like outselfs order more because we’re still starving

The food delivered was not as expected, the chips were nice but the meat that arrived was not. It was tough and rubbery. I wouldn’t order a take away again from this place.

Kebab was tasty and delivered on time. Pizza was missed and delivered later. Much less tasty than the kebab. Clearly cheap, frozen base. Very disappointing.

Messed up the order originally, but sorted it out instantly, even gave us some freebies. Quality.

the food worst I ever had it was supposed to be mixed chicken and döner but there was no much chicken in the portions and the doner meat tasted weird never again

ordered a medium kebab tasted nice just not enough garlic mayo but other than that it was nice. Had a XL mixed kebab the meat was nice just not enough mint sauce and was disappointed that there was know chicken in my XL mixed kebab but in description states there should be chicken.

Quality of the food great as always. what was not so good in this instance was Dan delivery driver sat in the car on his phone for sometime after Just Eat confirmed that food had arrived and payment taken. Not good! Cold food!

We have had many take out meals from Charcoal, via this app and we've just walked in too. The food has always been delicious. Sadly tonight both meals were burnt. £27:odd we paid.

The pizza was barely edible, as the base was stale and hard as rock. The chicken was cooked but looked very unappealing. Overall it was substandard. And not worth the £40. We ate the majority of it because we were starving..

ordered food at 8.10. at a text st 8.49 to say its running late. another text at 9 to say it late again. it's now 10.09 and till nothing. app is saying its been delivered.

Order was pushed back, totally understand being a Saturday night, driver arrived, handed the food to me and said to him the food feels cold, his reply was no it’s not, unwrapped the soaking wet paper, and sure enough, food stone cold. Tried to call restaurant but no answer. Did a monkey cut your pizza too. Poor service and food definitely wasn’t worth eat, won’t be ordering again, I’m sure there is far better takeaways out there

Ordered a medium kebab and they gave me a small kebab

Ordered on the app to collect this evening. Food very very poor, chicken Shish kebab wasn’t kebab meet (skewered) it was just grilled bits of chicken, pitta was dry and stale, forgot my garlic sauce and a poor portion of salad, hardly no lettuce. Over all not flavoured well and very bland compared to my normal kebab takeaway golden bbq in birchgrove! Partner had a burger which was edible but his chips were very oily and cold. Over all would not return.

Staff are always respectful and the food is always perfect ontop of all that I've never had to wait more than 5 mins for an order

Never been so disappointed in this place I have always used these an to have paid for the food after travling all night on a train with my children to find half the food missing and the children’s meals were burnt dry and was one so called chicken nugget in one of the boxes fuming to be honest as two Of my kids went with out after paying all that money
