Food wasn’t cooked and I’m heavily pregnant

The pizza is generally good. Some of the best in the city. But the sides are a bit of a let down, I feel if a little bit more effort and money was put into making stuff like the sides and drink options better this could be one of the best take aways.

not the best. onion rings soggy,as if warmed up in microwave. McDonald's tastes better.

We don’t normally have any problems, but tonite the naan bread was over done and so was the chilli cheese bites.

Did u change management? Always had nice fresh tasty food delivered before delivery time...today's meal was absolutely awful...cold ,greesy,pizza base like sink sponge...fries uncooked.

Amazing food the pizza was loaded nicely full of flavour the chicken and mushroom pasta was delicious and a very good portion size and the chilli cheese nuggets where amazing the prices where also good for what we got we will definitely be using again

Late. Meant all the food was cold. The food itself was a bit ‘hit and miss’ but the fact it was cold didn’t do it any favours. Oh and we were missing our sauce!

Fab food, as ordered and quick delivery with a smiling delivery driver! All three is a rare thing with other takeaways but Char Grill gets it right consistently.

we liked the pizzas and onion rings, jalapenos but cheese, chips were not cooked we he had to melt cheese and cook the chips

chicken barely had any marinade. straps were meant to be BBQ but tasted like nothing was on it. it was dry. asked for ketchup, chilling and mayo but received nothing.

I ordered 3 items pizza chips and burger. Pizza and chips was too good and tasty. But he didn’t like the burgers bun because it was sugary. Other stuff in burger was good.

As usual my order was correct, clearly freshly cooked and hot on delivery. Char Grill is my go to place for kebab and pizza!

Delivered earlier than estimated so very happy! We had fresh, hot mixed kebab and pizza - the pizza base and naan bread are outstanding and clearly made in house and the kebab meats are both well flavoured and were cooked just right. I’m fairly picky when it comes to food and it has to be good to keep me coming back and I do!

I recommend a take away from this place. The cheese they use is so amazing

Special Mixed Kebab was lovely. Pizza was nice. This place I have been going to for years and I cannot remember ever moaning about the food. Keep it up team.

the delivery driver cant be bothered to deliver my food to my door even though im disabled and im paying for delivery and the food was cold

ordered 3 meals and only 2 turned up so called restaurant and sent the missing meal but when you pay for something you expect it all to be there and then had to wait another 40 minutes for the missing meal

Honestly cannot fault this place, staff are really friendly, possibly best delivery drivers around, food is always fresh, hot and with you in under 40 mins, my go to place every weekend

Possibly the best place in Coventry for a takeaway, £2.99 for an 8" pizza and opposite Fargo as well for those Dub Club nights. Only problem is that seating is very limited and it's on Gosford St full of crackheads, otherwise proper place and banging food.

Tried the Chicken Donner Naan and Medium Fries One of my friend’s suggested this place, for "good" tasting chicken. The taste is comparable to other similar places as it's kinda bland and lacks salt The only positives are affordability and portion size (not too big), but still fulfilling

Chicken inedible rock hard drumsticks not cooked enough.. meat was red … chips must have been sat around as were hard and inedible … overall food went in the bin !

Kong burger is insanely good and great value for money, wings were fresh and spicy, spicy fillet burger was dead. No flavour and lettuce was rancid

rudeness of this restaurant's delivery man can be overlooked once in a while, but not every time. It is very unfortunate for any respectable restaurant to risk losing repeat customers due to poor delivery service and Extremely rude delivery man who order customers he couldn't locate their address to not order from the restaurant again!

Always loved char grill but this is the second time you have forgotten the chips. Only ordered 1 meal so how can you forget chips.

The burger, chips and chilli cheese nuggets all tasted microwaved. Pizza was good but the rest was a complete waste of money

No styrofoam boxes from these guys, most of the packaging is recyclable - great to see! Decent food as always, tastes freshly cooked.

Genuinely the worse food I’ve ordered in a long time. Doner Kebab had a horrid taste almost as it was stale. And those chicken strips I wouldn’t have fed to my dog.

Amongst a busy high street of food places, this place is too notch caters for all your food needs from wraps to burger to full chicken platters which will definitely find yourself full to the brim. Definitely worth every penny spent here

A bit disappointed I paid £1.50 for pineapple on the pizza and it had none on

First off, I'm very glad and thankful they're open on Easter Sunday. Food wise- it was very nice but the pizza needed a bit more of a kick- will ask for chillis next time. My only complaint was they sent regular cola and not Diet Coke as I asked for and noone in my house drinks regular ,only diet.

Food has gone really downhill it used to be nice fresh and heat was good now it’s cold stale not fresh burger is tiny not enjoyable as it’s cold stale food just heated up never was like this around 2 years ago was really good recently it’s changed donner quality is really bad not enough wasted my money I could not cook as I was not well on top took ages I expect it to at least be freshly made instead foods cold and pale in colour

Good pizzas, but even if paid for extra meat, the meat you should look under microscope.

Placed the order at 2.30 for delivery at 5pm. They phone first asking to come and collect a deposit before they would deliver as it was a big order. Then 20 mins late. Seafood pizza hardly any seafood on it!! Chicken was too bad. Definitely would not order again. Rest of the food was not good either!!

Always great food from char grill. Piping hot good portions and their prices are very reasonable compared to most on just eat. Donner kebab on pitta meal for £7. Never dissapoints

twice mistake was done. instead of 1.5ltre bottle a can of drink was sent with the order and when we rang to tell them about this. very rude and unprofessional response. we are loyal customers ordering 3 to 4 times a week. but these guys failed to acknowledge that. they definitely lost us as loyal customers. would not recommend
