Meat was old and hard. Don’t buy from this place

King prawns were missing but hot calamari instead, not really a fan. Other food was fab and nans are massive

The food was nice but the chicken was rubbery. The byrani had a lovely taste just the chicken was a bit of a let down. The popadoms need cooking more and I didn’t get 1 dip. Every place I go I get atleast 1 free dip I had nothing. But the Balti had a lovely taste.

No difference between XL and large. Waste of money ordering bigger.

Floor of high quality but unpredictable when busy. Ordered two kebabs. Restaurant said large has 9 chunks of chicken, XL has 13. When arrived large had 9 as promised, XL had 8. Great tasting but a shame on this occasion. Phoned restaurant to tell then, factual but no restitution offered. That said, good quality and good service, hopefully a one off this time.

Delivery was very late mainly due to lateness of the restaurant. Often get the order wrong. Delivered mixed Donar when mixed Kebab was ordered. Takes minimum responsibility for the delay. Overall very bad service. Will never order again

Half my order was wrong, what was right was stone cold. After calling then mine and someone elses order where mixed up. I didn't get replacement or a refund after speaking to them multiple times and many promises they would. Been spending over £30 a month with them for almost 2 years, quality has been slipping for a while but this is the final straw. Ever eating here again.

Good quality of food. They even text when to tell me that my delivery was going to be late but turned up on time. Excellent Service.

Usually they good. But yesterday they sent a hard chicken tandoori. Must be chicken the day before. Its so dry and hard. You lost a loyal customer for this mistakes. Please don't do this again.

Kebab was really small when I ordered an extra large. They also gave me salad when I didn't want it. Chicken shish was nice though but unfortunately as it took so long to be delivered it was cold by the time it arrived so I had to microwave it

Food was average. I ordered at 5.10pm and the food finally arrived at 6.30pm. I called the restaurant and the chap sounded like he didn't really care. I asked the delivery guy if they were really busy and he replied "not really". Average service, average food. Thought I'd try as just moved to the area but won't be ordering again.

The food was delicious but could have been a bit hotter.

Partner really enjoyed his kebab, can't say I felt the same way about my food. My lamb was dissapointing, chewy and over salty.

Portions were good, but the order was only luke warm by the time it got to us and we had to then reheat it. Also, they failed to put sauces on the kebab rolls as requested.

I never received my food so can’t comment on the quality. My order should have arrived between 11:30 - 11:50 but nothing. I’m left hungry!

Food here is really great. Ordering from here makes it easy as we can order different types of food in just the one place Will order again

Our favourite Indian place, food's always banging, staff always go the extra mile for requests and the one time we've had an issue with delivery (beyond just being busy) the manager got his friend to run our food to us, comped the meal and threw in a few beers on the house. 10/10

Usually nice food, we spend a lot with this food outlet and it is usually great but tonight was terrible. 1. Message sent order will be late as busy after sending delivery time estimate. 2. Ordered spicy wedges. Got non spicy soggy warm. 3. Large Donner Kebab only warm with little chilli sauce. Is it now another restaurant/take away you can’t trust? Certainly not up to the usual standard.

Biryani was tasteless too expensive but horrible food

Every other time from chapati junxion no problems but today after waiting about an hour and 40 minutes from order to delivery items where missing chilli sauce was missing from my kebab wrap and food just didn’t tast as good as normal. Poor show.

Lovely food, polite and helpful staff. Small issue with order but rectified quickly and without question.

A real let down, food was cold, unappealing, really small portion compared to previous times. They should be ashamed of what they sent out. They just lost a customer.

Since moving to West Sussex, I have struggled to find an Indian takeaway that is great, however I believe I’ve now found my go to Indian!! Slightly late, but the restaurant advised me if this do no issue, the food was fantastic, Tandoori Mixed Grill..... Enough for 2 and extremely well cooked. Thank you, you have a new regular 👍

Ordered Chicken Tikka Kebab. Meat was poor quality like it was processed and out of a packet. Lamb kebabs were fatty and cold. Small portion of chips for £2.50!

Both orders were delivered early, chips were hot and crispy. Kebab came with salad that was very fresh. Mint dip is delicious. We'll done 👍

This was an excellent takeaway. I really liked the Sheek Kebab ( and so did my family ). I visited the physical takeaway today instead of using the app and the staff were really nice and they listened to me. I really recommend this takeaway!

Ordered here before many times and when recieving the latest order it was mostly wrong. The chicken filler burger was a chicken shish burger. Ordered piri fries and wedges and received two plain fries. After calling they said they would replace the items and instead sent us a plain potato wedges, which was still wrong. Was not great service and the replacement was still incorrect.

Ordered a balti mixed grill. Turned out a vegetable curry with a few pieces of meat tucked underneath and it had a very very strong stench can’t get the smell out of my hotel room. Food came after 1and half hours, 45 min late. I rang and told the gentleman on the phone If I wanted a curry I would have ordered it. All went into the bin felt really really bad and guilty as there’s people in parts of Africa that don’t get a proper meal but I would blame this business for it. All I wanted was a clean grilled meal I cannot eat curry. Not happy travelled 600 tiring miles. If I knew I would have just ordered a portion of chips and hit the sack.

Really nice kebab best one ive had. Haven’t had it it many years because of a bad one in London but this is the best !! Thank you guys

The food was definitely not fresh as chicken was very dry and cooked alot so burnt. Mix grill size was shocking as very little trey and cost so much .

Unfortunately they food came cold. Warmed it up in microwave and it tasted nice but the cold food is an issue. Will try again and have fingers crossed for that order

Just had a mixed grill from chapati junkion it was spot on and so much of it well done to all and I will defo be ordering in the future ******

The food was great but every time we order from here they get our order wrong. They forgot the mushroom rice and put in a mushroom curry instead. If the restaurant could sort out its ordering problems then we would eat here much more often.

Service and delivery was on time and prompt, driver was really nice. The onion bhajis were clearly left over coleslaw fried up, pretty disgusting and just gives the wrong impression (I hope) as to how the remainder of my meal was constructed. Curry was ok though

Extensive menu - something for everyone. Food was excellent. Delivered early, which suited us fine. Would highly recommend.

Normally the only place I order from but tonight, Over a £50 order.. Chk Rogan Josh ordered and got a beef one!!!! Hasn't ruined thd meal. Rest of the meal spot on and tastes amazing, just ruined my wifes meal

Ordered a lamb wrap lovely big wrap lots of fresh salad. Only downside was very little meat there was one small line of meat it was 80% salad 20% meat

Ordered large kebab and chips, although they tasted really nice.........more of a small size. Called the restaurant and was told “no, that’s a large”. If that’s a large, I would hate to see how small a ‘small’ would be!!!!

Boxes were very oily, Special Korai says 'including rice', bit I didn't get it.

Arguably the best Kebab ever. Super quality chicken breast that tasted of proper fire grill. Excellent value for the quantity and quality. Super fresh. Delivery was on time but a long lead time.

Second time my order has been messed up. I asked for no onions in the salad in the burgers and was still given onions. Part of the burgers was wasted. Thats the only downfall. Workers are friendly and usually helpful

Ordered a extra large kebab and they gave me a small, chips where soggy than ur mums naan when she sees me and it smelt worst than a crackheads naan in the heatwave, not happy 😠

We have ordered from here many times before and the food is delicious but for the second time they messed up our order. When it arrived the delivery driver was not very apologetic but they did apologies on the phone.

Good quality chicken, nice salad not too much onion

We have used Chapati Junxion many times over the last few years, their food is good quality. However, it's always a gamble on whether they will deliver what we ordered - I'd say you have 50% chance of them getting it right. This time, they forgot the pilau rice, popadoms and mint sauce for the Meal for 1 dinner ordered - but they (amazingly got the other half of the order right (for once), Donner Sizzler, lol.
