We had an amazing experience at Chameyo in Bayswater. The food was outstanding, with so much flavour in everything we had, but the service was even better. Hamilah was our host for the night and she was amazing, she recommended wines that would pair with the food and what we both liked, she even gave us advice on a starter option and what a good choice it was! She was so attentive that it made the experience so enjoyable, we felt welcomed from the first word. The next time we visit London we will definitely make the trip to Chameyo!

We dined with German customers, party of 9. The restaurant is Souterrain, inconspicuous interior, but what a find. The food, especially the meat was phantastic and affordable. What makes the experience particularly special is the lady of the house. A true treasure in service, humour and resourcefulness. The stash of Grappa will long be remembered. Thank you for having us!

The wait staff was exceptional and the steak was amazing! The waitress suggested a delicious wine. The sharing platter was so yummy!

My family and I (6 people) had an absolutely outstanding experience at Chamuyo last Saturday evening. The quality of the food was simply amazing, and the service second to none. Halima and her team were exceptional and provided excellent and friendly service throughout our meal. Unfortunately as we left the restaurant my grandparents had a medical incident and Halima was so quick to come and help at what was a busy time, she was so caring and compassionate and we couldn’t have asked any more, was simply amazing. This was a most excellent evening out (that didn’t end so well!) but the food, service and atmosphere of the restaurant was exceptional and we thoroughly recommend. A big well done to Halima and her team. Thank you.

Het ligt wat verborgen maar zeker de moeite waard om eens langs te gaan. Vriendelijk onthaal en lekker gegeten. Als voorgerecht koos ik voor de empanadas, ik mocht zelf verschillende smaken doorgeven. ALS hoofdgerecht de kip met chimichurri. Heerlijk!

This restaurant is fantastic. The location is in a very pretty area of London which is a great start. The service is first class and on par with much more expensive restaurants. Its really all about the steak though as that's as good as it gets in this place. Fully deserves 5 stars. Check out the Brighton sister restaurant reviews and you'll see why people love it so much.

Ottima esperienza, cibo ottimo , carne preparata in modo sublime . Il vero punto di forza di questo locale è però il servizio. La ragazza che serve ai tavoli è veramente competente, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Idem il collega argentino , persona simpatica ( parla bene pure l italiano ). Veramente consigliato.

Visited as a group of 6 from across Europe on business and very impressed. Excellent service and food, will be back next time I am in London.

We bought a Groupon voucher to try this place, as we hadn't been to it before. Great food and friendly, professional owner (he happened to be there, as the manager was off). I would visit again, even without voucher.

Great spot for a catch up! We had the meat sampler which allowed us to try four different cuts of steak. Fillet was my favourite but all very tasty. The cheesecake was also amazing!

I visited Chamuyo for a Christmas family meal. The service was excellent and we had the most delicious food. I would highly recommend and look forward to dining here again !!

Expected a bit more due to the high ranking. Obviously the rather low number of reviewers creates a distortion, as the restaurant quality is average rather than exceptional as the ranking suggests: 1/ Meat was overcooked - we ordered the meat sampler cooked as medium and all cuts were cooked to well done. 2/ Meat flavour was also average however the overcooking may have contributed to this. 3/ Dessert was also average. To the plus side, the Brazilian waiter was very polite and tried his best to add to a positive atmosphere.

When you enter the restaurant, it smells fantastic. But you have to order your meat and vegetables individually, so it's not that cheap. The waitress didn't have much experience and you noticed that. She was friendly. Unfortunately we had taken the option to taste all 4 different steaks as they recommend. The meat was overcooked and not tasty. We asked for medium done and got well done... shame! It was also not well seasoned. It is better to each take a piece of meat individually.

Heerlijk gegeten! Het restaurant zit redelijk verstopt en lijkt nog onontdekt, maar is een bezoekje zeker waard. Het vlees is heerlijk (vooral de sharing voor minimaal 2 personen). Leuke, warme sfeer, lekkere wijn en een aardige gastheer. Zeker een aanrader!

Adorámos a experiência. Super bem recebidos pelo gerente Chay e toda a equipa, com simpatia e muito gosto em bem servir. A comida estava óptima, desde as entradas aos pratos principais. O vinho era delicioso e as sobremesas fantásticas. O Chay, que fala para além do Inglês, português e espanhol e francês é uma pessoa super atenciosa e que se vê que gosta imenso do que faz.
