What a nice restaurant. The staff is so nice and helpful. Jonah who served us was not only serving but had good knowledge of London beeing helpful for us in that way. The food was also very good. Not over priced. All in all a good experience that I would really recommend.

Anselmo advised and served us with kindness and in a very professional manner. It was just for a drink, with tasting to make my choice.

The Hard Rock Cafe is more than just a restaurant; it's a destination for music lovers. While it can be expensive and busy, the unique atmosphere and incredible collection of memorabilia make it a worthwhile visit for fans of rock history and classic.

The best place to have a good burger!!! And the stuff I just absolutely fabulous and verry good. 100 will be coming back!!!

Atmosphere was great & food was ok but definitely overpriced in my opinion at least but what else would you expect for Central London restaurants.

Had a fantastic evening here, the staff were friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Our waitress Pippa did an incredible job and made our experience a great one.The food was excellent too, three different dishes for mains, pudding and cocktails too, all had wonderful flavours and good portion sizes. Would highly recommend visiting these guys, you won't be disappointed!

Classic Hard Rock Vibe. Didn't eat here, but did add to my Hard Rock world shot glass collection! Friendly service staff. Very large gift shop. Menu is undoubtedly typical of American fare and the Hard Rock brand.

We came here for lunch during a day trip to London as a group of 4 and were swiftly seated in a slightly quieter part of the restaurant (which we appreciated). The portion sizes were reasonable and filling, with the burgers we ordered being really flavourful. The toilets were nicely decorated, feeling very clean and well looked after. Our server was attentive and helpful, and we loved seeing all of the memorabilia whilst waiting for our food.

this is such a good Hard Rock! I've been there three times and the food and service are always stellar (I stick to their burgers and so far they've all been great. same thing with the brownie, which is best for sharing.) have been served by a combination of servers and they're all attentive and kind. the only small downside is that sometimes the place gets a bit loud (not bc of the music but bc of the level of people there, but I can appreciate there isn't much the restaurant can do about it.) overall however, I've always had a great experience and would easily recommend it :)

Honestly I always thought this place was a tourist trap. But I finally tried it, and it was awesome. Great food, great service (thank you, Zlatka!), food comes quickly, bathrooms are clean, vibe is fun. I'd come back!

Dylan went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly — he was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. The food was delicious, the timing was perfect, and every detail was taken care of with care and enthusiasm. Organizing a surprise party can be stressful, but Dylan and the Hard Rock team made it so easy and enjoyable.
