Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly Circus in City of London, Westminster

Came here for our daughter’s surprise 21st birthday. As we headed down to the restaurant we were amazed at some great and unusual memorabilia including a signed Pete Townsend guitar, a microphone used by Freddie Mercury and an Elton John outfit. The staff were so warm and friendly and we were seated quickly. Our server, Patel, was a star and looked after us ensuring we understood the menu and had our drinks quickly. Also not rushed with ordering our food which when it came was absolutely delicious. The staff also made a fuss of our daughter with a lovely rendition of Happy Birthday! Recommend Hard Rick Cafe for a great dining experience.

20 of us went out for a work lunch and the food was amazing. Our waiter Marino could not do enough for us. The bill was reasonable and it was a great atmosphere! I would recommend and if you get Marino it will make your visit perfect!

Great service great food and great shop! We love Hard Rock Cafe and this one is particularly good in all respects. The ribs were great and service was really excellent in both the restaurant and the shop. Will def come back.

We went a couple of times and both Valentía, the first night, and Carlos in the morning, made us feel at home. They are great professionals but above all they have great human quality.

I have eaten here a few times now, service is consistently fast and friendly, the food is high quality and the atmosphere is fantastic. Highly recommend. You cannot get a seat without a reservation.

Everything was great. Staff quick and eager to take good care of guests....... Aaabbeeeer,--- a service fee of 10 euros and more..., Calculating automatically ..... is a big mess......

So I have been to many this one was big and spacious to sit at table or at bar to enjoy muics and food also drinks as well

My mum and I both stumbled across this place while we were in Piccadilly and were so glad we decided to have lunch here! It was busy here but we were able to be seated at a table in 5 minutes and our waiter was very accommodating to us, even though he had at least 20 other tables! Food was delicious and drinks were amazing! If you're in Piccadilly Circus and can't seem to find a place to eat, definitely go to the Hard Rock Cafe!!

We were four, when we got there we asked for one beer, one aperol, a pineapple lemonade, and a soda. Also, we asked for three appetizers, But the waiter, since the beginning, we felt like we were being rushed by the waiter asking us to order for the main food. We had not received the first drinks and appetizers yet, when he came back to the table to ask if we were ready to get the main food, we said not yet, some of us were still checking the menu, and he said since we were not ready to order he will take the menus from us. So he took them. Minutes later, he came to bring the drinks, few minutes later he brought the appetizer, but by that time we were almost done with the drinks, so we asked for another beer and aperol he brought them, but every time he walked by our table he kept asking if we will order the main food, when we barely got the appetizers and we tried to enjoy it as the same with our drinks. Finally, after the rush by this waiter my sons decided just to order the main food, and my husband asked for another beer, the number 3, by that time he only got two and also loaded tots appetizer. The waiter said "No", the only way he will get the other beer is if he asked for the main food first, no matter my husband already finished the appetizer, he refused to serve one more beer and he only had two drinks and ate the food. We traveled around the world and this is the first time we have had this type of experience and in a Hard Rock Cafe. Since the beginning we got to the restaurant we felt very rushed by the waiter, we ordered without the menus because he took it away from us when we were still checking the food. This situation shows a waiter when he just wanted to get rid of customers after they get the main food orded to add the service charges to our bill. Then try to take them out from the table to get the next ones and repeat the story. In conclusion very unsatisfied experience after we planned to go back and eat there from the day before. Note* Not all waiters or waitresses are the same, we were there two days ago in the morning and evening (the same quantity of drinks [evening time] with no issues) the service and experience was fantastic with a different waiter and waitress since we were there for lunch and dinner. They were very friendly and professional. That is why we planned to go back because of the previous visit Hard Rock Cafe. Message for DYLAN, We don't that to have 3 beers we have to get main food. We have been going to Hard Cafes all over the world and due to how popular they are, we have never achieved a booking slot. UNTIL NOW! It was very much worth the wait! We went on a Monday, still busy with a nice atmosphere but just nice enough that we could leave our table and have a walk around without disturbing other people. There is so much to look at on the walls, with artists clothing etc like John Lennon's glasses, Freddie Mercurys microphone. To top it off, the food was immense! We both ordered the Cheese and Bacon burgers, with a side or onion rings. Very tasty and filling. Would highly recommend!

Food was amazing! Unfortunately, service was a bit lackluster. There were times when our waiter would take 15 minutes in-between coming to see us. We were really pleased with the food and the general vibe, but would have been liked to be checked on more for sure. A lot of standing around with other workers talking and not tending to his tables.

A must-visit place to eat on Regent Street. A sure bet when it comes to hamburgers! The staff are very helpful and attentive! The food is delicious and the prices are affordable. The setting is superb and the atmosphere is also great! 😀

We visited Hard Rock Cafe as we had seen fantastic reviews on the Allergy Companions website, all saying how brilliant they are at catering for people with allergies. They were right! My daughter has a tree nut allergy and we were given a menu with an allergen filter to enable her to see which dishes were safe for her to eat. Our waiter, Florin, was really friendly and helpful and explained how they do everything they can to eliminate any chances of cross-contamination in the kitchen. The Manager also came over and told us she had made sure the bar staff were also aware of the allergy so that they could also be extra careful. The food itself was delicious, there was a great atmosphere and, despite it being very busy, the restaurant and open kitchen was clean and well-organised. Can't recommend this place enough, fully deserves all the 5 stars!!

I went today and it was lovely all staff were nice and the cocktails were amazing defo recommend if you out in London and they have outfits of famous singers like Elton John Amy winehouse's top Freddie Mercury microphone and everything if it's your birthday you get a free ice cream they are really lovely and very affordable

Deserving of it's 4.7 rating Pleasantly surprised by the experience at hard Rock. The staff were amazing and wanted to help and have friendly conversations. The dining room felt very exclusive down under the store and has many best pieces of memorabilia covering the walls. The food was very nice, slightly on the more expensive side but nothing crazy for London prices. Portions were very generous but did not compromise on quality. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of space. Would recommend booking ahead as we saw some people turned away who enquired on the day. Will return at some point soon.

Great food, service and staff! We booked but missed our table. Ended up getting sat at the bar which was fine for us as they were able to serve the full menu. Plenty of gluten free options available almost all dishes could be modified for gluten free. Drinks service at the bar was obviously very prompt as they were right there the whole time. We had the ribs (gluten free) and a chicken and ribs combo. Everything cooked to order and meat was tender and flavourful. Great atmosphere and music as standard at a Hard Rock Cafe.

Great branch and great experience as usual! The rock shop was the best yet! This is our most visited branch and it never fails to disappoint. Love the new menu too.

Hard Rock Café is always possible. This one, however, is a step above the others. Super cool staff, they take endless time for everyone. Great food (spare ribs etc.)
