I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dylan and the entire team at Hard Rock for making my sister’s surprise birthday party absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Dylan went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly — he was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. The food was delicious, the timing was perfect, and every detail was taken care of with care and enthusiasm. Organizing a surprise party can be stressful, but Dylan and the Hard Rock team made it so easy and enjoyable. I truly loved every second of it, and my sister was over the moon with the whole experience. Thank you again for helping us create such a special and memorable celebration!

The best burgers i’ve ever tasted! The most friendly staff i’ve ever encountered, loved talking to Vasilis, a real nice lad who shows that he likes what he is doing. I wish him all the best. The interior is very well designed makes you want to spend hours there just talking and vibing. The music tho :/ not all rock, which was the biggest disappointment of the night.

This was on our bucket list of places to visit! It was a classic Hard Rock Cafe. Kind of expensive and loud. But the items were cool to look at. I wished the my food had more spice or flavor. Our server was so wonderful!

Been here a few times always a busy good atmosphere, didn’t book on our last visit at Easter we just did a walk in, place was really busy but as a table of 5 we were seated within 20mins so that wasn’t bad, very friendly staff , and good food.

Marco (I think that was his name the lovely Italian gentleman behind the bar with piercings) was such a legend ! What a lovely man bless his soul !! This was my first time at Hard Rock Cafe . We only came for drinks which were very much worth the price strong and tasty ! Will defo be back !!

Visually it's an eye-catcher! We got a table at the counter at short notice for a drink and nachos. Incredibly nice and hard-working staff! We had a great chat and got some “insider” information about the Hard Rock Cafe. We're not the most die-hard Hard Rock Cafe fans, but we really enjoyed the evening.

Expensive visit, as dinner £75 = $99, not including the apparel purchases. Somehow our pager never activated and we waited longer than we should have. Good food and service; we each had the Messi chicken sandwich and a Bang bang shrimp appetizer to share. Such a busy place!

Hard Rock is always consistent no matter what city.

Everything was perfect, the waitress was super nice, the food was of top quality and the atmosphere was great, nice music and video clips in the background, there were a lot of things from famous people hanging on the walls.

Food was excellent, the place was beautiful and we had the best waitress ever : Peppa !!! She was so kind and funny, she made our experience unforgettable ! We are so happy we ate there and definitely would recommend this restaurant !

The restaurant is centrally located. The shop is very large with a changing room. The restaurant in the basement has the usual look of the Hard Rock Cafe chain.

When we were waiting for the food, they offered us a 10% discount to buy clothes. When we spent money in the restaurant, they didn't want to give us the discount anymore (i.e. until we spent money in the restaurant, there was a discount, when we ate there, the discount was gone). In the end, the manager had to solve it, but it was unpleasant.

Standard Hard Rock food, so we already know it's good! A good souvenir shop. If you like Beatles and Queen, you'll love it!

I love it. You don't just come here to eat. You can also take some photos of, for example, guitars from different artists, admire outfits or simply enjoy the music. The atmosphere is really great. The food is awesome. The perfect restaurant for every music lover.

Enjoyed the music and the food!! The burger was delicious and recommended for picky eaters. Just ask for them to remove specific ingredients (lettuce, sauce), and they'll get it done.

The ribs are a delight, fall off the ribs. In my opinion, ribs are typically American sweet. A clear recommendation for dessert is the cheesecake.

Came here for our daughter’s surprise 21st birthday. As we headed down to the restaurant we were amazed at some great and unusual memorabilia including a signed Pete Townsend guitar, a microphone used by Freddie Mercury and an Elton John outfit. The staff were so warm and friendly and we were seated quickly. Our server, Patel, was a star and looked after us ensuring we understood the menu and had our drinks quickly. Also not rushed with ordering our food which when it came was absolutely delicious. The staff also made a fuss of our daughter with a lovely rendition of Happy Birthday! Recommend Hard Rick Cafe for a great dining experience.

20 of us went out for a work lunch and the food was amazing. Our waiter Marino could not do enough for us. The bill was reasonable and it was a great atmosphere! I would recommend and if you get Marino it will make your visit perfect!

We went a couple of times and both Valentía, the first night, and Carlos in the morning, made us feel at home. They are great professionals but above all they have great human quality.

I have eaten here a few times now, service is consistently fast and friendly, the food is high quality and the atmosphere is fantastic. Highly recommend. You cannot get a seat without a reservation.
