Best chicken burger ive ever had from a takeaway. The chicken dorito burger was perfect. The smash patties were impressive also. Such good value for money.

Best burger I’ve ever had I’ve ate at this place for the last 3 days and it doesn’t disappoint get down there now

Over priced, should be £6 per meal. Instead of 5.99 burger then £2 extra to make it a meal.

We tried the Double the Trouble and the Smashed Onion Rings.The burgers we had at this place were exceptional, the best I’ve had in a very long time. Considering it was after the ManU vs Galatasaray game tonight, one couldn’t expect much from the service on such a busy night. I highly recommend the burgers. I wish I could stay a few more days to try their other sandwiches.

I've eaten at this place a few times. The burgers are delicious, the smash patties they use are perfect, and there's not too much salad, just enough so you can enjoy the burger.

Ordered a couple of burgers, didn't know what to expect the pictures on the menu outside looked like generic cheap burgers. What arrived were 2 amazing burgers far better than the pictures. Proper smashed burgers, with plenty of cheese and fresh salad served with really good hot crispy fries. Definitely one to visit, we will be back.

I had the bacon cheese burger with peri fries. Honestly it was absolutely phenomenal, the smashed patties and streaky bacon really hit the spot. Super tasty and excellent service. All for a really reasonable price as well.

Food was amazing would definitely recommend the fired up tasted like proper grilled chicken, done perfectly and flavours were on point, garlic fries were well seasoned crispy and flavour full. The lotus milkshake was sweet and contained a strong lotus taste combined with cream which was very good. I would 100% recommend this place.

Popped in after a concert for a quick bite and the food is delicious! Very good prices and although very busy, service was quick. Mac and cheese burger was so good!

Burgers really good. They tasted different and fresh. The only complaint i have is with the wings. Can you please clean the wings properly before making them. Kindly take of small feathers from wings properly because they look awful otherwise. I couldnt eat them coz of it.

My son and I ate at Champions 4 times in a span of 4 days, not once were we disappointed. The Burgers are great especially the Doner burger and the curly fries with Jalapeño Pepper cheese on top are magnificent. Next time we're in the UK you'll see us for sure. Thanks again

The Cheese burger was freshly made and served well. The burger itself had a great taste and did not taste cheap (like other places). It was also well priced. Customer Service was top.

BEST BURGER ON THE PLANET!!! honestly the food here is just unbelievable, even down the fries, definitely the best burgers in Manchester easily for sure, and the staff are super friendly, very welcoming place to eat, I'm not even from Manchester but I'll be travelling here regular just to taste this burger again.

Went in on match day to be told they only had Doner wraps. Paid and waited. And waited. And waited. A group at a table were served before me and they weren’t just eating Doner wraps, one of the group clearly knew the owner. After 20 minutes I gave up and left without food.

Got the bird on fire burger which was not good at all.

It was a dark, dreary night in the province of Altrincham. nothing but dead scran gaffs for miles and overpriced yuppie bars for miles. Angry Uncle on the phone of Champions refused to serve 2 starving youts because they were out of the delivery radius, but little did Uncle know, their allies on the inside “Big Wes” and the Delivery Driver (definition of bossman) would still deliver for their starving comrades on the Altrincham front. “Smashed Patties for all” was heard from the rooftops when it arrived. Champions Loyal ✋🏻

This is my and my son's go to place on match days. We love it. Burgers are fantastic. The main man is brilliant and always looks after my 11 year old, giving him free ice cream to keep him going while we wait for our delicious burgers and milkshakes.

After 4 orders from this place I can tell you for certain that the service is extremely poor. Firstly they take over 1:30mins to fulfil your order, Secondly you don't get what you pay for because your orders are mixed up and sometime they add stuff you don't want in my case they kept adding Onions and pickles, Then the burgers I order for came very horrible missing the Halloumi and Donner I paid for ( Even after calling they promised a refund which they never did). Lastly you just have to wait on luck, out of 4 orders only 1 came in right was the one I bought and picked up in person. Its a shame such a place with good pricing and variety doesn't meet up to expectations, I was thinking I've found a great burger join near me but that wasn't the case.

A good fast food place inside the stadium with a limited menu of pies, hotdogs, and paninis. A various options for drinks is available but you are not allowed to take alcohol to your seats in the stadium. A good experience overall

Wow what can I say.. second time coming back because the first time was so good and greeted by the same amazing customer service I had before, went for something different this time I had the toasted chicken and bacon wrap meal, the price is unbeatable for what you get and the milkshake I had made by Kamal was absolutely outstanding!! And he had a smile on his face through the whole thing and made time to have a conversation, I cannot recommend this place much more thank you Kamal and the chefs outstanding! Will definitely be back!

Top notch takeaway! Could not recommend anymore more if I could give more stars I would. From the minute I walked in i felt comfortable the staff were amazing! I asked what they recommended and the man helped me out alot! I’m sorry i forgot the names the two men taking my order they were outstanding and couldn’t fault them had a laugh and professional! I had the champions burger and it was outstanding the man said I would love it and I did! Nice cooked fresh smash Patties and not dry! Nice fresh lettuce, lovely champions sauce and a fresh crispy hash brown! Well done you guys that work there you are all superb at your job and I will be back next week for certain! Absolute gem of a place, they are the champions! 🤤

Didn't try here all year until after a work night out, was blown away by the low price of the sliders and was able to get a decent haul, including peri fries and some nuggets for under a tenner. Was super fast both eat in and takeaway the few times I've visited in person.

Just ordered from here close to midnight on a Sunday night, didn’t even expect anywhere to still deliver…. This food was exceptional. Honestly I was sad I ordered just one portion of everything. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had, and the rest was just as good.

Wir haben sehr spät noch Hunger gehabt und sind vom Hotel rüber gelaufen. Hat sich gelohnt. Sehr lecker der Burger. 3 Scheiben Fleisch und frisch. Der Wrap war auch knusprig und gut. Vorallem war alles richtig schön heiß. Pommes knusprig. Uns Deutschen hat es gut geschmeckt ;-). Zu später Stunde auch interessante Leute unterwegs.

First time going here, we ordered a 2 smash pattie burger meal an angry bird burger meal and a portion of chicken strips. What was shocking is the portion size! The smash patties were paper thin and so was the chicken ( overdone, tasteless),. And the portion of chips was unbelievable! Literally 13 chips I counted! When I told the geezer at the counter he said bruv it's recession! And laughed in my face! Awful customer service! I think they are there to take advantage of the folks that have had a few drinks! The only thing that was a decent portion was the strips! If you in the area I recommend cluckeritos! Not far from here, fantastic customer service , great portion size and price point! Or if you don't want to travel just go syds next door, even that not my go to but better than champions takeaway!

Worn down place and atmosphere Bad decor EXTREMELY hot and smokey inside, seems like there's no air conditioning I walked 1 mile to get to this place because of the ratings and reviews I saw and read online. I was hoping this would be an amazing place. It did not live up to the hype nor was it worth my time to travel. Save your money and your time and go elsewhere if you can.

Called in for a burger before the England womens game expected it to be one of those cheap takeaway burgers. How wrong I was. Had the double bacon cheese burger and it was amazing. One of the best burgers I’ve had.

This is a great little place, owner is a nice guy, it's a typical kebabs and burgers menu but it's all cooked to order and tastes great. I'd imagine it's busy on matchdays but we were up for a Leicester youth team game so it was a bit quieter.

I wont lie, for a corner takeaway you don't expect much 😅 but maannn I had the American Burger, 2 patties, pepperoni, cheese and bbq sauce 🔥🔥 ill be going again!

We ordered from here at around 23:00 but there were no deliveroo drivers available and they closed at 00:00. We got a call from the store offering to send one of their own drivers instead. The food was amazing, no other words for it. The burger had an addictive quality and the fries were perfectly crisp. The food came still hot, and was overall perfect. Tops to them for taking it in to their own hands to ensure that we got our food. :)

So my boyfriend and I have ordered from here well over like fifteen times (they're probably sick of the sight of us). We always default to Champions because the food is just beautiful. The juicy burgers, crispy wings, CAJUN FRIES, milkshakes and even the onion rings are just *chef's kiss*. Just thought it was time to leave a review considering how much we love it!

Ordered from this take away multiple times, I honestly don’t have a bad word to say about this place. The burgers are really nice no matter if I have ordered early or late in the evening the chicken strips are unreal I would highly recommend the lemon and herb ones and the sticky bbq too, delivery time has always been fast and reliable. I would highly recommend 👌🏼

Ordered from here when attending a gig at the Manchester warehouse, staying at the premier inn Old Trafford, I waited outside the whole time, called to see where they were, was told they had been and no one was there, absolute rubbish. Then they said it's closed now but I'd get a refund the next day. Never got said refund, have asked countless of times just been blown off, now down to my bank to sort out. Untrustworthy.

This is our favourite takeaway. The burgers are delicious particularly the beef burger and bird on fire. Really recommend this to anyone. Good fresh quality 👌

Great late night food. The owner was amazing and so personable and accommodating to us out of town tourists. Great “American burgers”.

Fresh ingredients, nice staff, overall great quality. If you like more flavour and spice in your food, you might want to tell the staff as the basic beef/veggie options are a bit bland. They have been very helpful and forthcoming every time I asked for something extra.

Lovely food, burgers are nice and so are the American hotdogs, priced a bit high, considering the price for chips is separate. Definitely getting again before the next match and is open until late after.

Summary: I would recommend to try this place out. If you are in the area for a match or whatever reason absolutely try this place at least once. From my experience the burger and chips were lovely! The staff (it was possibly the owner.. not sure) was awesome he was very friendly and helpful 😊. In Detail: Before the match we wanted to get something to eat and couldn’t really decide so it was a random decision to head into Champions. Be aware that there is a large menu so it can take a bit of time to decide what food to have. I decided on the crispy beef – 2 patties, crushed doritos, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and their own mayo. From what I ordered I was very satisfied with this burger. Also had normal chips and hot cheese chips which were cooked well and tasted great. The staff there and like I said above it may have actually been the owner not 100% sure was helpful, friendly so no complaints about that part service. 👍 While we did leave there very satisfied with the food, but bear in mind was quite hungry which may have affected my opinion at the time. To be clear while it looks like another one of those random take-out places that you may go to just to fill you up, which is what we went there for, the food from the experience was defiantly a good choice. However, don’t expect anything in 5 minutes while the food comes relatively quickly its not a place for a speedy in-and-out meal. The price itself being from London was pretty standard for me and I don’t know general Manchester take-away prices so I can’t really comment if it was overpriced or not. I will note though, the burger is served in a foil wrap, for me this is fine especially if you are going to take it away as it keeps the burger warm for longer but the bun will become greasy which I know some people don’t like. For me it’s a classic greasy burger 🍔

Good quality but don't place the burger and bun in tin foil. It does keep it hot but the bun goes soggy.

Proper nice burger and chips. We got the smashed burgers with cheese & salad and it was juicy fresh and seasoned lovely, comes with home made sauce topped of the whole burger . Fresh chips with a seasoning on fresh, not greasy at all. 👍 Defo ordering again and will tell others too.
