Chakra Little Venice in City of London, Westminster

After having some fairly average Indian food out recently, I wasn't expecting anything special here. To my pleasant surprise, the meat was super tender and the sauces, extremely flavoursome. The waiter (Floriano), was also very helpful. I don't tend to post reviews very often, but this one is worth favourable feedback.

A restaurant with a wonderful and different taste. I always try to taste new dishes. The taste is very good. The presentation and service are superb. Highly recommend a visit.

I really like this restaurant. Second time here. Fresh Indian food with a modern twist. Nice service and good value. I would go back. The lamb shank is great and also the naan bread. They also have lots of vegan options.

We reserved a table online and reconfirmed it the day before, but when we arrived at the restaurant there were no free tables. They initially told us to come back in 5 mins and then 20mins, but it was clear no one was close to leaving their table. When we asked what was going on, they just blamed it on the online booking system. We won't be returning.

Very surprised how pleasant this place is..the service was old..and the food very fresh..went back the next day for a take away.. One strange thing, no menus in the window.. Certainly good and reasonable price and very clean

Bon restaurant indien. Nous y avons été sans réserver un vendredi soir et il y avait de la place. Les sauces sont très bonnes et bien épicées. Je recommande le chili garlic fish

Delicious food and a very elegant setting. We particularly loved the samosa dish. Staff are very pleasant and service was swift

We had a very good time at Chakra in Little Venice and we were quite impressed by the food there. Not only the food is beautifully presented but it was some of the best Indian food we ever had. We know the executive chef and once he told us that he has a new menu up at all the different Chakra restaurants ( there are 4-5 of them so you can find one near you) we had to experience it. Everything was extremely well prepared and super tasty. One thing that we didn't get a picture of because it "evaporated" in our mouths was some lamb and chicken. Very tasty and a bit spicy. All in all, do yourself a favor and enjoy this excellent cuisine at Chakra. We will definitely return and maybe check out some of the other venues they have.

I had dinner and lunch at Chakra. The food was outstanding. I loved the healthy options and how beautifully it was served. The staff was attentive and the ambiance was really cozy. I love that it is a small restaurant and suits perfectly the Little Venice neighborhood feel.

Excellent tasting, well-presented Indian food. Staff are friendly. Ambience is open and well-ventilated (our clothing did not smell of food when we left which is great). A really good new addition to the neighborhood. I will return regularly I’m sure. Thanks team Chakra.
