The service wasn't even good you guys were rude and the karak chai tasted very awful plus inside the karak chai where the seeds were at the bottom u could've somehow removed all that seeds but this time round it was full of them which me and my friends disliked. Personally you guys should serve your customers kindly and the karak chais especially those seeds need to be removed or else it will just taste so ugly never ever going again!

Been going to this chaiiwala for quite some time now. And it's never disappointed. Karak chai always hits the spot. An the staff is brilliant to.

Nice experience at chaiiwala Soho Road. Anisa was well informed of the menu as we has dietary requirements. The desi breakfast with paratha and channa, Mogo Chips, Samosas Chaat and Karak chai. The children had Omelette Wrap with cheese and Masala Chips, red and blue Limbu Pani

Atmosphere is nice, server is wonderful with kind and well mannered attitude. Been here couple times always happy when I leave.

Pink chai with nuts is on point. Staff very friendly and shop is always clean. We had paneer in naan and veg kebab in naan, Masala chips and mogo chips

Not a regular place I would go to but was told by a friend to but was very surprised by this chaiiwala. I was served by Waleed his was very pleasant and friendly. We ordered the paneer in a wrap and loaded chips with a pink chai and coconut cake. He told us it will take 10 minutes and he was on point. Will be back

I recently visited Chaiwala on Soho Road and had a really pleasant experience. The place has a nice, cozy vibe, but what stood out was the excellent customer service from Fizzy. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was spot on. The food and chai were good, and Fizzy’s service definitely made the visit even better. I’ll be back again!

I have been coming to Chaiwalla Soho rd since day it has opened,and I can honestly say Over several years I have not had Any problems wether it's with the food or staff, The staff are very friendly and accommodating,if any problems they will happily amend it, Manager Fix is equally approachable and understanding. I have tried other Chaiwalla but home is the one on Soho rd, I come here sometimes 2 to three times a day and everyday, I have introduced friends young and old and they All Love it

This beautiful establishment is a must go to! From chai to delicious breakfast, this is a must go for all desi lovers. Even if you are not familiar with Asian style tea/breakfast and cuisine, you will not be disappointed with the food they do, it’s absolutely unreal! I will be coming back again soon. My first time here the old man was very friendly and gave me a taste of the tea they did. We liked the Pink chaii with nuts and my sister had the caramel chaii we also order paneer in naan and the Bombay sandwich which was nice. We comeback soon as we not live here

I went with family nice vegetarian menu. We had the breakfast and also masala chips with cheese. The cakes were nice as we had the gulab jamun cheese cake and halwa. Nice service from the old man who was very friendly.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for unwinsing with a cuppa tea catching up with friends. Customer service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, making sure we felt welcome from the moment we stepped in. They were patient and took there time to explain their extensive tea and food menu helping us us choose the percect blend of our taste. Food was amazing! What truley made this place special was how understanding the staff were. They accomadated all our request with a smile, ensuring that everyone in our group was happy. Went to chaiiwala Soho with friends we had the karka chaii and aloo paratha and halwa puri with chana nice flavours

Was served by Anisa she was very pleasant and helpful. We ordered the vegetarian sausage and egg which was different we also had thr pistachio mix and aloo paratha and the strawberry lassi

went with family karak chaii reminded of back home and pani puri was nice, also Halwa puri with channa and masala chips.

Veg branch with a very clam feel about the shop. Clean and tidy. Raman was very pleasant and welcoming. We ordered the cheese and chutney toasty and desi breakfast with pink chai and also the pani puri. I was asked if i had any allergies as i have a nut allergies which i was surprised as not many places ask.

Went to Soho Road for the first time and was surprised by how well the staff were on point as it was very busy and Anisa was well informed and helped me out as to what hat I should go for. We ordered the desi breakfast and the Bombay sandwich. We also had a few more items the masala chips and it’s cheese and was informed that they were a vegetarian branch. Thank you will be back

Called in the branch spoke to the manager who refused to give his name, first he said only 1 pink tea was ordered then once he checked he admitted 4 pink teas were ordered but he said he cannot send out more pink teas. It was my job to contact the driver to arrange delivery and refused a refund. Appalling customer service especially from a manager. Chaii wala needs to teach there staff customer service

Typical Indian chai with full milk and sugar.

Karak chai was perfect and very tasty. Could have done with a bit more sweetness. Gulab jamuns were fresh, hot and very tasty. Ice cream scoop went very well with it! Happy with my order!!!👍

First time trying chaiiwala as i have come from back home i thought it keep on coming up on my tik tok lets me just go and vist a chaiiwala but the closest one to me was this branch soho road i must say staff and manager (Fizzy) where amazing definitely will be back to this branch

Rubbish food, Dirty toilets, Okay drinks.

First timer Chaiiwala Soho Road was a pleasant surprise we ordered the desi breakfast with beans and toast and also the masla chips bombay Sandwich and the kids had chill paneer and Samosas chaat. The food was on point and the customer service from Manfusa and the man with gray hair was on point. Also was very surprised that this branch is vegetarian

Dirtiest toilet ever! Disgusting 🤮

Had a seat in meal which was less quality than expected. Also ordered a takeaway at the same time. I paid for the meals and was given the takeaway to take home. On opening the takeaway, I was shocked with the quality. See photos attached. Unreliable staff and also the manager, when contacted, not professional enough to address the serious issue. Can’t go to any Chaiiwala now.

First & last visit.. Ordered indian desi breakfast where is pratha were ready made & the size of the omelet is bigger than pratha. omelet was smelly channa which was provided wasn't cooked properly. pink tea is less pink & white more...owner please look at my pictures before replying to me Thanku.

Today I had ordered breakfast for myself and my family from the soho road branch and the service and food was just awful. The desi breakfast came cold and was disgustingly oily. I ordered two teas with the breakfast and one separate tea and the tea wasn’t delivered. Straight away called the driver and was told I need to call the branch and let them know because they were the ones that pack the order and he just delivered it Ect Ect. Called the branch only to be spoken down to by a male staff member and then getting quite loud and condescending with my mum. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the soho branch won’t be ordering from you again. Also who sells pink tea that isn’t even pink. I’ve had pink tea before and whatever it is that they sell calling it pink tea really needs to research what pink tea actually is and how it’s made. I would upload a photo of their so called pink tea but they don’t have the option for me to attach a picture to this review.

Today I have a bad experience in this restaurant. I was waiting long for someone on the till to ask me what I want, I feel the staff cold and give me impression I'm not welcome there, maybe racist because I'm not asian. I find table dirty with rubbish on. Inside it was some family's with kids , kids listening very loud on phone , make you to feel in a disco club not in a restaurant. Bad experience.

Would like to visit again and again, perfect for family sitting and access for disabled people

Spent nearly £20 and got zero customer service back,also told guy to cling film teas that were for takeaway because we were going far but he said no😑!!successfully lost two regular customers 👍🏾

Chaiiwala is becoming a real household name in the Asian community. The original in Birmingham being on Ladypool Rd, but the franchise has started to expand across Birmingham. This one is a good decent size, and you'd expect the consistency, but it didn't feel or taste the same (food wise). However, perhaps it might have been a one off, as their menu and food is really good. Perfect for breakfast. However, there's a veg place across the road, which does the best fresh cook parathas, at a very good price. Have it with yoghurt and pickle. Perfect! Don't forget the tea...

Food is cold and old. Almost like they warm up the food from the days before. Go to a different branch but avoid soho road or you’ll be so disappointed.

I've been about three times, the tea is good. The food however is not as I expected, small portions for the price and it all taste the same. The staff are friendly but if you ask for something they just stare at you then don't do what you asked. I might go back for the tea but maybe not this branch. Oh and stay away from the cakes, not nice at all

Had a very good time at chaiiwala today. The standard karak chai was really amazing and has got a lot of variety chaii as well. Enjoyed the paneer in naan as well. The staff was really good, polite.

Great place, and been coming here often. I always like to get the Mumbai mac n cheese and chips. But have seen a decline in the quality of the chips. They are cold, stale, dry and very obviously reheated not made fresh like they say they do. Mumbai mac n cheese is still OK and atmosphere is great, however would improve chips and ensure that your food is fresh for your customers.

pav bhaji was stinking. samosa chaat has half a samosa drenched in chana gravy.

Went for breakfast the food quality had dropped a lot burnt paratha the tea tasted like sugar water.

My absolute go to place for chaa and food. Had the halwa puri and pau bhaji with the karan chaii😋was delicious. The service is always amazing and they always serve with a smile. 😊

The customer service and food served at this branch was fantastic. In particular the sales assistant Anisa was brilliant. She was so kind and helpful when taking our order and serving. Anisa really made our experience enjoyable. I go to another chai wala branch in which the customer service and the food served is horrendous. The sales assistant is always unkind and unwelcoming and the food is always poorly cooked and served. I had become disappointed with my local branch and stopped going. However Anisa on Soho Rd branch has re established my trust in the brand. Thank you Anisa

Chai wala more like dry wala. Food is so dead. I tried pav bhaji. I was so dry like it was sitting In pot/pan for days. Luckily managed to swap for a somosa burger(hence 4 star service, although at one point they were reluctant) which was OK. 4 stars for some reason but should be closer to 2.
