Karak Chaii is the best among all of them. This Chaii is tremendous and mouth watering. And the staff are very nice and friendly to the people. Specifically Nad. They are very generous with customers.

The donuts and the waffle sticks were delicious. The service was also really good.

I always get my karak chai from here. It is the best in comparison to other places ‐ even beats ' Chai wala' just the right amount of tea flavour and sugar.

Went here quite late on Saturday evening. Ordered karak chai, hot chocolate, and some loaded and plain donuts. The workers were incredibly helpful and friendly, enabling confidence and offering good information on products. The environment was clean and pleasant to be in. We opted to takeout but looked a great place to eat in too . Finally the most important part, the loaded donuts were incredible. Asked for a suprise and boss man did not disappoint. Reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend, a brilliant experience.

When I had there desert it was so nice it was soft sweet and it was a good amount of desert . There tea is warm and sweet I recommend you get the deserts from chai Walli .

Fabulous. The chai was exceptional. Rich, aromatic, and just like home. The breakfast was flawless, hitting all the right notes. As someone who’s usually skeptical about breakfast spots, this one blew me away. On a previous visit, I tried the keema, which was perfectly spiced and delicious. This time, the chana stole the show—well cooked, packed with flavour, and elevated by the addition of masala beans. Simply outstanding. To top it off, the service from Subhaan was impeccable, making the experience even more special. If you’re looking for the best all day breakfast spot, this is it. Hats off to the team!

I have tried karak chaye in many places. I had started avoiding karak chaye because I found them all very thick, sweet, and heavy on stomach. Karak chaye at chaii wali was perfect, not so thick, not so sweet and very refreshing. They have a large variety of chaye. I will try other varieties at another time. The service was friendly and welcoming. I would certainly recommend them.

Very disappointed after waiting in traffic for 30 minutes on Stratford Road. The donuts where disgusting, very oily and soggy, breaking away. I spoke to staff member over the phone. He said, that's the way they are supposed to be. Kids where very unhappy. I can still taste the oil in my throat an hour late.

Milkshakes, icecream and karak chai were really nice and customer service was very good! Would recommend.

Tea is great from here it really lives up to the highly talked about ‘best tea in Birmingham’.upon my visit there was a great deal on ,2 sugar donuts and any tea, for only £3.if visiting I would definitely recommend this as the tea complements the donuts!!!

Just ordered 3 pink Kashmiri teas. Vile. Normal tea with lots of fake pink colouring. The nuts were so off tasting. I went based on good reviews, but honestly chaiiology and chaiiwala are in a different league. You can’t cut corners, and this is a prime example.

Visited on a quiet Sunday evening. Tea options are limited, and the waffles my friend had were cold. My main gripe and reason for the 2 stars is that although I hadn't finished my drink we were told they're closed and basically to get out. No pre-warning. Really bad customer service imo but my friend said I shouldn't expect any better in these asian run places. Shame really. On the upside, the decor is lush, hence the 2 star

The best chai place in Birmingham. Fairly priced, great customer service and quality food & drinks. The doughnuts of course are great, as well as the hot drinks but a special mention for me goes out to the flavored croissants and the nimbu paani!

I went to Chai Wali earlier this week. Customer service was excellent. I ordered Kash’s Krazy Kinder which tasted amazing. The staff were very polite and the food was made swiftly. Overall it was a 10/10. They need one in Manchester ASAP!

Let me just start by saying this place is absolutely phenomenal. The decor is very pleasing and the vibes were on point. Super friendly and helpful staff, especially the lad at the till I think his name was Kash. The desserts were amazing and I'd definitely come back here with my family !!!

Tea is good, but falooda price is way too high £4.50 for falooda not worth it..

We went there and we payed £6 for their donuts. When we went to have them they were so tiny and barely even had any sugar on it and tasted so bland yet their staff was preaching about how amazing they were😐

The Lokma are absolutely delicious- I’ve never had anything like them. This is the only shop that sells these. Will be visiting again soon :)

The name is quite misleading, as it's a dessert place, not a chaii place. And after getting a large hot chocolate, it was just filled up halfway. Aesthetically really beautiful place, hours are a bit weird but if they change their name it makes sense to only be open in the evening

Chaii wali is my go to place in brum for tea and donuts 😋. All the staff are really friendly and welcoming however a worker called zainab was very rude but a guy working there apologised on her behalf even though I went through a bad experience I would definitely go back. PS I HOPE THEY FIRE HER

Quick and efficient and probably the best karak chaii

Visiting Chaii Wali on Stratford road was an amazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly. We tried the new addition to the menu, the turkish lokma, and they were extremely delicious. and the Karak Chaii was unreal, it tasted out of this world Will definitely returning again to get them and also try other things from the menu.

The place itself is super cute for a date or a tea date with the gals. The kark chaii was nice, tastes just like chaiiwala chai. The doughnuts were lovely and they are what made this chai shop unique.

I travelled all the way from derby after seeing posts of the Turkish Lokma on the chaii wali instagram page. Firstly I was in awe of the decor, the shop looked absolutely stunning. The staff were very friendly & the Turkish Lokma’s didn’t disappoint, they were absolutely phenomenal. I also had their karak chai and I can honestly say it’s up there with the best. If you’re ever in Birmingham I would hugely recommend 👏

Tea is great here. The seating are wasn't too spacious but the staff were great and catered to us by joining tables together. The Kinder chocolate was really good! The decor is stunning and very instagrammable and service was great too.

Everything there tests like tea. I bought latte and I was shocked to find it tea and already full of sugar. I suggest you test what u buy first and better not to buy
