Authentic and excellent service

The food was amazing and the service was amazing. I liked the food the fish was amazing. Great service by the chailink staff and Mr. Safar is very friendly and nice.

Food is OK. The karak tea is worst I have ever tried

I recently had food from chai link ✨ and was blown away by the experience! The food was absolutely delicious, each dish bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection🥘. The staff 🧑‍🍳👩‍🍳were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. I highly recommend trying their EGG PUFFS, BANANA FRITTERS, BEEF CHORU, CHICKEN BIRIYANI, CHICKEN PUFFS AND TEA, a delightful blend of textures and tastes 🤤❤️

The food is nice service is very good BUT portions very small like children's

Today I’m ordered veg spring roll and other food items from chai link and they gave us non veg food and after that instead of apologies they are smiling and give the reason of misplacing of food. I’m very disappointed from them and if I ask about refund they started arguing with us. They don’t have any guilty about what have they done. You should feel a little ashamed about your work and responsibility.

Very bad behaviour with the customers and we ordered veg and they gave us the non vegetarian food

I’ve regularly used Chai Link, on numerous occasions during the past several months, and always satisfied with the service and food quality. However, today was disappointing. I requested two portions of vegetable pakora, something I’ve regularly enjoyed. I asked if it could be put in one bag. The young lady who served me chose a small bag and filled it to the top. I said I expected a larger bag to be filled as normally the smaller bag constitutes one portion. She turned to her male assistant to ask advice. He promptly tipped the small bag contents into a larger bag and offered it to me. I said I would like it filled with more pakora, to which he replied that it contained two portions, and would not add any more. So I declined the purchase and walked away. While I appreciate increased costs, overheads and shrink-flation I’m not prepared to be ripped off! I will continue to use Chai Link, however will monitor portion, especially as prices rise. Note to Chai Link management: Please consider customer satisfaction before profits.

🟥 AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST🟥 I had some tandoori chicken here yesterday and a chicken samosa , after I ate this it was instant regret as I have been up all night vomiting this place gave me food poisoning 100% as I haven’t eaten anything else all day, there food practices are terrible they reheat the food in the microwave and serve there rotten chicken warm , I would advise to stay well away from this rotten place.

My recent dining experience at Chai Link Cafe was incredibly disappointing, and the standout issue was the apparent age of the food. The dishes I received seemed stale and lacking in freshness, This not only affected the taste but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene and food handling practices at the establishment. Unfortunately, the aged quality of the food significantly contributed to a negative dining experience. My friends has raced this issue before and I will not visit this restaurant for sure.

Was given karak chai, tasted like a masala tea. If indeed was a karak chai then it was the most bitter chai anyone's ever drank. More milk, less tea, less boil, too many tannins, destroyed the enjoyment within the tea. What a horrible experience.

We were slightly disappointed as the snacks (pazhyampori seemed stale, cupcake was very dry, other pre-made snacks didn’t seem very fresh for order)… the tea was very watery..but with time we we got used to it (we were waiting for few friends shopping in the mall). They really could do better.

We Ordered Biryani for the first time it doesnot taste good at all it was a mixup of yakhni Rice and some Biryani Rice. Very Bad Experience 👎

The service was decent and atmosphere wasn't the best given the space but the food was excellent, especially the pani puri, best I had, literally went twice in one day, totally recommend this place and their food.

This is amazing place for traditional indian food, mostly after Jumma prayers I go there to have rice which similar like Biryani but more Pulaoo but it is quit nice. They have machine made tea and coffee but they taste very nice. I have tried few items their regularly Samosa, burger, chat and cake. All were good except cake was very very sweet I never have used such sweet in my life so was not good for me. But rest everything is quit good and quality. I have done many hours of coding here!

Food was not bad but the customer service was. The staff (lady) was really rude which was really disappointing.

First of all ,all the staffs are very polite and friendly.i really like this place because of the customer dealing and they are not compromising the taste and quantity of food..worth giving 5 *

Good food however I wish they were more attentive I asked questions about what ingredients are in what because they had a new menu but he was very abrupt and was very quickly done with me after I paid even after I was still asking questions when he saw his regulars and he was very smiley and friendly with them and made me feel like a nuisance when I only asked 2 questions 🤷🏽‍♀️Just got home I thought it was Lamb turns out it's chicken biryani not enjoying it disappointed when I think about it he didn't even tell me what was in the Briyani just gave it to me..... hopefully the next time I come I get a better experience and service fingers crossed when this place first opened I really enjoyed my experience

Nice place where we get authentic Indian especially Kerala snacks. Also offers various chaat varieties which are equally tasty as ones we get in India. The price of food is affordable but portion sizes can be improved.

We come from Dubai and found this little gem in Luton town. Fast and Friendly service. Serves authentic halal indian street and snacks! Good taste of chai and coffee. Good value in products. Located at the center of Luton Mall, in front of River Island. A perfect place to satisfy your cravings while doing your shopping. Family friendly too. Reminds us of home.

So, this is a small outlet in the centre of THE MALL, luton. And it serves the street food of India. I have always had their samosas although the chutneys they give is really bland and not really consumable with the samosas. The samosas were also tasteless this time I had them. I would really appreciate their aloo tikki chaat which I found, was the best here this time. The service was a bit slow with just 2-3 Customers at the counter including me. Can do better when they are serving in The Mall that Luton has.

It was the best snacks place specially my youngest daughter s favourite samosa chat , always ask me to take her there, service is excellent food is yummy and so much rush when ever we go its means lots of people like their tasty snacks as it’s not too spicy and suitable for everyone, well I bought this time for take out and family members who were at home they love it 🥰 well done keep it up

I found the papri Chat very disappointing. There was an 'off' taste, I couldn't tell if it was the yogurt or the pomegranate used. There are much better quality places to visit for chaat in Luton.

Just visited today staff is very ill mannered as first a guy deliver us with wrong order and later on come and asked that you bring two plates of papri chat instead of one plate papri chat with tea and despite of accepting his mistake he start misbehaving with a lady how he can use such stupid language and impose allegation instead of accepting his own mistake and being apologies never visit them they are ill mannered

Always wanted to try this place and it was a big disappointment. Staff heat food in the microwave, the food tasted like it was 2 or 3 days old, soggy and oily plus no taste. They put all the food on 1 plate meat and veg and didn't ask if anyone was vegetarian. Tea was nasty the only good thing was the canned drinks.

Visited Luton during the Eid Holidays and came to The Mall for breakfast at this wonderful chai cafe. This place serves South Indian snacks and Karak Chai. We had a Aloo parata, Chicken spring roll, Aloo Samoosa and Karak Tea. Karak Chai was really good not too strong or too sweet just right amount of sugar and milk. Staff are friendly and polite
