Fabuloso restaurante con un gran ambiente. Tuvimos un fantástico caballero que nos sirve llamado Chase muy amable y un crédito al equipo.

Los sabores son similares a una casa de curry tradicional británica con la mayoría de los artículos bastante dulces. Los entrantes son mejores que la red. Puntos malos: - Los sabores están desequilibrados y más en el lado dulce. Los calamares, el pollo achari, el cordero y la paletilla deben estar en el menú de postres. La paletilla de cordero se basa en el menú. - El melón de agua dulce es vergonzoso y se siente como beber el residuo que queda en un tazón de melones de agua. -Los tamaños son pequeños y bastante caros. En cierto modo es bueno, ya que no habrá sobras. La dirección se olvidó del baño. Los orinales estaban fuera de servicio. Un rollo de papel higiénico para limpiarse las manos después de lavarselas. Una canasta diminuta para tirarlos después. Los baños estaban sucios y el personal dejó los rollos de papel higiénico en el suelo sucio. Buenos puntos: Los entrantes son buenos. El kebab y el chaat eran agradables. Entre los principales el pollo biryani y el pollo GT fueron los únicos buenos artículos. Muchas opciones halal. El personal es muy amable. El ambiente es bueno

Fuimos como una familia de 4 en una noche de semana. El menú de bebidas tiene una buena variedad de cócteles / cócteles. La comida era deliciosa, con porciones simplemente adecuadas. Era bastante ruidoso y el servicio un poco lento, pero el personal amable.

Very impressive street food., pleasant staff, and food was served promptly and with an explanation of what was ordered Only downside was the service was slow and we had to cancel drinks that were taking so long to arrive.

As a family we went here to eat, we were greeted nicely, then even better we were recommended fabulous dishes off the menu by the youngest member of staff called Chase! He was so lovely and kind and well mannered. All the staff were amazing and friendly and patient with us as we were indicisive. The food was amazing, so much flavours and we didn’t have to wait too long. They even brought my husband a cheesecake as it was his birthday. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Came in with friends as a walk in for a last minute dinner and here is how it went: Our greeting when we entered was warm, incredible and welcoming, the young girl on the front desk was efficient, helpful and friendly with finding us a table and even took the time to ask if we had any allergies, she sat us at a lovely table and even took the time to wish us a nice evening, she was smiling throughout and even had a small laugh with us which was great. Food was amazing and so was the mocktials, the service was lovely and efficient and we were well looked after throughout our meal. Will definitely be returning Thank you for a wonderful evening out and to the lovely young girl at the desk for getting us a table without a having a booking.

If you want Indian food with a difference, this is the place to visit. Great restaurant with lovely friendly staff. We shared a couple of starters, I can definitely recommend the spicy potatoes, best I've ever tasted. The butter chicken main was delicious and the garlic naan was perfectly cooked. The menu was so varied and we Will definitely visit again if in the area.

Ich bin ein großer Fan von indischen Restaurants - dieses hier gehört zu den absolut besten die ich weltweit gesehen habe. Top Qualität, sehr guter Service, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.

Visited this restaurant with my partner, we were in the area looking for a nice place to have a romantic dinner. We hadn't booked but were welcomed by the restaurant manager. We were seated and given an un-rushed period to make our meal choices. The venue is large but has a great atmosphere. When your meals arrived we were pleasantly surprised with the presentation and the quality of the beautiful dishes. We even had our photos taken by our waitress, a really nice evening, made possible by Chai Ki.

Exceptional food. Really tasty. Our host Mohammad went above and beyond with his menu knowledge and efficiency. Really great person. Food is lovely and it wasn’t the first time I’d visited and it won’t be the last. Really nice ambience too.

We really enjoyed our food here and the service from Mohamed. He was just pleasant, helpful and kind. Nothing seemed to much for him and he was just willing to help 👍🏾 The food by the way was yum 😋 if you have not been please give it a try also such a great location as well accessible Jubilee or Elizabeth line

We were on a visit to the area and fancied a indian curry. This is not a traditional Indian restaurant but offers their modern twist on it. Why bother, because it clearly doesn't deliver, what was delivered was a pathetically small portion's of a chicken curry. It was tasty enough, but they are obviously very tight on maximising their profits at the cost of small portion's and under delivering to the customer. The rice was just plain, no spices in it, again I've had better. So to recap overpriced for very small portions, i felt afterwards as if I needed another meal !

Love this place!!! Food was amazing and really well priced. I would definitely recommend the lamb sukha masala - it was absolutely delicious. I haven't stopped thinking about it!!! Staff are all so friendly and attentive - don't listen to the negative reviews they are not a true reflection. Special mention to Maxi the bartender she was fabulous.

Where to start with this amazing place, The food was perfection along with the drinks, and the service overall was brilliant especially from the young english girl at the reception desk who tried her best to fit us in and managed to get us a table, would recommend to anyone who likes indian food.

We were a large group and the food and service were excellent. Good flavor, tasty and with good variety. Sitting next to a guy from India he was also complimentary of the food. Nice option for good indian food.

Hands down my favourite restaurant in London. I have been here multiple times over the past few years and it is reliably delicious. The food is just so good and the prices are so reasonable for the quality. It is so underrated! It is my absolute go-to for my birthday or a special occasion in particular (as it is a bit further away from us these days). Open another branch near North London please, with the same amazing quality and service!!!!

We had the most fantastic meal here. We had cocktails first (Chai Ki Old Fashioned, Margaritas and Bellinis which were all delectable); then an exquisite meal. The starters (crushed samosas in particular) were devine. Our main courses were also awesome, with an excellent range of flavours and heats. This is not your usual 'Indian' (popadoms, lamb pasanda, chicken tikka masala etc) but an experience which will blow your mind!

This spot was great for a casual night out with my boys, the food was great and the service ( for the most part ) was impeccable. A special shout-out goes to Mariá, who was wonderful, and helped us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. The starters (chicken wings) hit the spot and the mains were delicious. However, here comes the negative. As we first walked in we were greeted by the women at the front desk, who immediately was rude to us, being very sassy and argumentative towards us. She asked if we wanted a table, however we did not hear and so she said, with great attitude, “ Do you want the table then or not?”. To young, smart, well dressed and educated teenage boys, this was not how we would have liked to be spoken to at a restaurant we were paying for. We could have gone to any other restaurant in Canarf Wharf, and guaranteed we would have been welcomed better. However, we put this unpleasant experience to the side and decided to indulge in the munch. Collectively speaking, it was a good decision from the boys. The food and the service after was impeccable and so I’d recommend people to come here. (Just expect a rude welcome).

Not overly impressed with Chai Ki. I heard good reviews so thought I would give it a go. The venue (Canary Wharf) is great and the staff were great, however the food was wasn’t memorable. If you’re going out with friends for dinner then the venue is perfect. Just don’t expect overly tasty food. Let’s break it down. Starters: - Burnt Chilli Chicken Salad 4/5 - great taste and great spice level. Very tasty. - Koliwada Calamari 3.5/5 - good calamari with great a great marinade. Very tasty but nothing amazing. - Gilafi Seekh Kebab 3/5 - average kebabs. They were mild and tasty, but forgetful. - Sigri Aubergine 3.5/5 - has great potential with some good flavour. However there was no impactful flavour to this. Nothing distinctive about them. Also the textures were only on one level. Mains: - Karol Bagh Butter Chicken 3/5 - this was rich and creamy. The chicken was cooked well however lacked any meaningful flavour. Also, there was an incredible amount of sauce compared to chicken. - Prawn Moilee 3/5 - great dish, however needs rice more than a naan (naan is what we ordered). This needs to come with a recommendation of rice as a side. - Lamb Sukha Masala 1/5 - this was their only lamb mains and there wasn’t much lamb at all in the dish. It lacked any lamb flavour. There were two lamb somasos with the dish which was completely confusing. Just provide a good amount of lamb in the curry rather than substituting it for lamb samosas. - Dhal Fry 4/5 - good spice level. This is very different from a daal makhani. This had the most flavour from all the dishes Overall I won’t be going again. The venue was great but the food want to match.

Amazing customer service by Samira she was lovely to me and my wife. Food was very poor my mum cooks better so very appalled and flavourless. FYI do not trust TikTok reviews biggest regret.
