Staff wasn’t Good enough, Coffee wasn’t good at all , it was waste of money and time to be honest

Ordered a hot chocolate. The “barista“ is not washing the milk pitcher in between drinks. It was disgusting with caked on the residue all over it. He is simply adding milk to the dirty pitcher and then adding the hot cocoa mix to the pitcher and then steaming. Instantly threw a drink away and left.

I am a client of every city I visit in the United Kingdom. I usually go to have a coffee in any cafeteria, but in this cafeteria, even the employees spoke badly to me, giving me at least fifteen minutes.

Nice coffee shop on a lovely high street with multiple shops. Costa coffee is good as always. Cakes are ok. Service was very good.

The best thing is the location, being on the second floor, it has a couple of tables that overlook the Tower of London and you can have something hot with very good views. They have vegetable milks, so we were able to have a hot chocolate, very hot. They have a bathroom and it is unisex, so there is usually a long line.

Costa's coffee is second to none, and this one has views of the Tower of London.

One of the dirtiest Costa Shops ever ... Cups outside brown from Espresso ... Food quality acceptable ... staff friendly, but the whole area needs more regular cleaning ... nearly all tables dirty ... Alle USB Power plug ports are not working correctly... too less power for charging modern mobile phones ...

We only had hot chocolate and Toi good to go, but there was almost nothing in it and it didn't taste good either

Coffee was rubbish and expensive. Weak and tasteless.

Waited over 15 minutes for a toastie and sausage bap because the ovens needed cleaning. Fair enough, but when our food finally came out of the oven, the toastie was stone-cold and the sausage bap was lukewarm, so we were wary of eating the sausages. Our cakes were left on the counter without indication that they were ready. Staff were rude and told people who were sat eating that they had to leave one side of the restaurant because it needed to be cleaned, only for the staff member to disappear for 15 minutes with no cleaning taking place whatsoever. It felt as though they were kicking people out, despite it only being 6pm (closing time is 8). The only saving grace is the view of the Tower and the drinks themselves, which were great. I hate leaving negative reviews, but it cost us £24 for 2 cakes, 2 sandwiches and 2 small hot drinks!!

Rude apathetic staff cannot be bothered

We went to this Costa (The Vaults at Tower Bridge) a few times on a recent holiday to London as it was really convenient for our hotel. I was pleased as Costa is one of my favourite coffee shops. However, this Costa was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude, dismissive and extremely condescending on both occasion we visited. I'd like to point out, I was with my sister who works at Costa and knows the correct drinks and deals etc. On our first visit, the Barista Maestro on shift was incredibly rude to use when we asked to modify a drink. Then when my sister tried to use her staff discount, she rolled her eyes, sighed and complained. Overall, her attitude was awful. On the second visit we had breakfast and cake. The same BM was again, rude and rolling her eyes at us. When we were looking at the food we said very politely "oh sorry, we're still deciding" and she sighed and ushered us up to the till anyway. She then charged us wrong for the food (overcharging), then when we asked if the staff discount had gone through as the total seemed a little high she was condescending and spoke to us like petulant children as though we couldn't understand. We chose not to argue as that would be rude. She then proceeded to give us the wrong drinks, didn't give us our ice waters and was staring at us as we ate then left. On both occasions the bathroom toilet was also overflowing, smelly and full of flies. We also witnessed her being rude to a few American customers behind us for not knowing things on the menu. I wish I had thought to get the BMs name, but the second visit was August 12th at 9:20am. I should also note we went to a Costa up the street the following day and got the same order to see if we had in fact been overcharged, and as suspected this time we were far less.

It was my very first time in London, i decided to sit down in Costa near Tower of London. Everything was good except i was told to order with the self kiosk which is fine no problem. I chose chicken shawarma but paid for a different sandwich which was 0.45 cheaper. I was informed by a member of staff that this is not what you have paid for, i apologized and said that i will pay the differennce but i was actually interrupted during lunch while i was waiting for my Tea and staff made me pay the difference. Costa should re-think the idea of using self kiosk that these kind of things can happen but instead insulting the customer, inform them nicely and the customer would pay later after there lunch not during as we can't enjoy afterwards. By the way i paid the difference as it was my own fault but i was expecting a bit more customer service from your staff as people can make mistakes with technology. Let the customers enjoy there lunch and find a different approach to fix the problem.

The lemon muffin is truly a must. The coffee is super good too and on site, for travelers, there are several charging stations to charge our cell phones. Toilets available and still quite clean despite the traffic. #: croissant, coffee, muffin, lemon, espresso, London, England, United Kingdom

It was such a shame on rainy Thursday afternoon,I ordered coffee for myself and friends and half an hour I was told to leave the floor because they are closing.When I asked why I was told they are closing the shop soon.Also we I asked if I can use the toilet I was informed they is no toilet.It would be very useful to be told this when you are making order as I wouldn’t purchase drinks there.

So messed up people are working inside as customer service actually they don’t know how to treat customers so rude especially the lady who doesn’t even understand how to take order end of the day I received worst drink ever in my life just waste my money not again disgusting

I recently tried the mango bubble tea, and unfortunately, it was the worst drink I've ever had. Half the cup was filled with ice, leaving less room for the actual drink and bubbles. The flavor was extremely disappointing and far from what I expected. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. I do not recommend trying this drink. Cappuccino - ok

A nice and enjoyable space to relax and have a cup of coffee.

While on vacation I stopped in at this location for lunch. It was a bit busy and I was fortunate to get a seat when I did. But I'm glad I found one. The coffee and food was excellent and the view from the upper windows is really quite nice. I'm glad I stopped in and I hope to visit one day again.

Would be nice if the staff were friendly. They didn't seem at all happy to be there and were arguing in front of customers.

It always costs a guarantee. Here we had breakfast with cappuccino and lemon muffins - breakfast with a view, given the good weather we were outside admiring the Tower Bridge.

Wonderful experience at Costa Coffee tower bridge. The man serving us was very friendly and courteous, and the views were stunning, nestled behind the White Castle with clear views of it and a clear city view too. I could imagine sitting there for a quiet lunch. I'll definitely return to take in the full experience!

I had a wonderful experience at this cafe! The customer service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant experience. I especially appreciated the hot drinks, which were perfect for a cold day. I would definitely recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.

The only good thing is the view of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge... the rest is passable if not a horror, like the bathroom and the quality of what you drink and eat, all synthetic!

Good location with beautiful views. There are a lot of seats, so it doesn’t feel crowded even if there are a lot of customers, and the service is fast.

Yersterday, I had a flat white and a cake in this coffe shop made by an amazing barista called Jasim, but I am reviewing this coffee shop only for him. People are always at the core of any business. Without them, you would not exist! He really went the extra mile, trying his best to offer a very happy customer experience, both to me and to other customers there. Costa take note: brilliant costumer service needs to be appreciated and particularly rewarded. Please treat your staff better, do better, take good care of them and show them the appreciation the deserve! Thank you very much, Jasim for the delicious flat white you made for me and I do appreciate your willingness to go the extra mile!

This Costa Coffee is in a great location with a bright seating area both inside and outside with a good view over the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Service was efficient and the place was clean both times I visited, though there is only one toilet which had a big queue or was locked - however if unavailable there's always the Wetherspoon across the road.v

The service is okay,but you barely get place to sit. They close at 20:00 but the sitting space upstairs they closed at 17:00 without any reason.

Las vistas son espectaculares para desayunar o tomar un café. El café lo ponen ardiendo y eso está muy bien ya que hacía bastante frío fuera. Los precios me parecen excesivos, casi como los del starbucks. Los bocadillos estaban bastante ricos y los cafés buenísimos. Si te pilla cerca del hotel es una buena opción para coger algo rápido.

I came here for the first time. This is the Costa with the most breathtaking views I've ever seen! Through their glass wall, you can see Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Excellent location and cleanliness. The service was excellent and quick. Staff was friendly. Food was edible but not that nice especially for that price.

This is the Costa with the most amazing views I've ever been! You can see Tower Bridge and Tower of London through their wall that is made out of glass. They also have a good selection of sweets and the service was good too.

Was there on Sunday and it was hell busy day have to wait for your turn but staff was very cooperative specially a young lady in black head scarf waited for me calmly as I took a while to decide my drink I think as it is a very busy branch so they should add some more staff members...... Probably the best Costa I have ever visited, just off the beaten track of the main thoroughfare down to the river with a fabulous view of the Tower of London and London Bridge is this hidden gem. Air conditioning, great service with a nice chocolate frappe people watching on a sunny day what more could you want m. Reasonable prices too £8 for 2 medium chocolate frappes. Great tuna melt really tasty I would recommend the tuna melt a great lunchtime snack to keep you going.

A typical Costa cafe, but at the same time with a beautiful view of Tower of London and London Tower Bridge. The good part is that they serve both inside and outside. And next to it there is even a square. It is certainly very crowded and you will have to wait in line for about 5-10 minutes (or more), and at the toilet even 15 minutes (at least). The toilet was dirty, but I understand that the customers brought it to this state, and the staff probably don't manage to tidy up during the day. The staff is ok and the coffee good.

Costa is a very much 'if you must' place to go if you want to get a coffee. The staff are nice but the food and coffee and food are very low quality

Wir lieben Costa, aber dieser ist leider sehr überfüllt und laut. Wir wollten da eigentlich unsere müden Füße ausruhen, sind dann aber zur benachbarten Kirche gegangen da hab’s dann ruhigere Sitzplätze 😅 Aber dennoch der Kaffee und die heisse Schokolade war lecker! Die Sauberkeit war nicht so gut.

Although this costa coffee outlet has one of the best views compared to the other outlets of its own, it ranks lower because of the following. There is just 1 toilet and it is for disabled and everyone else. This meant that we had to wait a long time in the queue, even if we had a disabled waiting. The toilet was in a miserable condition, and we saw atleast 3 people come out with their fingers on their nose to keep it closed, as the stench was bad. You can see the tower of London in all its glory from the windows, but the toilet experience severely brings down its rank. Not adding photos, but please double check on this. Had informed this on the website feedback forms, but no action taken.

Asked for both my items to sit in. Was given both to takeaway. Coffee burnt my mouth as soon as I drank it and the milk tasted burnt. I took it back up to the counter and the woman serving said “did you not order a hot drink?” Incredibly rude. I said I did but I don’t want a burnt drink. I asked her to remake it, she refused. Worst coffee ever, horrible staff! Go to the Starbucks down the road.

Worst costa coffee i ever stepped in , the white girl on the coffee machine was extremely rude towards me , i asked her to use the blue milk for my drink , she aggressively responded to me that its not for you and aggressively spilled the milk in the sink , did not added the toping on my drink , although the guy nich was really nice and served me properly , excellent customer service by nich , and pathetic service by the girl.

Nice spot with great views. But the coffee machine was broke so we could only order tea and hot chocolate, etc. It was disappointing on the weekend. Also, the Toilet was filthy. Staff was friendly to explain the situation about machine.

Nice place to take a cup of coffee or get a sandwich.
