Nice atmosphere to enjoy a cup of tea. We came from London to visit Alum rock road and saw this place and the experience was incredible and the customer service from the lady on the floor was fantastic. 👍🏻👍🏻

Went in with my friend this week and was served by a waiter called Talha. He was so friendly and did his best to make sure my order was prepared exactly as I asked it to be. I also appreciate it when someone comes and checks in that everything's ok, or if I need anything else, (which he did). Brilliant service and the Peanut Butter stack was lush 👍🏻.

I come here regularly, and I met a new server today named Talha. This is my first time meeting this new server, and I was immediately greeted with very warm and genuine, friendly conversations, I was given my menu, and I ordered a desi Breakfast and Talha explained that there was 3 different types of bread, Talha also explained that I could have selected beyween 3 different types of items which were channa, keema or masala beans. I found his way of explaining the menu thoroughly and clearly. I chose the keema and Talha said that this was a good choice and he was not wrong as it was very nice. I felt the care and importance as Talha was constantly making sure he got my order correct. I also appreciated that Talha asked me if i wanted to have my drink before my meal arrived, which I appreciated the small gesture as other servers have never dome this before. I also received hospitality from both Iqra and Julia, as they provided me service, as they recommended a Mango and Passionfruit iced tea which was absolutely delicious. I was greeted with warm smiles, and this made me feel happy and welcomed into this restaurant. Overall, I like the staff and how caring and attentive they are towards customers. I would definitely say to come here and try the food and drinks

10/10 service the asian male with a goatee should get a raise he was very welcoming and respectful not just to me but to every customer and notably and elderly man who entered the store. Also to the young black lady who was always smiling, overall the atmosphere is lovely and the staff there are all lovely.

Food great, the staff seemed a little miserable. I guess it's the pressure of hospitality but it was a bit of a put off. I could barely hear the waitress over the loud music. Loved the music choice but if it could be turned down a notch it would be great.

Came here for the first time and I am afraid I won’t be coming again.The food was very average and the naan was the biggest disappointment.it was deep Fried and greasy.The portions were also not reasonable.

I went to Chaii Green today and it was a great experience. Very good service by Humaira , always checking if we needed anything, food were great Portions today and the flavors were amazing. Humaira herself recommended the lahori nashta with tikkah masala. It was amazing!! Appreciated a lot

Had breakfast at Chai Green — it was nice and well presented, but lacked a bit of flavor. Decent overall, but could use a little more seasoning to really stand out.

We came in today for some lunch and it was absolutely delicious! Better food than I’ve had at some restaurants- I’d highly recommend the Karachi pasta and the loaded fries, it was a great combination. The samosa chaat was also tasty- overall a lovely ambience and great service- 5* and we will be visiting again.

Staff was tried Tea was nice however Matilda cake was not even Matilda cake it was like a normal cake And really over priced. Might think about alternatives before I go back

Alhamdulillah the food and the environment itself was nice... but for me what had the most memorable effect was the member of staff who served us. She was talkative in a nice way and made the experience 10x better overall. Her name was Yasmin.

Well its a SHAME tht any best dining place try to make its impact among community for few months in the beginning & then its quality nosedive due to poor management n staffing issues …really like their Bfast as I visited multiple times with F&F but now its getting stale… esp. a middle aged women which greets you at entrance ,her behaviour is hideous as we found her nosey & her gazes makes u extremely uncomfortable … then a guy named Ahmad was quite dumb in terms of ordering food … its surely a nice place to enjoy but their staff needs to changed as they are not efficient & not interested to serve customers so me n my friends aren’t coming again 😏… WAKE UP mgt. 🙏 if you really wanna survive in the market then pls took the customer comments seriously

Popped in for a chai today, and was served by server meena, she provided me with such amazing customer service! she was very welcoming and made sure we were happy with the chai! Hats off to chai green for hiring such lovely staff and having such amazing tea🥰

Nice friendly staff, Ordered paratas and chana for work Christmas breakfast food was lovely everyone loved it. Been here a couple of times for a brunch love the paratas and egg bap, prices have gone quite up now, a year ago prata was 89p each now it's 1.89 each. Come back here again to with some old friends I haven't seen for ages and instead of my normal prata and egg bap we got chicken cheese toastes which were yummy, we sat here for hours catching up and thank you so much to the staff not once asked us to leave after we had eat.

Visited last night for a small birthday gathering, after a lot of hype from family members that were regulars. Initially the staff worked really, hard got the tables ready for us. There was 14 of us! I was impressed by this. The waitress was very polite and friendly. This is the part that ruined the whole experience. Food came out late. It all came out at separate times. We constantly had to ask for things and were told “it’s coming”. My son had to wait over 45 mins for a burger (they never charged for this and gave it on the house). 3 of us has to wait nearly 55 minutes for our stir fry, which unfortunately was below par and tasted awful. The whole point of going out to eat is so you can enjoy eating together. Unfortunately, by the time everyone’s food came it, it ruined the whole experience. All the food came out 15-20 minutes apart. On top of that, one of the waitresses dropped a heap of cutlery and plate on my son. He didn’t complain or say anything but she just made a face said sorry and offered some tissue and walked off. I watched her face and she had a grin on it as she walked off, not sure why that would be funny. It’s a shame because, on the table you had a Food Journalist, and an Influencer. I for one will never be going again and my family who were regulars won’t be going either. I spoke to the lady behind the till; although she was apologetic it wasn’t good enough because she was still trying to charge for a burger that nobody ate or ordered! Also, to say to customers you have new staff in the Kitchen on a busy Saturday night is inexcusable. I travelled from Kent for this meal which is a 3.5 hour drive and was very disappointed. I come from a family of Caterers and appreciate food, service and atmosphere. I think this is a fair review.

English breakfast is expensive. Not generous with their portions at all. Literally,one sausage, two toast pieces,beans and 2 small fried eggs. We also had desi breakfast unfortunately the keema was overly greasy. A lot of oil dripping on the plate. Won't be going there again.

Absolute poor service. Waited 1 hour for the food to which I was told it should be out in 5 minutes. I was told I couldn’t have tap water due to hygiene reasons as the glasses are “shared between customers”. However they then proceeded to give me my tea in a glass - is that not shared ??? Food was average but when my overall experience wasn’t great it doesn’t help at all.

Wow what a find!!! Fabulous atmosphere, Anna is an attentive, friendly lovely hostess. The presentation of the food is oh so tempting and beautiful. I could go through the whole menu.i may do just that.

I’m writing to share my disappointment with my recent visit. We waited 15 minutes to order and then an hour for our food, which was not worth it. The staff were rude, and it was frustrating to see others served before us. They messed up our orders and offered a poor discount. Our starters and mains came out together, and we were told our food would arrive in two minutes, but it didn’t. Plus, we didn’t get a receipt and think we might have been overcharged. I hope you can improve this service for future customers. Treat customers how you want your family to be treated. Never coming back here again

First time trying out this place, went for the butter chicken with paratha, fries and pasta. Taste was good and service was fantastic 👌 Will definitely re-visit.

Might be the best desi restaurant in the UK, and also, the best staff - Iqra and Aishah are way too sweet!

One of the worst experience with my friend at this restaurant and we took two cup of tea which were karak chai which we didn’t feel that is karak just having strong taste of cardamom and we took one pistachio cream cake which were no taste and felt like expired that cause me sore throat and it happened me overnight which is definitely this reason as we felt that straight please better to go somewhere else had a really bad experience with them

Never order Pari chat. Very low quality and lower than average. £2 pound worth chaat selling at £7 ei £6.95. Very upset with their high expensive prices. It says salty chilli with potato, but honestly it's too sweet instead salty and chili. Worth of two pound.

Such an amazing place. Served by Simmi she provided top notch service. She directed us around the menu and gave us amazing service despite the rush and her being alone! The food was bang on and the mocktails were amazing. Our family day out was great!!
