yummy food and big portions, I have some leftover for tomorrow. biryani and sheek (dunno how to spell it) kebabs were great. although they included free poppadom sauces but no free poppadom. not complaining, just felt odd!!! place isn't expensive either (compared to the prices of other curry houses nowadays). I'|l be ordering from here again

Avoid! This place used to be great 10 years ago. Tried it today after years it was awful. The lady handling the meat to put on the grill had no gloves on! She then reheated old crusty chips & burnt the burger patty! £5 for a burnt patty with chips. No meal deal I accidentally took a drink that was another £1 extra. Ate what I could of this disgusting meal only to then get diarrhea. Never returning again

I was so hungry I was considering gnawing on the steering wheel, so I begged my boyfriend to get me something quick. He suggested Cha Cha's, saying it was the local hotspot. Skeptical, I agreed, thinking "Yeah, sure, hot mess maybe." We grabbed our food and ate it in the car. Wow, was I wrong! The burger and chips were so good I almost cried into my ketchup. How have I not known about this place? Cha Cha's is now my new go-to, and I’m definitely telling everyone I know!

Edit: I response to the reply. We all know that heinz ketchup bottle has always been refilled with Costco stuff. It's a bit obvious. It's been the same grimey bottle for years now. Most anorexic burger pattie in existence. They used to be a lot thicker back in the day. Now the price has gone up and you get even less. This place used to be great. Cheese slices are thicker than the burger patties. "ketchup extra, everything extra". That's the funniest bit.. You ask for a bit of sauce on your burger and you the "extra 30p" by the time you know it you got a £1 of sauces on your burger. 😂

Cha chas is a decent spot to get something to eat that has a custom made feel about it. Great determination on soda pops accessible food is great standard gets going yet can telephone request through. Staff supportive and courteous attempt the burgers there exceptionally pleasant stopping can be somewhat of an aggravation particularly around cafe as it's arranged on a mine street with yellow lines however never had a ticket from the superintendents think they avoid this region as it is somewhat obnoxious yet don't allow that to hinder you from attempting a fabulous spot to get some supper while in Rochdale.

Tried the mixed burger and samosas, with tamarind on the side. Fantastic.

Another over hyped Recommendation Samosas have a bad taste and smell (the meat) The Burgers are your average frozen fillets and I have been sick since eating from here

I don't know why people are hyped on this place , the famous mix burger was cheap processed patties you get from wholesalers and they were over cooked so there not juicy at all. I did like the salad and green sauce on the bun but patties ruined it. Chips were over fried too and no salt The special chicken curry and rice was 80 boiled rice with medium/mild spice curry with lots of water then microwaved It's ediable and the aunties work hard but waste of £10 when u got so many other cool places to eat

Tried this for the first time and it wasn't worth the journey to be honest drove 1 hour I got the famous mix burger with chips Burger was VERY dry almost taste like cardboard such a shame because the bun salad and the sauces was amazing but meat seem like it was originally frozen then fried rather than using fresh meat and grilling The chips were under cooked by approx 2 mins I got chicken seek kebab that was reheated in microwave and although the seasoning was ok the meat was once again DRY Lastly I got meat somosa which were small and again it was microwaved BUT they taste AMAZING the filo pastry was crispy and inside the meat ratio spices and flavour was VERY nice.

This is still my go to place for burgers 🍔

Burgers are dry and taste is also not great. Chicken wrap has strong tomato taste, not great. Service is fast but didn't provide any napkins or sauce with the food.

Cha chas is a good place to grab something to eat that has a homemade feel about it. Good selection on soft drinks available food is good standard does get busy but can phone order through. Staff helpful and polite try the burgers there very nice parking can be a bit of a pain especially around diner as it’s situated on a mine road with yellow lines but never had a ticket from the wardens think they stay away from this area as it is a little off putting but don’t let that deter you from trying a fantastic place to get some dinner while in Rochdale.

This place is always bang on the women that run this place know what they doing and I eat at this place regularly

Great home made burgers here i have tried it once when out on a doctors appointment and it was surprisingly really good because it just tasted delicious homely and freshly made 👌

Burgers were brilliant haven't been for a while today I went really dispointed with the chicken burger felt like i was eating cardboard so thin felt like they have sliced it in 3 what used to be one but nice and friendly staff and still a nice place please do your bugars the original size they were thank you 😊

Place has been highly recommended by many of my friends and family, having been a few times I'm don't know what the fuss is about. Food is decent, its liked home made food though. Worth a visit if its a one off and you want to try something different

Consistently tasty and cheap food. They are always really busy and I think that speaks volumes. We like to ring the order through before arriving so we are not waiting long. The ladies speak little English

I love this place, all the food is amazing, fresh and homemade. My family regularly get take aways from here and also buy the burgers frozen for cooking at home too. The green Chutney is sooo good, I actually ask my Husband to go with Tupperware to bring lots home because I'm obsessed! Just wanted to add, if there are any bad reviews here, I believe it's LIES! Cha Cha's can do no wrong!

By far the best indian/Asian takeaway around best burger is the double burger with both meats also the samosas etc.. it's all really good food honestly cooking great service a little pricey but u pay for quality!! Love the place..

I've been going to Cha Chas for years now. I was introduced to it by a colleague many years ago when I worked just down the road and since then, I've kept coming back whenever I could. Their mixed burgers and double lamb burgers are to die for and taste completely home made, just like their lamb and chicken mushkaki's (which is skewered cutlets of meat in a baguette, on rice or chips). They have been able to maintain the homemade flavours alongside consistency and delivery which is a mean feat to achieve. The only thing that holds Cha Chas back from a perfect 5* review is that their seating arrangement inside has much to be desired. For such a busy place, 4 seats is simply insufficient and should at least have some kind of dining area.

The mixed burger is lush or the spicy chicken toastie. The special green chutney is amazing. Love eating here can some times take a little while but that's because it's always busy. I want to try other things on the menu did try the mushkaki but had a bad experience with that one. But could have just been one of those days.

Double Burger meal was the leng an the special sauce was also.
