C'est Ici in Hammersmith and Fulham

Wonderful service and great coffee, also fabulous food. I highly recommend this cafe for the personal touch and friendliness

友人が休日の朝によく行くカフェ。日曜一緒に朝散歩がてら向かい開店と同時に入りました。 奥がテラスになっていて座席も十分にあります。テラスに面した席での焼きたてのPain au chocolatとコーヒーは格別。 朝の気持ちの良い空気の中リラックスした時間を過ごせました。 また休日の朝1番で行きたいです。

Really yummy sandwiches and fresh croissants, their smoothies are very refreshing and in a cute, accessible location. Better priced than Gail’s next door and a lot more variety! Definitely recommend

Narrow/cramped counter area so customers can't pass through to the back, and staff are too lazy to bring your coffee up to the other end of the counter without rolling their eyes.

Best café in West London. Lovely staff, food, atmosphere and of course coffee! Have been coming here on and off for years. My favourite are the mini chocolate doughnut bites and the matcha latte. Locally a Gail's bakery has opened up but this café has the charm and attentiveness often missing in a chain bakery/café.

I am very disappointed in this place. I don't usually write reviews, not even negative ones. I thought I needed. The person who was preparing my coffee seemed overwhelmed, stressed and all over the place. While he was preparing my coffee, he was distracted and doing other things, mopping the floor after he spilled the milk. He talked to me rudely with an attitude, very unprofessional. I responded by telling him you don't need to have an attitude, just relax. He just kept at it. Moreover, the duty manager who should know better, apparently didn't, joined in. She was aggressive, defensive, disrespectful, rude and completely unprofessional. I ended up with a bad cup of coffee, and leaving feeling upset from that negative encounter. Never again I will step in this place, despite liking their croissants and cookies. I empathise with hospitality staff. they are often overworked and underpaid, performing a stressful job, but this is no excuse for behaving disrespectfully, aggressively and unprofessionally. When staff members behave like this, it reflects on the whole business and the owners. C'est Içi need to do a much better job in training their staff and offering a better service.

This is the second I get stomach pain and diarrhoea after having their sandwiches. First time I put it down to probably it’s just me . But the second time it just confirm that this poor hygiene or the piling sandwiches are off!!! Their coffees are though good and this is the only thing I advice you get!!

We came in for a coffee which was very nice but what made this place excellent was the kind barista. I made a mistake and put cinnamon on my wife's cappuccino rather than chocolate and the barista insisted on making me a fresh coffee without charging me.

I came to C'est Ici to grab a sandwich to go, staff was extremely rude. The person behind the counter shouted at us because they didn't understand my partner's order. We decided the leave the café without purchasing anything as we were taken aback by the appalling customer service. I will never return to this establishment.

I am deaf in one ear and struggle to hear especially when people are speaking with face masks on. The lady behind the counter (small brunette) asked me if I wanted my sandwich heated to which I replied "emmm yes please", then I proceeded to order a coffee and she then shouted over me with aggressive hand gestures and quite an angry expression in her eyes "NO!! DO. YOU. WANT. IT. HEATED!!?"- in a very patronising condescending way. She obviously didn't know I was deaf in one ear, so it was extremely rude and disrespectful. I repeated my order and then I realised she was extremely rude so just told her to cancel the order and I walked out. I've never left a review on trip advisor before, but am doing so now because I was so annoyed by that encounter I feel compelled to add to the already horrendous reviews of the place. £5.45 for a sandwich as well, total overpriced.

Incredibly rude staff, in particular the male behind the counter. I have come here several times, and he has been aggressive and impolite consistently in every interaction. The worse attitude to face the public. I will never return.

Well located near the tube station. But, the quality of food and coffee is bad. Staff don’t seem particularly happy either.

Lovely atmosphere and food to match - very good selection of tasty food to go or eat in - a bit tiny inside but it doesn't matter. Seems popular with the folk that work around this area which is a good sign - do not pass by -

Went on a Sunday. Looks inviting with trees visible out back, but - as most people have said - staff are indifferent, and floor was filthy. They couldn't even be bothered to pick up the napkins. Coffee was ok, but not brilliant. Didn't try food apart from a smallish brownie that cost £3.20. Yes really. Music was too loud. I think as others have said, the owner needs to clean up (literally) their act. Suspect staff are not paid the London living wage. To the owner: treat people well, they will perform well. And stop ripping off your customers before you no longer get any.

Visited here several times, the previous occasion will be my last. Rude staff and both chai lattes served at an undrinkable barely even warm temperature.

Lovely, small café with an outside terrace and seating. Perfect for coffee and plenty of cakes, pastries and freshly made ciabattas and baguettes. Friendly service - perfect stop for a quick lunch or coffee stop!

Recently moved to Kensington area and this little cafe has become my local now. Fresh sandwiches & cakes with good coffee. During the summer you also have a nice small backyard garden where you can enjoy your delicious delicatessen

This cafe is very close to barons court tube station. It serves a range of hot drinks, cakes and snacks. There are a few tables at street level and a larger seating area in the basement.
