Cesare's Fish & Chips Takeaway in Dumfries & Galloway

Used this shop perhaps a dozen times in last few months. Good food but perhaps to much batter on fish. But without doubt the biggest portions ever. Reasonable prices

Sooo, Came in from work a bit later than usual, tired & hot n bothered,Was just looking forward to my tea n a nice cold glass of juice, as u do.But as I walked in the flat, no smell of dinner seranading my nasel passage no tester on a spoon thrust into my unsuspecting pallet, instead I was greeted to a slob lying on the couch the furthest she could be from making dinner!After a small argument she was ordered to fetch my dinner from the chippy.As she's not allowed to travel into war zones such as locharbronx I accompanied her, we arrived at Wat I thought was Cesars, but as I walked into "Pacha" ( not to be confused with the Ibiza version of chancers) A middle eastern man running a jack of all trades takeaway greeted me,And after explaining I was on a diet and watching my figure, I settled on fish and chips and one of those English sausages they have a weird name for... A bit of banter ensued where I'm sure he tried to buy Lorna and use her as a takeaway driver, we left with our food.Got home and I have to be honest, I was not looking forward to what looked like the main baddie from the first Taken had made me,But...That was probably the best takeaway I've ever had! The fish was brilliant,The chips wer cooked to perfection & even the English sausage was banging!I'm over the moon. Even keeno is happy with her burger! Would advise anyone to give it a go!Even if outside his shop window resembles his war torn country from witch he fled!

Ordered full house wrap and a donner kebab, chips and a pizza, as we live 8 miles away we only discovered the food was covered in grease off the donner meat which had leaked all over tge entire order the wrap and kebab were totally unedible due to them swimming in fat n grease. sadly we wont go bk as it wasnt viable to drive bk to return the food
