Adana and lamb sis melted in my mouth. Lovely bread. Well worth travelling from Broxbourne. Will def be back. Kids loved the food as well. Loved the rice pudding as well

Called to order food.lady sed it will be ready in 15 minutes when I went to collect the food the guy sed you have to wait I don't have room to put the kebabs on the charcoal first and last will never use this place again there lost

This was my first time here, I came here on a friend's recommendation, but the service was terrible. We kept asking for something missing from the table. The waiter had no smile on her face. I went to the toilet to wash my hands, the flush in the toilet was not working. The water in the sink was not going away while I was washing my hands. The carpet in the middle of the restaurant was dirty and my sitting place was very narrow while I was eating. The kitchen door was always open while I was eating. I have never seen such a terrible place. I will never go to this restaurant again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Everything is super, the atmosphere is perfect, the food is amazing, there is nothing to say about the appetizers, well done masters.

When I first opened the package, it seemed very little to me, but I was wrong, everything from liver to hummus to chichken shish is so delicious that I have eaten mix kebab in many places in London, but cengo is really delicious at the stove, make sure to try it, you will be full even with liver bread ❤️❤️❤️

I live in Hungary, When I'm in London we go here if I can. I'm a vegetarian, but I can easily find a lot of delicious food.

The food was great, especially the seasoned bread and the liver to start with it was excellent. Overall service was good. I would definitely recommend to go early for the families.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! As this place was rather new at this concept of Turkish dining, I thought my wife an I would have a nice meal with some level of customer service, but it was clear they were "rich starters" that didn't care what the customer had to say about their food and service. Avoid this place, you have much better Turkish restaurants within few minutes of driving distance. Because you need to come here as a group of at least 4 to be considered as "customer!" Otherwise your just left waiting for the staff to feel like they can maybe see you if they have nothing to do. I tired this place because a friend of mine recommended it, but I'm guessing this friend of mine doesn't eat out much. I wanted to wash my hands before I ate, and went to the lavatory but they had no soap! I asked one of the waitresses and she just said "sorry we're out of soap!" And just carried on with her work. It was only after I finished, it dawned on me, on "how do they wash their hands once they been to the loo?!!!!" Then we ordered, starters, drinks and main meal and it took 35 mins for the order come, during which no drinks or starters were brought to our table! Then I had to remind them to cancel the starters, just in case they charged me for the food that was not delivered. And as me and my wife was explaining to one of waitresses how we felt, she was told off by "I'm guessing the manager" to "go and serve customers!" As if to say we were not customers! I think we would have been told off to leave the premises if I were to ask him "what category did we fall under, if your staff was talking to us?!" The girl said sorry but first impressions only happens once, as, if I were to go back there, I would be "that customer"! A very uncomfortable place to be. It was very clear, you only matterred to them if you were a big spending customer or came with a large group. Otherwise not a place to go if you want the "minimum standard" customer service. There are "far better" Turkish places to eat, go there.

We had ciger in the middle and two adanas. Service was nice and quick with there starters. The bread had the taste of meat as they warmed it up and added flouvers which was extra good as you ate the humus and cacik and the saled u could taste whats next in your mouth. The ciger and adana was very tasty aswell to top it off. Would diffenetly recommend anyone to come here

Great place to eat with the boys but I wouldn't say it's the ideal place for a family it tends to be mainly men. The food and service is great, reasonably priced. Don't expect the all out table service with polished silver.

Lachmacun just how it is supposed to be!, as soon as you walk in to this fantastic place you are treated like a 5 star guest! The chefs were enthusiastic and toiling over hot grills in a current heatwave which is saying something about standards, couldn't recommend Genco Ocacbasi enough.

This place is by far me and my family's best Turkish restaurant. Friendly staff, excellent quality food. I highly recommend their lamb shish or chicken wings.

Great service, very welcoming. We ordered mix kebab, sucuk and chips. There were so many free extras, 2 different salads. Everything was delicious.the waiters were so attentive. Surely we will be visiting this place again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic quality food, excellently presented and very tasty. Staff were friendly and approachable, and very helpful when needed. The premises is clean and nicely furnished. The prices are more expensive than other Turkish restaurants in the area, but not vastly. My only gripe would be that some of the other customers who were eating at the same time as us had no issue with smoking after they finished, blowing smoke away from themselves and towards other tables where people were eating- despite the fact that another group had 2 young children with them, and I had my 6 year old nephew with me. I'm a smoker myself, but I consider it basic manners not to smoke where others are eating, especially if there are children present! Despite this, I still happily rate this restaurant 5 stars as the staff member who had a cigarette break had it away from those eating.

Visited for the first time yesterday and I must say it was absolutely delicious! Definately better than the famous restaurants in Haringey who want you in and out immediately whereas at Cengo you are so chilled with your starters your main and your Turkish Tea/Desserts. Defo a go to and will be there again! Staff are very very friendly too:D

My 3rd order from this business. Had copsis durum and ciger durum. I was very skeptical about how they would make the durum (in turkey, they oil the bread, all durum's ingredients vary, really. use various herbs and etc...) I made a note of my salad in my past copsis order. Came as requested. This time, I took the chance and didn't make any notes. I can't praise enough on the food I received. The seasonings were perfect and as it should be in a ciger durum. So here I am, first time ever writing a comment on ordered food. (Never really be bothered) Also, it came with pepper pickles and even a free ayran! Good service, very tasty food. Hope you will keep up the standards as I will be coming back for more! Good business!
