Their food was delicious along with the first class service that we received. We will definitely go back again in the future.

On our visits to Carlisle this is generally our “go to” cafe. However, on this occasion the food was very poor quality. My wife had “sticky sausage” & the sausages were like rubber & tasteless. I had steak sandwich which was overcooked & too much grizzle in. In addition the steak sandwich was a lot smaller than previous times. The whole meal was also expensive compared to other places.

This has definitely got to be my favourite card and gift store,I can find whatever i am looking for here, it is very well set out and the staff are very helpful a great find for me.

My lovely friend and I went there recently, she had not been there in the cafe area and really enjoyed it. We had a lot of laughs and fun.

Had a lovely tuna mayonnaise sandwich with an Americano, served by a very friendly member of a staff. My only problem was there a little girl running about which was not helpful for staff or any customer wanting a nice quiet lunch.

Fabulous card and gift shop, a little bit of everything for any occasion. Has a fabulous café too. The staff are always friendly and super helpful.

Let us know in no uncertain terms that they were closing soon !

Always make a bee-line for Celebrations when we're in town. Lovely coffee, food and friendly staff. However, today, we were disappointed in the food and can only rate 3 stars.Maybe it was because it was after lunch service, I'm not sure.The pulled pork flat bread was very sparse of pork and just warm, chips had a fatty taste.

Visited with my family. Found it to be good but rather expensive for what we ordered. Small tables and it was on the chilly side too. Don’t want to feel like I need to leave my coat on. The service was very good though.

I often pass and have never decided to have lunch here. I was pleasantly surprised. The portions were absolutely massive and tasted pretty good. I would happily return for a lunch time.

I alway go to Celabrations for all my cards. Always a good selection of wrapping paper and gifts.

Poorly managed cafe . Would not encourage anyone to waste any money in this so called establishment .

We got an Easter afternoon tea for my nana and granda as it was also my Granda’s 80th birthday! They absolutely loved - thank you so much. They couldn’t stop saying how yummy everything was and it was the best they’d ever had! It really did make their Easter.Thank you once again and we will definitely order again.

Great shop, expensive but the staff are lovely and helpful. Love stuff in this shop deffenly would recommend this shop.

Since last visit it has had a freshen up and feels lighter and a nice atmosphere. Food though average and by time served decidedly cooler than it should be. Friendly & welcoming staff, still goes a long way in this strange times.

Very nice shop for specail cards. Some nice small different presents for burthdays and christmad. Good coffee shop and eatery.

I was in the cafe on Saturday with my little girl, we often go here for lunch on a Saturday and I always order the fish cakes. When the dish came it had a funny taste, the meal wasn’t pleasant. I told the waitress and she was obliging, she asked me if I wanted something else, I said yes burger and chips. Well she came back 2 minutes later to tell me that the chef said the fish cakes were a fresh batch and there’s nothing wrong with them so she’d need to charge me for the fish cakes and the burger! I told her to forget it so ended up ordering nothing. I was so angry and shocked at the customer service, never have I sent a meal back in any restaurant to be told I’d need to pay for the meal I sent back and the replacement! I told the waitress I wouldn’t be back, and not only did it waste my lunchtime experience it wasted it for my little girl, as we didn’t stay for ice cream! It used to be one of my favourite places to eat but sadly I won’t be back. Shame on you celebrations!

I went to this cafe a few days ago with nana and my daughter. They do not have any high chairs for babies/toddlers, so my 1.5 year old had to sit on an arm chair, which luckily worked out better than what I thought. The first waitress was very nice and told us about recommendations. Overall she was very sweet, nice and just because of her and the delicious caramel shortcake I am actually going back. But not the reason I had to take of 2 stars: There also was an older waitress, and instead of doing her job she was more interested in talking to her friend. Furthermore she literally threw our drinks onto our table - hot drink, in combination with a toddler - an absolut NO GO! Dear waitress, you might want to reconsider your choice of profession. Thank you.

We had lunch and it was good. Nice choices on the menu. Speedy service, good panini's and other people's food looked good too. Nice staff.

Celebrations is a cute and nice little gift shop but quite expensive. There's a lovely little cafe too with tasty food and nice drinks. The baileys latte is great so try it!

Fantastic food, and the best coffee in town. The girls that work there can not do enough for you it’s always a pleasure to go and have a coffee or a bit to eat in such a lovely atmosphere

Apart from the fact of the beautifully stocked gift and card shop attached to browse the cafe bar is a highlight. The staff were very accommodating , leisurely drink and pie to die for!

Got some lovely ideas for a little keep sake gift

Never got served even though not many customers in so left after 10mins, short staffed only waitress there was to busy talking.

This place is a little slice of heaven on earth! The food is to die for the staff are amazing and the cafe is pleasant to sit in full 5 stars well deserved!

Great place for greetings card of all kinds with a huge selection and their prices are far cheaper than the national chain shops. Also has a good selection of gifts, gift wrapping and nic-nacs. Has a great little cafe alongside. The staff are also very pleasant and extremely helpful. This shop has won national awards.
