Always fabulous Pizzas thin crust and very tasty

Was ok mixed kebab but still looking to find the kofta donnervn shish there so a bit disappointed

Ordered from here many times and food is always great and and delivery always fast. However for the past like 3 orders when asking for jalapenos or other items to be taken off the ordered food, the notes aren't read and always seems to arrive with the item still on the food.

Didn’t receive the full order. Rang the shop to tell them and they promised to send the missing item up. But after nearly 2 hours I’m still waiting. Not a happy bunny 😡

Was delivered early however issues with food. Chips tasted like they’d be cooked left then recooked, kebab wrap barely had any sauce on very dry, not enough chicken in mixed kebab (only 2 pieces and a mountain of kebab meat), and garlic bread was very greasy. Long time Cesear’s enjoyers to very disappointing, maybe spend more time making food to improve quality rather than trying to get things done and delivered quickly.

Nan bab was lovely lots of meat on it and soft bread. Sadly the chips were hard and the onion rings tasted strange.

Dreadful pizza. Massive chunks of onion and not much else for topping. Have complained to just eat.

wanted my food for 8:30 as I wasn't home yet and it turned up 40 mins early so rang up and explained and they hung up on me then got my mam to ring luckily they Brought fresh food and took the other one back customer service wasn't really good at all

Pizza if you ask for a deep dish is like a pizza pie but i already knew that and it was exactly what i wanted, some people are surprised about how thick the deep dishes are lol. Absolutely gorgeous taste and they have massively upped their game in the chips and cheesy chips side of things. Now in a foil tray and fresh chips which did get bad a few years ago so stopped ordering but couldnt fault this order and a massive improvement from previous years

Received wrong pizza, garlic bread was seriously over done

Food was tasteless, and the garlic and chilli dip was in the smallest pot ive ever seen and even then only half full, and again pretty much tasteless, in fact the garlic had a hintbof mint nothing else really disappointed

Best pizza of my life!! 10” Explosive with tomato cheese salami pepperoni onions chilli garlic oregano with added anchovies jalapeños and olives. Thin crust pastry was like a half inch pancake. More restrained offerings are available. And not expensive. This place deserves awards.

Food was cold and bland when it arrived garlic sauce was watery and chilli sauce smelt off , won’t be ordering again.

Collection was 6 minutes after order placed, luckily I was in the area so got it 3-4 minutes after however the order was wrong and the food was like warm, the wrap had not even attempted to be wrapped but just thrown in tin foil folded up and put into a bag, garlic sauce tasted more like yoghurt and mint. Will not return to this place which is a shame as been coming for years but this is the second time they have let me down.

Freezing cold, kept the receipt the driver went to the wrong house as well even tho the address on receipt is printed and they wrote in pen over my address and changed it without even telling us so he went to someone else’s address first! Was cold and King Kong burger was freezing won’t use again….

Had three delivery drivers turn up and then pizzas were unseasoned and tasted like soap.

Very rare you have a bad meal from Caesars. Always top notch grub.

Recently moved back to the area. Quite disappointed as used to be the best. Weirdly bland, even the chilli. Maybe, a one off. Will try again!

1st time of ordering from the restaurant. The nicest delivery pizza we’ve had in a long while. Lots of juicy topping and not over baked or dry. Even arrived a little earlier than expected which was great.

Food always piping hot, and delicious! Excellent customer service, so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Where the heck is my food for delivery?

My food was not nice at all!! Meat was very dry and looked awful!! Chip were ok.

Used to be best in chester but has been fowl last couple of times we've been here. Pizza was supposed to be a pepperoni but got a 1 or 2 peices not a lot of cheese and tomato sauce was like a pasata and could only taste tomato and the base was just bread the base and crust was not remotely crisp. Donna kebab didn't not have 1 peice longer than 2 inches and very very oily so much pitta was yellow. Burger was same so oily bun was yellow with white cheese squares.. no idea what they are. Unfortunately the last time.

Lasagne was cold in middle and barely warm around it

Last time we had the house special it was HUGE. This time a much smaller portion for the same price but the food is excellent.

Food was only a little late but it's a Saturday night so normal I'd say. Couldn't fault the pizza, the kebab meat was nice too - especially as it wasn't those horrible long strips and not too spicy either. I'd order again

Paid £16 for a cold burger with salad 1 chunch of tomatoe and a little lettuce, mixed kebab with 1 little piece of chicken freezing cold rang the shop at 9.25 to be told the driver was finished at 10pm so wouldn't send hot food out , told the shop they had lost a customer

Chips where undercooked and hard, kebab meat was thick but no taste and fatty. Southern fried wrap was ok but chips inside not good.

I have order from here a lot and always recommend it, however the past 2 times I have ordered the same order and experienced the same issues. Garlic bread hard and to crispy and cold Kebab ok in parts however received so in-editable pieces Chips cold and in editable appeared to be left overs Pepperoni pizza was good

Garlic bread was undercooked, cheese wasn’t melted on the chips like last time. Kebab wrap was nice.

Found food was cold not hot, Chips scappy appears to be left overs not fresh, Garlic bread hard to the point it went in the bin . Pepperoni pizza was good no issues

The kabab tasted like it was cinnamon and nutmeg infused (which is not the taste I like, however you might like it) but not the best kabab I’ve ever had . The garlic sauce was like a mint Yoghurt sorta thing . Not a proper garlic sauce , so I did not enjoy it. And the pizza was average,I guess . It had the taste of a fish shop kids pizza .

One of the pizzas was burnt and both pizzas were squashed to one side of the boxes as if the boxes had been in their side during delivery.

Food was late and stone cold, which is to be expected when it's kept in the boot of a van and not in a heat bag.

The food was cold and my son’s can of pop was missing. The Southern fried chicken wrap soggy and tasteless. As well as that, I had put in the delivery instructions to close the gate on the way in and out as my dog will escape. The driver left it wide open on the way in - luckily I’d put the dog in another room before opening the door. Not impressed and this is not the first time we’ve had an iffy meal from there.

How can a pizza be so dry?! All bread, and stale at that, with no sauce and hardly any topping. Even a steak knife didn’t cut through it this stale cardboard. In the bin and will not order again!

Took a long time for food to arrive and when it did the neat in the wrap was dried and clearly been on the warmer for a while. Not good food.

Having used Caesar’s kitchen a few times food is always really tasty. However tonight the food was cold really disappointed.

Had many takeaways for many years from ceasars since being a kid I've never had a complaint yet with my meal

We love this place and this is a regular takeaway for us now. The pizzas are always excellent quality and they do one of the best Bolognese pizzas anywhere around the Chester-le-street area in my opinion.

Why is the chips dumped ontop of the pizza in the kids meal? Spend ages piking them off the the pizza looks half eaten so they won't touch it

DISGUSTING NEVER RANG BELL I WENT OUT TO SEE WHERE DELIVERY WAS AND FOUND IT ON THE FLOOR COLD AND MISSING DRINK ?? Disgusting .didn't evan RING ME to let me know it was there !!! Rang restaurant and was told to ring back tomorrow !!!!

The female in the shop literally did not say one word and just handed the bag over whilst looking down. There was no garlic sauce in the wraps. The chips were clearly re heated constantly and inedible. The pot of garlic sauce on the side was vile. Definitely not garlic sauce as ordered. Totally disgusting.
