Unfortunately we couldn’t find caviar and prunier bar on the information board, or we would of eaten here as well. When we did discover it’s location we opted for Pre flight drinks . Prices average, staff friendly and is always a nice way to start a holiday. Located outside Tiffanys.

Despite being in an airport, service was very slow but friendly. Perhaps I made a mistake by offering Foie Gras instead of seafood! However the menu said "Foi Gras & Brioche", however I was offered brown goat instead of Brioche as they did not have any. Bearing in mind this is an expensive menu, this is not acceptable.

This well situated, great staff and enticing caviar bar offers good but very expensive food and champagne. depending on who you get to make your food the dishes vary. We still go back every time we fly out of different terminals in Heathrow.

I have used the Caviar and Prunier bar many times as a treat and a time to relax between long haul flights. I used the bar at terminal 2 Heathrow and after what was an enjoyable seafood salad and glass of wine came to pay the bill. Until this point the staff were friendly and courteous but I was very disappointed and somewhat shocked to be told, most forcibly, by a male member of staff that there was no service charge on the bill and that I should leave a tip in cash. I always tip good service and do not need to be told how to behave or what is good etiquette. If this is the level that this company has dropped to then it is shameful and unnecessary. What sort of impression does this give to visitors from overseas. I shall not use this company again.

We usually like having dinner at Caviar House & Prunier before taking a flight (especially when we are flying teh two os us, without the children) - not cheap but a nice treat. But last visit (July 2018) to the outlet in Heathrow terminal 3 was really disappointing: unfriendly and slow service, a mix up between the various waiters on what exactly is served under the name "shrimp" vs. "prawn" (the various waiters were not saying the same thing and we ended up with the unpleasant impression taht we were served something cheaper than what we had ordered ... with no price adjustment of course...). Not sure we will go again after that unpleasant experience.

Beats The London Bar at the same terminal by miles. Atmosphere is great, staff are great and overlooking Harrods adds to the panache #nochavshere - great start to our holiday. A must visit.

The best final bite before horrid airline food (or mercifully no airline food). Foie Gras torchon, smoked salmon, beluga..... what is not to like.

The Caviar House & Prunier is our first choice in any terminal. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the food and drink superb. We look forward to being able to sit, relax and enjoy a delicious meal with champagne. Shopping their selection of pate' and other goods is a plus as well. I highly recommend to fellow travelers.

The Caviar house is inside the Departure lounge of all terminals and it is a very good place to eat after a day of work and before taking a plane. The dishes are very fresh, good and tasty if you like salmon... You may order also a salad, also very good. And, after all it is light food for a plane travel.

Often when travelling home and as it is only a short 45min flight, the money saved by not buying overpriced business fares just for use of the lounge and an inadequate snack meal during flight I enjoy the excellent quality of a meal here. Great quality product but not cheap but with excellent supporting wines. For seafood types the foie gras or pata negra is superb as well. Staff are excellent and during this stop as terminal is being slowly shut down for refurbishment were excellent attentive and friendly chatting away with me which passed the the time by quickly. Top product as always for meal stops when passing through Heathrow always and highly recommended for those with sufficient funds

Champagne at LHR T2We have dined at the Caviar House & Prunier on St James many times, and did so again, during our November trip. We have stopped into their shop, and the separate bar/dining area at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 2, before catching our flight home to the USA. We did so, on this trip. Our flight was later than we usually take, and we had gotten to LHR with lots of time on our hand. Before heading to the United Club, we decided to stop into the Caviar House & Prunier shop in the terminal building, past Security. On this visit, we were interested in Champagne, and they always can accommodate us in that respect. We pulled up stools at the semi-circular bar, essentially in the middle of the rotunda at Terminal 2, watching the airline traffic, outside of the building, through giant windows. We had two glasses of the Laurent Perrier, and sat back, to relax, before heading to an early lunch, near our departure gate. Our service was very good, and cheerful. On this visit, we only sat at the bar for Champagne, and did not visit their near-by retail store - but we had already shopped at their St James restaurant, earlier in the visit.Lovely, and we try to always stop, when departing from T2 at LHR.

Used to be able to rely on decent fish and chips from Chris’s but sadly no longer. The fish this evening was 50% batter .The chips were OK…nothing special. The quality has really deteriorated since they reopened after a fire .
