The best fish 'n' chips in the area. The Donner meat and chips is amazing too. Always gives a massive amount too

I’ve been going to this fish and chip shop for many years, this review isn’t biased, I’ve pulled up just before they close and have always been served with a smile and a thank you (no matter what time) the owners are very nice and friendly people. An easy 5 stars from me. The same care and attention is paid to all orders big or small. I won’t buy from any other fish and chips shop in my area, just from Causeway Fish Bar. (Sukhi is going on the karaoke this Christmas)

We had fish and chips best in and long time

Me and my friends went there to get some chip and curry sauce and he put curry sauce over the chip and they were raw and very very VERY salty I don’t know if he was trying to kill us or something but bad service and not gonna visit again period

Great chippy all round , high quality food in simple surroundings, no flash gimmicks.

Didn't enjoy last fish and chips

Best Fish & Chips in the area. Don't think of going anywhere else. Kebabs are always the best tasting here.

Had a chicken tikka wrap & it gave me a bad stomach - it was cold & the meat was pink, luckily I only had a few pieces of chicken as I could see & taste it wasn't good, I couldn't eat it had to throw it away also the chips were very salty. It definitely was because of that because that was all I'd eaten today, raw/undercooked meat is never good for a pregnant lady either... Usually lovely food from there as well - disappointed.

Fish and Chips always tasty and fresh. Prices and service are also good. However the shop could do with a face-lift, looks tired and dated.

Cheap good quality not much to complain bout

Absolutely great food, chips taste great and the kebab is delicious. Have been going there for years and have never had bad food from them. All around brilliant service and friendly staff. Highly recommend to come here. Best chippy in the area by far.

I got diarrhoea after I ate food

Moved into area and tried this chipshop. Sorry but poor quality chips and rubbish burger. Seems like using the cheapest potatoes and also same for burger. Will not be going here again unless owner changes and food quality improves

Great food, sometimes it seems like could he better organised in particular busy periods. Maybe two servers? Also could do with facelift outside more modern sign. As all other competitors in area are more nicer on eye.

Lamb meat is brilliant, if you would like something cheap to throw at people totally Unedible chips were dry and salad looks extremely old

Absolutely disgusted in the food we received today! Dry, old chips and far too much salt! Really not happy at all! Spent £9 and had to throw it AWAY! Even my two year old daughter screwed her face up and said she didnt like it! 😡

The best kebab I have ever tasted high quality food. They do amazing naan bread, which goes perfect with kebab. Everything is at a good price. This place is my regular and would recommend to everyone.

Decent grub, good selection and reasonably priced, handily open Sunday 5pm until 10pm.
