I visited this pub because I would have been too early for a doctor's appointment. It's a newly refurbished pub that has 3 large TV screens and a room large enough to accommodate loads of football fans. It's got a pool table as well and yet another TV. So there's plenty to entice football fans into this pub. Paula the manager said that the price of Carling, Strongbow and John Smith's will be £2.40 a pint between 11am til 5pm week Days until further notice

Good prices and friendly atmosphere. Also Footy and Karaoke

Great pub, amazing darts board and pool area at the back, great choice of pints and ales, DJ on a Friday and Saturday. Tv's and slot machines available, lots of seating area.

Beer gone down hill attitude behind the bar since old management is trying to be ignorant pub has died regulars have left from a friendly community good pub to a a waste of money and space

Popped in for a drink, liked the vibe of the place. Very friendly, welcoming people working behind the bar, fantastic service and great prices. Beer selection is quite basic from what I could see, but still a nice pint to be had. I felt like staying here a while as I was so comfortable, but unfortunately had errands to run.

Great pint , great pool table n some very good players in there.

Very nice pub very friendly staff members and landlord always makes you feel welcomed and very nice atmosphere but you do get a strange customer know and again just was waiting to get served 25mins ago an blonde young slim lady was drinking by the bar I was waiting to get served as alot of people were standing by the bar drinking I had to stand next to her while I got served from the corner of my eye I could see her looking at me and looking at her bag thinking I was a pick pocketer due to the colour of my skin very sad you get people who are judgemental because of someone's skin colour if she is paranoid that much while not just sit down as there were plenty of seating in the pub but sadly you get these kind of people who believe people are what they think due to the colour of their skin

This place🤮, saw cockroaches in this pub avoid this place at all costs

Traditional log fire. Sky and BT sports. 2 pool tables ,2 dart boards and an array of draught pints and spirits. Hospitable staff and a warm welcoming environment

You put up with drug dealing taking in the toilets pint is flat tastes disgusting always empty noone sticking to the cover rules I don't know how you stay open

Fighting no a bidding by covid 19 rules. Over crouding. No social distancing go at your own risk.

What a great pub, great entertainment with multiple selection of Ales and Beer and some great pukka pies to keep you going through the night, quality TVs to watch your sports on aswell and warm and welcoming staff to serve you beer all night long!!

New ownership more welcome, really nice beers a selection of ales, and lagers and the bonus with the pukka pies. Sky sports and a pool table. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

Friday night, 2 people in there, place absolutely STINKS, some kind of smell that is unpleasant and gags the back of your throat. Barmaid looked at my missus as if she was an alien when asked about the white wine. How can a Marston’s pub be so bad?

The saff not much good as my brouther in law had a fit in the pub the male staff told my wife to keep it down and the female staff sed she had first aid and not helped in any way I don't rate this pub as a 5 Starr as there was no help or anything so i will never go back in for sure

Don't bother, the pub next door was full, this place had 4 people in it and 3 of them were off duty staff! Only 1 handpulled beer, no food and no music. More atmosphere in a British Rail waiting room.

Went here with a beer bus for a 40th, had a great night

a great pub, staff are extremely friendly. A kind of place you can instantly feel relaxed, with great food (the Pies are out of this world) and free football on a very large screen.... would recommend to anyone.... service is quick as well, quicker than other pubs near by.
