Ordered a takeaway and starter was missing along with the garlic bread. The same thing has also happened to me at the West Brom branch. Very disappointing! 12/03/2025 - yet again, another missing item from the starter menu (no hummus). I’ve had this occur several times at this branch and the West Brom branch when ordering the pita bread and hummus starter. The process clearly needs reviewing and changing!

Had a great experience at Nando’s! Our waiter Tevez, was a trainee and she was really good friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The food was served hot and fresh, with that perfect flame-grilled flavor. The atmosphere was relaxed, and service was quick even during busy hours. Will definitely be coming back!

Value for money and food is really tasty. And you can order for the spicy level you prefer.

This has to be the best Nandos I have visited. The staff were great, food was ace. No complaints!

Nandos is so hit and miss these days, but this branch always seems to struggle on alot of fronts. Staff there are no older then 20 with no management over them, they priotize delivery orders over the customers they have in the store. I love a good nandos but its not what it used to be 10 years ago, there standards are sometimes well bellow par. There is a few staff there that are really good at there job but they are few and far between. The food i had 2 days ago was abysmal, i asked for the corn to be grilled and they brought out the soggiest cob ive ever seen in my life, the mash tasted like it was made last week with the chicken being super dry in parts, i never complain i just will try to avoid this branch from now on

Came in today for a family meal on boxing day and we were served by Ryan E, he looked after us so well and went above and beyond for us. Really made it a lovely meal thankyou ryan!!

They lie about what time they open clearly because staff can’t be arsed in the mornings. Don’t advertise on your website/ google that you are open when you aren’t.

Don't go there towards closing times, you will be disappointed because they will run out of the main ingredient for Nando's - chicken! Otherwise, service is okay

If you are looking for a bing portion for less than £30, my suggestion is boneless platter, offered with 4 side dishes.

This is, without doubt, the best Nando's I've visited. Played along with my silly jokes has very friendly and professional staff.

The staff were very welcoming and the food was served quickly and tasted great.

Quick seating no waiting even though it was peak time ordered from the table quick service cooking was spot on portions were good and came correct no faults

There was music on the speakers, lovely staff and food was nice. There was a false fire alarm but staff dealt with it rapidly.

We came ro celebrate my late father in laws birthday and needless to say we're not disappointed! There were a couple of items they they had run out of but Abi was amazing!! She did ajay she could go rectify the situation and even had a laugh and a joke with us in the process. Although my father in law has been passed away for several years we always do something as a family to remember him. Fantastic service, food and atmosphere made the day special so thank you Nandos Wednesbury!! See you again soon!!

Went there today (Sat 14/09/24), and I left there extremely upset. My husband and I waited for over half an hour for our takeaway. The cashier and a couple of the servers kept chatting and had seen that we were waiting. Others came and left, and that's when I had gotten angry. I went straight to the supervisor and asked for our order. As soon as I had asked, they ran and took my food from some sort of oven. They didn't even ask us anything when clearly me and my husband were the only ones waiting. Terribleeeeeee experience. I will never go back to that branch. I think they were trying to be funny, but the jokes were on them. I told them that the service my husband and I had received were not good enough and left.

The food was OK but the ceasar salad was for 10 pounds and hardly had anything in there. They seemed they wanted to cover up the lack of lettuce with salad dressing. For 10 pounds? Will not be ordering again.

Food was nice and well cooked. However it was marred by a hair in my food. Apologies all round and food recooked. Was expecting a little bit more than just a free dessert as we didn't want to stay for one. But I suppose that's the way it goes these days.

Not impressed came last week paid for a coke which didn’t taste properly requested for it to be changed for it to come back the exact same. Complained afterwards said next time I’m in they will give me a free drink, come in for them to turn around and say no sorry unless you have the managers name we can’t authorise this Useless will go to a different branch from now on

Ordered my food they came out with the wrong order 3 times and I am a polite person so on the third time when they mistakes my lemon and herb chicken for medium I felt this was intentional and I am deeply upset with the service provided and another thing I asked for mayo 4 times they said they were getting it now and it didn’t happen until the forth of asking however after this disgusting meal and chef when my pals food arrived there’s was a different spice on his chicken to what was requested which leads me to believe it was some sort of practical joke or something which I am not very happy about there discrimination against me and my pals

Just ordered, very disappointed. Was made to wait to wait for 40 minutes for order . Then , one of the items was missing and then came home found instead of peri salt chips we were given just normal chips

They brought my daughters meal whilst I waited 25 minutes for my chicken livers, so we didn't eat together it was terrible service, asked staff twice & was just told "sorry" the liver was awful nothing like it use to be , since they took off menu then brought back. Nando's isn't what it use to be 2nd experience within a month! Really put off now.

Im giving 1 star as ai feel this place is disgusting how dirty it is,it states on the door 5star hygiene rating -I want to know who rated this nandos .It need to be shut down. I regret I didn't video. Lucky for me I could eat my food by hands but my friend was getting cutlery and it was filfy,floors ,tables ,counter -I don't think this place been ever cleaned . I won't be going there again

I tried the cesar salad today being it is back on the menu. However I was very disappointed today because the salad was not good value for the money. I spend over 10 pounds for a few bits of lettuce. I have a photo but I am not able to upload it.

I was standing at the door for 10 minutes, there wasn’t anyone on the floor. Extremely short of staff , the shirt a manager with curly blond hair looked at me knowing that I was waiting to be seated and completely ignored me. I had to pick the chicken stick and seat myself in the table. Absolute disgusting customer service , they just dashed my food in the table and walked away. I’ve worked in Nandos and never experienced anything like this. Unbelievable!

I used to think this was the best Nando’s but I dined in here yesterday as a regular customer and the standards were disgusting. Food all over the floor tables sticky and dirty, and just no customer service….try sweeping up once in a while and cleaning the table before sitting your next customer down ….

Amazing Customer Service, very welcoming staff always attending to your needs. When it's busy, it's busy, but don't be shy to ask staff if you need something. They respond immediately and are always honest and straight up with you. I love this Nandos can't praise the staff enough. keep up the great work.

Dirty, no hygiene establishment. Tables sticky....seats and floor has food on the floor. They can't afford a cleaner, or there is no tallent to spot crumbs. Let's not get started with the cutlery. Dirty all doesn't matter spoon folk or knife. The sauce bottle tips Dirty why not put them in the pot wash or clean them. Why do u let dogs 🐕 in ???? Not even a guide dog.

It's nandos. If you know what nandos is then you know what to expect. The new Mac and cheese was a bit disappointing though so unsure I'd recommend. Otherwise good experience as normal.

Service was incredibly slow. I’ve never been and thought how good it was, unfortunately. Food quality is relatively the same as other Nando’s, although they did burn my food on one occasion, however, these things do happen, so I wouldn’t judge them on that particular experience. I wouldn’t rush to come back here. Parking can be awkward, although there’s lots of spaces, the spaces are narrow compared to other car parks.

Great food and fast service. Can’t fault the food and a reasonable price compared to the rise in everything. Good portion sizes too.

Overall, good consistent Nandos food, although the coleslaw is now very vinegary. The ordering service was slow because it is a dine-in restaurant as well, but the food itself came out quickly. It was a busy Easter Monday, so overall very friendly, fast and good atmosphere considering they were slammed. Staff kept the place flowing and clean along the way

Excellent hosts.. I'm sorry I forget the names..Had to wait only several minutes..went to a clean table..was shown the table..ordering was easy..as this isn't a nandos I've been to..I was thoroughly impressed..

Disappointing Experience at Nando's As a frequent patron of Nando's, I've always appreciated their tasty dishes and consistent service. However, recent visits have left me increasingly dissatisfied. On my most recent visit, the chicken in my order was severely overcooked, resembling charcoal rather than the succulent dish I'm accustomed to. This trend of inconsistency is disappointing and undermines the reputation Nando's has built for quality. I hope they address these issues promptly to restore the trust of their loyal customers.

Really disappointed ordered £47 worth and was left with no food for me asked for lemon and herb dressing got medium peri peri all the food was cold and no starter of hummus now have to wait 14 days for money back

It was very busy, but they still managed to squeeze me, my partner and my baby in. Food came through quickly, and was beautiful! I don't remember our servers name, but she had long blonde hair, very friendly and quick on the ball. She didn't seem to stop running from table to table (as did the other servers). Thank you for a great meal and a brilliant time!

We visited over half term for a click amd collect order. We arrived at the specified time. But we had to wait 25mins as ther forgot to cook the Liver order. Then on arriving home they messed up the order. There was no Mac n Chesse as we ordered but we're given Spicy rice. I wouldn't order from here again.

When it comes to Nandos, this is the best you're gonna get.

One of the better Nandos - by that I mean it's layout. Very spacious and it doesn't feel cramped (even when busy) Food-wise, it's hard to get it wrong. T'was delicious!

A lot of items on the menu were unavailable, when I ordered my half chicken it came out and was so dry it was hard to swallow. Not one staff member came over to ask how the food was throughout the entire meal.

"Oh my goodness, how can we eat?" This is what my boy said when he saw this.

Food was OK but they forgot some of our order which I'd crazy as they checked it 3 times apparently. The girl at the till didn't know what she was doing and had to get the manager constantly.

We didn't book a table but luckily there were lots of spare seats. Me and my friend ordered fino pitta with mac and cheese and broccoli. The chicken was that tender, it was delicious. Then we had the warm chocolate pudding with ice cream. I'm not a fan of ice cream but it was to die for and the chocolate pudding. Soft drinks are bottomless also so that's a plus too. The only negative was the pudding should have come with a orange curd. When we ordered we wasnt told they had run out of it and we wasn't told when they brought them to the table, I had to ask where it was. Staff are really friendly, we will definitely be back.

Food was ok if you like chicken the girl that bought our food to the table asked how's was the burger didn't wait and gave it to the wrong person sorry she threw it on to the table she didn't place it I'll not go again sorry I found the portions a little on the small side

As usual, great, but i discovered that when using the app to pre-order a nandinos, if the drinks have run out, the app will not allow you to proceed with the order. I actually went in and ordered my takeaway at the counter to find there were no kids' drinks. But the kind manager made an independent decision and offered an alternative.

Lovely family meal. The thing about Nandos is the consistency of the menu. Every Nandos we have ever been to, the food tastes exactly the same... Which is a great thing. Sitting next to screaming, naughty children is not.... But that's not Nandos fault.

Wow what a despondent!!!!!! I could not believe that I could be ever disappointed with Nandos!!! I was eating in different Nandos before and food was always delicious and that is my restaurant to go to with children but not this time...restaurant itself was very dirty. I had to clean my own cutlery . My husband touch the column next to cutlery station and get splinter in his hand. But the most horrible was food...... chicken was soooo dry and cold inside and chips yakkk I could taste old oil. Only thing my children eat was corn so they left restaurant hungry. I have to say I'm really really disappointed. I NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN NANDOS. Definitely not what I would EVER EXPECTED. Unfortunately we will never comeback there again!!! Definitely will never recommend this place.

Spencer the manager is very helpful, professional and goes extra miles to help customer and his staff. You can see that Spencer is happy to help by his body language and smile , we all know how working in hospitality can be tiring and hard but his body language express kindness. Kate very nice lady and great customer service smily. Ryan very nice lads happy to help . Thank you to the whole team as the food was delicious, nicely cooked and we didn’t wait long as the kids were hungry. We will be back .

Absolutely disappointed! We went there with my husband and kids. The place was extremely dirty, with filthy and unsanitary cutlery that even had visible white wet crumbs on them. The tables were sticky and unclean! My salad a 5yrs old will do it better no quinoa visible but plenty of sauce over there. We all ended up suffering from diarrhea that night. I will never go back there!

Went last week. Probably one of the worst nandos I’ve been too! Only one server nice lad. Manager clueless. 6 of us. All order at same time. Took over a hour for 6 plates to come out. All at staggered times. Had to get couple plates reheated. Only one till opened. Being summer holidays nearIy every table was full.

Great experience today, food came out hot and in decent time frame. A kind gentlemen asked how the food was, nice atmosphere in here.
