Wow! What a gorgeous place! Dog friendly, amazing staff and lovely food too! Just make sure you are really hungry as the portions are very generous!!

Food is always great. Could of been because it was busy but all the urinals were blocked in the toilet, served with dirty glasses and it seemed an effort when asked for clean ones. Gave our table away even though we booked lucky we managed to get a table. The food thankfully rescued the night.

Another lovely restaurant ruined and taken over by cheap and nasty food. The meat tasted like rubber, food barely warm, most of the service was brilliant minus one girl with really long hair who really thought she was something else. Incredibly disappointed, drinks selection is poor, the food is barely edible!

We had brilliant, friendly service from the minute we entered for our mid-week evening meal. It had a relaxed, yet bustling atmosphere. The food was tasty and delicious and enjoyed by the 5 of us. Will definitely return soon. Thank you .

We stopped at Cattle and Co after we had been at the pembrey race circuit and looking for places to eat in Llanelli, we weren’t disappointed the food was great and the service was really good, we would definitely recommend it.

We've been to Cattle and Co in Swansea before and whilst the food is not too bad the service really lets it down. We thought we'd try Llanelli as the building/setting is much nicer and we were hopeful, the restaurant is finished nicely inside, good country themed decor and country music playing inside. The food is good, for the price good portions and we didn't have any complaints about the taste of the food. The service however, really lets it down and on that basis we wouldn't return. We ordered drinks to have outside before our meal, which took a long time to arrive despite us ordering and paying at the bar. We ordered starters to share, when it arrived asked for plates to eat the food from, these never came, and we couldn't get anyone's attention as they were chatting. The service generally was poor, no one checked how the food was, asked if we wanted anymore drinks and we weren't given cutlery to eat our food with. All in all the price/food isn't bad, really nice setting and nicely done, but the service is what let's it down and is the main reason we wouldn't come back.

Wow so very good!! The food here was amazeballs. Really enjoyed the atmosphere, from the moment we walked in we got the warmest of welcomes from Kyle the manager and this carried on with all the staff being fab. Highly recommend!!

First visit today, food absolutely amazing, cocktails very easy to drink! Kyle made effort to come over for a chat after the meal looking forward to coming again with the family.

The building and venue is lovely. The food was cooked nice however they had 2 of our meals wrong, so we sent them back as they gave us the wrong food. When they brought mine back I paid extra for the seasoned chips but they weren’t seasoned. But that’s manageable, mistakes happen. The service was the most disappointing thing there. When we said about the orders being wrong the waitress didn’t apologise. After we had our food we ordered more drinks (just 3 Pepsi’s nothing difficult), this took over 15 / 20 minutes to arrive (the restaurant was not busy, it was a Wednesday evening) The waitress also could be seen mimicking my sister and talking about her to another waitress. The staff were all just gossiping around the table by the kitchen, not really bothering with the customers. I can’t speak for the 2 men in management, as we didn’t have them we had a young girl. To be honest I just paid and wanted to leave and get out of there but I did want to leave this review as feedback for management to be aware of. It’s not a cheap place so you except decent service

Food quality was lovely however the waitress got 2 meals wrong and one of them wrong 2 times Waited for another round of drinks for 18 minutes…. The waitress with 2 plaits on Wednesday 14th May was moody and did not do her job well enough to justify the price. The spoon on the table that is meant to be taken when a check back happens was not because…. We did not have one or someone to pre buss. Honestly food was lovely bit overpriced but due to inflation that’s justified but the manager needs to re train some of the staff. Brought a cake but no offer of knife or plates for it either lol Will not come back to this one ever again but will try the Swansea one and hope it’s better.

Popped in since re-opening to look at the menu and can't believe how much some of the items have gone up by. Visited quite a few times in the past year but doubt I will again as I can't justify spending so much on a burger and chips. I also noticed some of the mains had been made smaller (x2 patties instead of x3 on certain burgers but still an increase in the price). Also no sight of any deals like the Thursday burger deal weeks after reopening. I think this is a total disservice to loyal customers and the locals. 👎🏼

Very average food. Can see the chef serving chips onto a plate with her bare hands then wiping her hands on herself... Slow service. Won't be returning.

Fantastic meal at Cattle & Co, great vibe when walking in, great bar area, music isn’t too loud so you can still have a convo but still provides atmosphere. Food… these were hand down the best rack of Ribs I’ve ever eaten, the meat was an inch and a half thick, cooked to perfection too! I’ve had pork joints with less meat on that these ribs. Now I don’t think I will be able to eat ribs elsewhere again… staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you for the fantastic meal!

Sadly not as good since reopening. The food pretty good except for the steak which was way over cooked. However service was awful on my last visit.

Update: No longer dog friendly. Had been a repeat customer, but they have changed the furniture in the dog area to low coffee tables and deep sofa, totally unsuitable for eating at. So I’m amending my previously positive review, and I won’t be back in future. They’ve lost themselves a regular customer.

Starters was ok mains was terrible butter milk chicken was cold and like rubber pulled pork tasted and smelt fishy the side order of garlic mushroom sauce was very expensive and poor value no one came to the table at all to ask if our food was ok whilst we were eating sat there for about 10 mins waiting to get someone’s attention the manager did deduct the chicken from the bill but overall we won’t be returning in a hurry very disappointed ☹️

It would help if you notified people, that had previously booked tables to dine with you, that you were closed. Over an hour journey for nothing. Thanks for that!!!!!! 😡

Absolutely disgusting customer service to say the least!!! At table of 24 was booked in on Saturday 1st feb at 5.45pm. From 11am to 1.15pm I rang constantly to speak to someone to see what time I was able to call down to drop off balloons, banners and a cake for a surprise 18th birthday meal for my son!! I was greeted on the other end of the phone by a lady saying I'm in the process of ringing everyone booked in this evening! There has been a gas leak and we have been closed since Monday 27th Jan. We were hoping to be open today but that's not the case. My jaw hit the floor. I asked the lady why wasn't I informed of this sooner as I had booked this weeks and weeks in advance to make sure they could accommodate us as there was a large group, where would I find somewhere to accommodate 24 people 4.5hrs before we were supposed to arrive!! I asked about the swansea branch to be told they couldn't accommodate us as we were a large party. If I hadn't of rang constantly and the lady picked up when she did, I don't know what time I would of been contacted to cancel my booking as she said that large group bookings don't take priority she was working her way through an alphabetical system to inform customers even though large group bookings have to book weeks and weeks in advance!! I understand unforseen circumstances happen and they happen at short notice but to be closed 5days before with no correspondence to your customers of such a large group to maybe find an alternative booking as you couldn't guarantee you would be open!! Don't you think as common curiosity to your customers even 24hrs before hand you should of informed them of the problem and not cancel them at the very last minute 😡 Absolutely ruined all celebrations for my son's 18th birthday!!!! I for one will never recommend or bring any of my custom to Cattle & Co again!!

Table booked for 1:15pm, travelled 25 miles to arrive and find a notice on the door to say closed due to gas leak. Wasted journey as a result of no communication. Dissapointed we recieved no email, telephone call or a text message. No excuses in this day and age.

Lovely set up and really polite staff .

I was pretty dubious about our visit, given some of the TripAdvisor reviews, even warning our fellow guests to wrap up warm! I'm not sure why there have been so many bad reviews this last year, I can only say that we didn't experience any of the issues that have been described by others. First off- having worn several layers, I didn't need them! It was really toasty in the building, especially given that it wasn't heaving with people and it's an old building- people need to bare in mind that they're draughty (and need to be) and hard to heat. Especially industrial buildings with large open spaces. We had a friendly welcome on arrival, and our waitress was friendly and happy, sharing her thoughts on some of the menu options. We asked for a taster of a wine (I'm a fussy bu&&er!) which was very generous, and a really good wine for a good ("out") price. We ordered our food and it arrived in super quick time. Everything was perfect and absolutely beautiful. Because I like a little of everything and my husband is a human dustbin, we opted for the 4 banging buns- oh my goodness! Every meat was tender, juicy, flavoursome. The fries (usually my favourite bit) took a very back stage (although perfect-crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside!) to the mouth-watering burgers. The coleslaw- usually a bit meh, when you have it out- was tasty, with enough pepper to make it register. Our friends had the smoked brisket and the buttermilk chicken. Their meals were a good size, especially for the price, and they really enjoyed them. Given that you could spend more in a pub chain, on mass produced and ultra processed food, and have less on your plate, Cattle and Co have earned a place in my "go-to" local food joints. Their prices are incredibly reasonable for what you get- both quality and quantity. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Absolutely fantastic. Food was to die for. Staff were all friendly and happy. Didn't have to wait for long for the food to be served either. All in all it's a 10 out of 10. I WILL be going back.

Very odd behaviour from what seems a bunch of amatuers. We booked for 7, realised we would be late so called well in advance to rearrange for 7:30. Were told it had been rearranged but that on the initial call they were supposed to take our number to send a text to take a £10 deposit. Bit weird, but fine. Text message never came, assumed it was them being unorganised as they didn't take a number on the initial call. Arrived at 7:30 to be asked if we received a text, when I said no, the girl went and spoke to her manager and then came back to say the kitchen was closed and they couldn't serve us. The place shuts at 11 and you can see the kitchen from outside and they were all still working. They did us a favour in the end as we were sceptical about the place after arriving and seeing a notice about how they use GMO foods. Maybe we smell, maybe they didn't lile the cut of our jib, but I think in reality it's a poorly run restuarant selling poor quality food.

One entrance looks like the restaurants closed and not welcoming at all. We were stuck for options on a Sunday evening and probably wouldn’t have stayed if more options locally. Staff ok but all seem a bit preoccupied and not overly welcoming or friendly. Someone mentioned massive portions- I totally disagree. £20 for the ribs and chicken, although ribs were cooked so falling off the bone there was maybe 5 in the small baby ribs. A massive portion of cold chips, small amount of coleslaw and the £5.50 mac n cheese (which was good) was tiny. Husbands brisket burger did look good but again all the chip portions massive and cold. Nobody needs to eat that much potato.

I absolutely LOVE Cattle & Co. I come with friends and the atmosphere and stuff are amazing (Jorja) You're amazing and thank you for everything you do. The food, oh my goodness 🤤 the stack burger with 9 patty's is amazing I absolutely love Sweet potato fries at the moment and Cattle & Co know how to do them best, so, so nice I tried something new last week on the menu but can't remember the name sorry. Chicken stripes with Mac & cheese and maple syrup and OH MY I highly recommend it. The flavours go so well together but Its really filling. The Mac & cheese balls are lush Cattle & Co does my favourite cider (Cold River) They were even friendly with my friends gidedog The only thing is that I'd say is that the music can sometimes be a bit loud. Food 10/10 Cider 10/10 Service 10/10 Price 10/10 Everything 10/10 as always Thank you Jorja and Cattle & Co for amazing nights. I love coming back and I'll definitely be back

I visited this place about a year ago, and I feel like I need to share my experience to help others. If you care about getting good service, you should definitely avoid this spot. We were informed about a discount on sides, which we were excited to take advantage of (honestly, if it wasn't a deal, we wouldn't have paid extra for them). But when we got the bill, the discount wasn't applied, and we ended up being charged more. I asked the nice waitress who helped us, and she tried to reprint the receipt to see if it was an error. After checking with someone else, we found out that the discount we were promised didn’t actually exist, so we were overcharged. Whether it was a mistake or not, I wouldn't suggest coming here.

So much well cooked food really had a great night and the staff were fantastic

The meals here are large and are good quality. The steak is great. Some of the menu items are a challenge like the 9 Pattie burger!! Reasonable prices. Some of the seating is a little uncomfortable (metal chairs no padding) if you are going to be there for the evening you may want to think of this. LOTS of the menu is smoked so if you don't like smoked food you will be limited to what you can choose. Good amount of free parking and a very short walk to the beach. I would recommend a visit.

Outstanding food and fast service from ordering to delivery however, being reminded on 3 different occasions that yo table is for 2 hours was quite rude I thought.

Went here with a friend midweek, not as lively as the Cattle & Co in Swansea. The food was very disappointing compared to Swansea. The service was slow and quite shocking. All in all a bad experience, I was expecting the same hospitality and experience as Cattle & Co Swansea, but it fell off by a big margine.

This is most probably the best American smoked meat I’ve had in the UK, I wish I had one closer to home! My partner is gluten free and I loved the care they showed her - really good gluten free specific menu and it was all absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

Went early evening, staff were polite and courteous. Food and drinks came promptly, I had the mexican burger which was quite tasty, steaks were decent although unseasoned which would have been better. Good choice on the menu but book for a quieter time if possible, have been here in the past at very busy periods and you can expect a wait especially if in a large group. Would go back and try something different, price point is on the higher side for the area but a decent meal and they have offers frequently.

First time at the Cattle and Co, great venue and building. Food was amazing, lots of it, maybe a little too much, but well prepared and very tasty. But, the best part, the staff member at the door. My wife was struggling with a bad back, she noticed as soon as we walked in, showed us to our table, and promptly came back with a small pillow. Then later in the night she was looking over and asked in my wife was ok. As we left she was still concerned for my wife. Such a wonderful attention to your customers, never experienced this before, bravo. We attended on Saturday 19th October at 19:30, who ever she was, was a fine example of above and beyond customer service and attention. We thank you.

Went on Thurs 9/10/24 My godson Lukes 30th birthday.. there was 20 of us.. Jorgia was out waitress she was amazing couldn't do enough for us, she was friendly hard working & such a fab all round person. The food was lush & huge portions. I would definitely reccomend the place.. we will definitely be going back.

14 of us went for a 60th birthday meal , the food was outstanding and so is the staff , my daughter age 7 takes her 2 reborn dolls everywhere she goes. The waitress on our table name on our receipt was Tony she was lovely she went out of her way to get a highchair and bowls for them aswel it was so cute, then she brought out mocktails on the house for the kid's they loved them, she went over and above to make it a special meal and it definitely was thoroughly enjoyed will definitely be coming back its my favourite place beef brisket and gravy to die for and beautiful place to eat in .

Love this place. Super friendly staff. Couldn’t have been more accommodating. Brought our dog with us who was welcomed with water and treats. Lots of vegan options. Plus, 2 for 1 on burgers on a Thursday. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the service and atmosphere put it down all overview; booked the table for 6 people for mom's birthday. The waitress welcomed us really not friendly, threw the menu on the table and left without saying anything. After 15 minutes, someone finally popped down to us when we were ready to place a full order but they were only taking drinks order ( btw we didn't even receive drinks menu) the same person after another 10 minutes takes our food order...bit confused... Food was really tasty as always but the service every time getting worse and worse. That's was my 5th and last visit there as I didn't feel comfortable having any food there even though the food themselves was delicious.

Lovely evening, food was fabulous and the staff were great, guiding us on spice levels. Just wish you'd open a restaurant in Essex!

Came here 3 times over our week stay in Llanelli. Drinks on first night, second time our boys had food whilst we drank. Last night came on the Thursday for 2-4-1 burgers, it's a shame the deal isn't on the empire stack as it's not the most expensive burger on the menu which puzzled me. Food was great on both occasions and cocktails good 👍. I think it would be good if they had a website as not everyone (believe it or not) uses Facebook. It would have been nice to know what deals were available rather than only being able to find out when we got there on the first day.

Great venue, quick service and amazing food!! I can't say much more! Gluten free menu provided as my son has Coeliacs, lots of choice. My only gripe would be the chairs aren't too comfy. But 100% reco.mend coming here for food!!

This is one of my daughter’s favourite places to eat and we had a lovely family meal. The service was friendly, prompt and attentive with great food as always.

Wonderful visit. Great customer service with the waitresses telling us a story while our table was checked (we arrived early). Great customer service when ordering, and very quick turnaround for food. Took less than 6 minutes for our food to arrive due to the BBQ set up. The food was outstanding, we each had a 2 meat BBQ platters. Turkey had ran out when we arrived, but the brisket and sausage we both had was delicious, well smoked, juicy, and full of seasoning and flavour, with a whopping portion of everything (including fries and coleslaw) on the plate. I joked with the waiter at the time, but please sell your sauces, the white sauce was the best I've tasted out of the USA. To top it off, 2 massive plates, one side, 2 drinks and water for the table was only £50 for BOTH OF US. IF YOU'RE IN THE AREA, VISIT THIS PLACE.

Very poor customer service. Turned away on a Tuesday at 7.30pm. The place was half empty and the staff member very rude. We will not be returning here.

We came here after a recommendation from our friends we were visiting whilst on holiday in Wales. We cannot recommend this place enough ourselves. The service was spot on my the food was as good as it looks in pictures & tastes fantastic. The portions were huge & very reasonably priced. We would definitely visit here next time we are in Wales.

If you like basic American diner heavy food with no trimmings from a simple menu of burgers, ribs, slow roasted meat and fries , then this is the place for you. If you want anything worthy of the prices and pleasing on the eye, dining in comfort and style in a nice atmosphere , this isn’t the place for you. Personally, I wouldn’t return. Kitchen closes as soon as it can and you are encouraged to pay up and go. Not for me.

What a lovely eating experience we had today. ALL staff members were delightful and engaging. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Special shout out to Jorga who went that extra mile. The food was really good and served in a timely manner. We will definitely be returning.

We visited twice during our stay in the area in July '24. It's now dog friendly so became an option for us. We sat once inside and the other outside - both very comfortable. The food was incredible and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming.

Once again cracking food quality and flavoursome. There was 5 of us in our lunchtime party and our plates all arrived at the same time. The only feedback I can give is heat the plates up please this would keep the food hotter for longer otherwise quantity and tasty was top notch and serving staff welcoming. Toilets could do with a bit of TLC toilet seat broken and handle on the disabled door not secured as hanging off as no screw in place Otherwise I would highly recommended not cheap but not expensive either.

Went there with another couple to finish our day off. Been before & enjoyed. When we got there we were seated & lovely friendly staff. Took our drinks order, came back when we were ready for our food order. Didn’t have a long wait for our starters which were nice. Our mains arrived again lovely & tasty & plenty of it. Ordered more drinks. When we’d nearly finished had another round of drinks & sat & spoke about our day. Next thing the bill arrived we weren’t asked if we wanted anything else to eat or drink. I went to the toilet at about 9.30 when I came back they had been asked if anyone else needed the toilet as they were going to closed for the night after cleaning. We were more or less told to leave which we did before 10 although it says on the website they’re open till 11. We found it funny but don’t think we’ll be returning with that attitude.

Spacious and very pleasant inside , what is a very old historic industrial building.The service was prompt and the staff friendly and professional , but the food was not quite to my liking , a bit bland .Maybe it was just me , having made the wrong choice.We ve all selected something from a menu then wished we ' d chosen something different.

Why can't you be like a real BBQ restaurant and serve BBQ food on its own? Not everyone wants chips, bread or carbs. Everything comes with fries is ridiculous. Missing out on business with a poor menu. Should be selling brisket by the slice, ribs alone, pulled pork alone and sausage. I highly recommend copying the Spitfire BBQ in Bristol. Would get a lot more business (and repeat business) if you followed a real American BBQ model. This just looks like a pub chain.

Booked a table of 10 for a works leaving meal, Two of our party were Muslim however they were happy to eat off the menu and order what they could eat. We tried explaining that they knew the risks and were very aware of them. The supervisor then came over and refused to serve any of us food due to a ‘rule’ that they cannot allow people who are halal to eat food there! We explained to the supervisor that they were happy to order food and had eaten here a few times before. We were then told she had contacted her manager and the owner and they had both said that none of us were to be served any food. Absolutely disgusted and highly disappointed!

Booked a table for a group of us as a goodbye dinner for our work colleague and her husband who just happens to be Muslim.They refused to serve any of us food because they obviously have dietary requirements even though they can eat chicken or the vegetarian or vegan options. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and definately discrimitary towards their culture. Tried explaining they had eaten there before and were happy to go with what was available but the supervisor wouldn't have it. Never going there again. I'm appalled at their attitude. Hope she is sacked

great atmosphere but slowly but surely the food suffers to keep prices down the 2 or 3 meat platters have shrunk and moved onto dinner plates more chips and less of the good stuff turkey is a nice addition but why were we not offered a jacket potato as apparently you do them also we have diabetic in our party . why no sweetner for coffee it’s not a big investment but goes a long way for customer service

Amazing service,amazing location,amazing food. We've been a long time fan of another Steak eatery far closer to us than this one but were definitely converts to Cattle&co. So much more quality and quantity for your buck. If you've not been yet,stop wasting time and get down there.

Wow! This place is a little hidden gem. The food is amazing. Be warned the portions are huge. The waitress today did warn us not to over order but it was impossible to choose just one thing from the varied menu. Huge bonus that there is a dedicated gluten free menu for my husband. This takes so much stress out of eating out. Thank you to everyone working today for making our meal such an enjoyable experience.

Why do you add a service charge to the overall cost then tell us customers it can be removed.

Amazingly attentive staff, very generous portions and really good quality of food and drinks. Not the cheapest of prices but you get what you pay for and the quality of food and service definitely exceeded my expectation! Top job guys, keep up the great work 👍
