Did not get the chips I ordered . I tried several times to ring the store to let them know, but each time I rang ,the call was answered and disconnected before I could say anything.

Waited over an hour to receive this burnt rubbish. The bottom of this completely black Went down to the restaurant to have it replaced. Staff was agreeable to replace it but tried to blame it on a driver being assaulted. Don’t care if your a driver down, there is no excuse for the food to even leave the kitchen in less than edible condition. As for the driver that came…refused to come up to my door and stood at the bottom of the flat shouting up and disturbed the other residents. Thought I’d give you guys another chance after receiving a burnt pizza last year and then breaking my tooth on a handful of overdone fries. Won’t be back again. Stay clear at all costs.

Most of the food was cold - chips were very unpleasant. Nachos were almost mush by the time they arrived, usual dip missing and salsa on nachos so over garlicked that it is the only taste. Mistake with an item - sent meat in place of vegetable dish as website ordering is not clear (we have had this a lot in the past but they used to deal with it well). Lady on the phone was not polite and seemed more interested in shouting at the cook than helping. Also more bothered that we return the incorrect food despite the fact they can’t reuse it. Very disappointed as we have always enjoyed the food here but won’t be returning. Delivery driver very friendly and apologetic even though not his fault.

This used to be one of my favourite places to order… I had to wait 2 hours for my order! When it was over an hour late I called the restaurant to be told my food is ready they’re just waiting for a driver and apologised… okay perfect… 30 minutes passes by I call again and I’m told the driver has just left. Driver was really polite. Went to tuck into my food… the garlic bread came as a pizza? It was also burnt underneath and tasted rancid. Overall this has put me off from ordering again.

First time I've ordered from here. Absolutely inedible. Came cold and burnt. Ordered through Uber and had part of my meal missing. Came later ice cold and also burnt. Very disappointed, please see photos. I recommend nothing but Google is making me select to post my review

Had to chase because it was late, they apologised and gave us a bottle of coke, so fair play. Both meals were supposed to be "served with sour cream & guacamole" but there were none at all included, which was disappointing.

Ordered the beef burrito this evening. It came a lot quicker than advertised. The food was hot, the burrito had loads of meat and the guacamole tasted fresh. Overall impressed and really enjoyed the meal!

Food arrived, everything other than the quesadilla was soggy and dripping with grease. Loaded nachos were tasteless and soggy.

Can understand being late on a weekend.. shame that the order had missing items and the potato skins that were supposed to be without meat.. had bacon in it! So a complete waste of time and now too late to order somewhere else!

Food was poor this evening, chips were cold and hard, jalapeños looked like they had been squashed together and were all broken up. We ordered extra sour cream to go with the sour cream and guacamole we should of had with our meals as stated in the description, we did not get these!! We have been a customer for a while but we will not be back for a while after tonight's disappointment.

Chicken fajitas are absolutely gorgeous just need a few more tortilla wraps, the garlic mushrooms I must say was nice just need more garlic on them and onion rings was so nice and crispy! Didn’t send a portion of fries, cheesy fries were cold, stale and congealed by the time they arrived. Driver struggled to find the address which is understandable, so he called for directions which is fine. What isn’t fine is him stopping for fuel on the way to deliver our food which meant everything was cold by the time it got here. The rest of the food tasted nice enough but needed to be warm to be enjoyed properly

Ordered tonight two medium pizzas and the Mexican meal deal. Nachos and chilli were delicious, one pizza and garlic bread devoured by our ever hungry son. We shared mini chicken burritos and a mini minced chimichangas. The sauces supplied of soured cream, tomato salsa and guacamole were plenty to go with everything. We haven’t been here for a few years but after trying it tonight we will be back. Food was well Cooked and extremely tasty. Ordering the food online for collection was easy and the app tells you what they are doing and when it’s ready to collect. Very pleasant in the shop and it looked very clean inside.

The food was nice only because we had to reheat it as it was an hour late. This has happened several times now with this restaurant. Wont be using them again which is a shame because they are the only ones that do Mexican food in Nuneaton

Ordered food at 7:44pm on a Thursday night. Didn’t arrive until 9:49pm. Chips were freezing cold. At 9:20 the restaurant put on JustEat that food had been delivered when it hadn’t. Had to phone and ask where food was.

I ordered a a chilli burrito which should have come with lettuce cheese chilli Mexican rice guacamole and sour cream instead I got just plain chilli in a wrap with about 10 chips on the side?

I ordered chicken and veg wrap and both nothing looked like a wrap nor it us tasty. Wasted my money n Friday night. Never ordering anything again.

Part of the order was missing, but the driver contacted the restaurant and a replacement was delivered within twenty minutes. They also gave us a 1.5 litre bottle of Coca cola by way of an apology. Excellent customer service, normally if items are missing, you can only claim a refund from just eat 👍

Good was inedible and not eaten. It was thrown away as neither person could eat it. Nachos were a cold, congealed slab of mush. Chips were a half portion, and stone cold. Garlic bread was soggy from condensation and stone cold. An absolute waste of money.

Always great, tasty food, and speedy delivery. However, I was a little disappointed with the burrito for £10.75 i would expect more, we shared, so it was nice as a taster but wouldn't suffice for a 1 person meal for the price.

Second time ordering from here, did not disappoint! We had a huge selection of food for five people and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food, excellent portions sizes and again everything was still nice and hot ! Very very tasty and highly recommended

Is there new owners? I've ordered from here multiple times but today everything was different, the tacos, the enchilada sauce, even the packaging everything came in, in all honesty was terrible compare to normal! Kind of feel like never ordering from here again.

Food arrived early, was still nice and hot we had the Mexican platter and it far exceeded our expectations! It was by far one of the best take away meals in ages! More than enough for two of us but we ordered the cheese garlic mushroom bread as well but we couldn’t eat it all. It really was delicious and restaurant quality! Will definitely be ordering again soon, the mixed platter was so so tasty

Very late delivery, nearly two hours from time of ordering, when food finally arrived was luke warm at best and one item was missing. Contacted restaurant and they sent out replacement making it well over two hours. Very disappointed should do better

Partner chose to order here, Beef taco was a sloppy mess and he was disappointed, crunchy chicken wrap was flavourless. Only nice things were the fries and garlic bread. It was delivered super fast, but wouldn’t order again.
