Delicious ice cream! Well worth a visit.

They changed the delivery time twice and when it arrived it had a milkshake missing, never ordering from this place again

Was served by a young lad who was very polite and helpful. Atmosphere was really good, inviting and felt comfortable, good music playing could've stayed longer. Me and my daughter had waffles with strawberries, banana, white sauce with sprinkles was beautiful, will definitely be back again.

The ice cream is to frozen. It needs to be cold but not frozen No bathroom/restroom

Love their Mocha and Waffles! Very friendly staff. Nicky makes one of the best Mochas around! A go to place for me after work. Love the atmosphere! Nicky and Jen are absolutely amazing. Top class customer service!

A bit tight on the sauce and dry for the waffles but everything else was spot on

I ordered cookie dough and didn’t realise their “melted milk chocolate” was actually some cheap brown toffee sauce. So I paid for another cookie dough without the sauce and asked for them both to be packed for takeout. I paid for 2 cookie dough desserts and they threw the first one away and said “my bad, that’s on us”. They did nothing to compensate for THEIR MISTAKE. Amateurs do not know how to take care of their customers. Even they wouldn’t like to pay double for 1 dessert.

The delivery guy was on a normal bike, but was an adequate time to deliver considering, driver was polite and can't fault him

The waffles were lovely and hot and the quality of the waffles was very enjoyable

Ordered a sweet banoffee waffle on Uber Eats and it was very nice. Came with hot custard which was good and also a scoop of gelato which was Ferrero Rocher flavoured. All was very nice and a good price. Would recommend if you are fancying something as a sweet treat.

Ordered 2 pancakes and they were delicious, staff were nice and welcoming, food was quick to come to us after we ordered. Only thing was one of the tables we were sat at was wobbly especially while I was cutting my pancake but not a major issue. Can't wait to come back and try more deserts 😋

The waffle was soggy and not how a waffle should tasted, it was a hybrid of cake and dough. The crepe was undercooked which made it very chewy. Very sad as it had good reviews so we thought give it a go.

Bought waffles for take away the other day and I noticed that the one I had created myself came with ice cream but the one off the menu - kinder bueno one didn’t come with ice cream. So I asked the lady where the second ice cream was and she told me that no ice cream is given when it’s for take away. Which is strange as on the menu it says it comes WITH ice cream and the lady who took the order stated that their menus for take away and eat in was exactly the same. To not be given a scoop of ice cream with a waffle on which you’ve just spent £8 is ridiculous to be honest and then making up rules as you go along. Made no sense. Think she just wanted to be difficult. Anyways me and my husband just shared my ice cream - what a silly dessert place

placed an order via uber eats after waiting 30mins the driver turned up with a delivery from burger King because Carter's had cancelled the order and bot told me won't be ordering from this place ever again shambles.

Worst dessert place I've ever been to! I have uploaded a screenshot of what I ordered from Carters Instagram page, and the second photo is what I got! It had 2 lots of ice cream, chocolate sauce and a wafer missing, after complaining to staff I was told that they were out of stock of wafers and got the response "do you want ice cream then". Not only did I get half of what I ordered, the customer service is terrible! Staff are rude and unwilling to help, absolute shambles of a store being run by 2 kids last night, not what I would expect at all. I won't go into the issues my friend had with her order but it shows clearly they can't even get one order correct.

Cold pancake melted milkshake tastes like milk with water

I have made many orders over the last year and have been very happy with it everytime. Food is always warm and fresh. Only ever had 1 small mistake staff was really nice and helpful.

£2.40 for a tiny scoop of ice cream, the amount should be a lot more for price. The crepe was decent but didn’t taste fresh.

Staff were friendly. The waffle comes without ICE CREAM. Every dessert place I’ve visited, the waffle comes with ice cream. Waffle was extremely dry. Dryer than the Sahara dessert. Bananas were not fresh. My milkshake was watery. It didn’t have a thick consistency to it. I waited 30 minutes for 2 items.. Would I go back? NO

I came here for my birthday with my sister, and my nephew. We really enjoyed ourselves. The staff here was amazing, especially the lady who took our orders, and served us our ice cream. Nothing was too much. The atmosphere was amazing, and the venue was sparklingly clean. The lady who served us, helped my sister to cut up my birthday cake, and much more. The staff really went above, and beyond for us. We left feeling really great about ourselves, and my mind was blown away by the stellar service that we received. Thank you ever so much to the staff for a wonderful day! Also, thank you to the lovely people who sang happy birthday to me.

Drink spilled all over the place

Not all the order turned up but when I phoned up got told she pack it and it is all there so basically calling me a lier Now we have a very up set 6 year old who did get the one he wanted

Ordered via uber eats and they kept our driver waiting nearly an hour! We called him and they kept telling him 10 minutes. We called them and they said he wasn't there and kept telling us 5 minutes! Food was really tasty when it finally arrived after 2 hours - although they got half the order wrong - honestly not worth the wait

Expensive waffle that had hardly any toppings, not worth it

£8.80 for a Ferrero Roche a crêpe with no Ferraro Roche absolute ripoff

Waffle was lovely but we ordered mint Oreo gelato and there was no Oreo in it, it was just mint. Really disappointing as we purposely chose that to try something new.

Extremely expensive 8£ for a Waffle that has a tiny bit of sauce on it and 6 pieces of Banana on it. First and last time we ordered.

The previous visit was not great, waited for almost half an hour for an icecream ( thanks to covid ) and then my daughter dropped it because the cone was cracked 🙄 Today was a better experience. Anyways they've got lovely desserts, it worth paying them a visit

Driver messed up my food, he fiddled with my milkshake before coming to the porch giving me the bag and running. My milkshake was upside down. I could not enjoy my shakes. Disappointed.

As I hang up the phone from ordering it was delivered. The money I paid for the crepe was not worth it. Very expensive for a quarter of a round circle. The waffle was tasty but I think to expensive for what is was. I had a longing for the desert but I believe I can have a try at making it myself. Overall it was OK if you have extra money to spare. Service was very good.

This made my evening. Came within 15 minutes still hot with lashings of white chocolate sauce. Honestly when I opened the box its like the angels were singing to me. My first mouthful filled me with utter delight. I was so happy I had to call up and ask who made this specific piece of heaven...... EMILY THE COOK, you young lady deserve a raise, promotion and an employee of the month award. If it werent for lockdown, I'd bring you a blue Peter badge myself. Keep it up.

Food never turned up. Driver either stole our food or delivered elsewhere - just eat are refusing to refund my money. I had to go down there and re order and collect my food instead. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUST EAT. Mark up is over £10 more than if you order through Carters

Ordered from Carter's for the first time as a treat for the children and would definitely recommend. Great as one off treat, but a little bit expensive as regular thing especially for a family of four.

I had the melted white chocolate waffle with strawberry and banana and it was amazing, daughter had Nutella and strawberry crepe reckons it's the best thing she's had
