Caprinos Pizza Shrewsbury in Shropshire

Used to be very good. But not tonight. Pizza bases soggy and no flavour. Chicken wings shrivelled up and dry. If there's a reason not to have a takeaway...this is it. Sorry guys.

Really good pizza - arrived hot and not over cooked as so many are! Will be returning especially as the base was still soft and tasty even the next morning!

Rubbish place. Made an order and had to wait over 2 hours for nothing to come.

Absolutely yummy food, wish we had ordered a bigger garlic bread pizza though because it was very tasty. It arrived really quite late but i don’t want to mark them down on that at all because everyone was lovely and the delivery driver seemed quite confused. Think he must have got quite lost on the way here? It was late at night and I suppose our drive is hard to see in the dark but nevertheless they delivered and it was scrumptious. Definitely worth the wait. Just wish we had got more stuff!

First time I’ve ordered from here that they’ve made a mistake. Usually really reliable but today unfortunately one of the pizzas was wrong.

Order had to be redone due to a mix-up but was only 10 mins late. I’ve been ordering from this place for three years and I think this is the only time they’ve been later or got it wrong. Great customer service and decent pizza.

Unbelievable flavour and taste in the Shawarma fries, always a big fan of the warm cookies and B&Js ice cream. Decent delivery dude always got time to chat.

The food was awful, I paid £36 for 2 pizzas and they were both tasteless and dips were rank. If you are going to order pizza, just get a Dominoes, cheaper, tastier, and better value for money. Will not be ordering again.

food was not hot/verging on cold but still very tasty. would be nice for it to be hotter upon delivery but heated in oven worked.

Order being late is ok but the driver was apparently on his way for 45 minutes, we only live just over a mile away.

The food was well cooked genrally, however I requested no olives on a pizza and this did not hapoen making the experiance less enjoyable. The garlic bread was nice, but the mozzerlla sticks where a little colder then I had hoped

We had pepperoni pizza with cheese bites, mac and cheese bites and mozzarella sticks. Food was ready 20mins after ordering. All the food was really nice and will definitely be ordering from here again 😊

normally great, this time you sent me a box of uncooked chips. you must have seen they weren't cooked when you put them in the box? I had to cook them at home, then they tasted like cheap frozen oven chips I could have got at the shop. pizza was ok once I reheated it. meh

Caprinos pizza is very soft to eat and all staffing was good. I ordered second time it’s was great experience. Now I always order pizza form Caprinos. They doesn’t give me any money. I am writing this from my heart because his pizza was very to delicious.

They came all the way from Shrewsbury to Hanwood the curly fries were lush and crispy the pizza was perfect for one person with garlic and herb dip just as good as dominoes be getting again

The ham on the pizza was horrible it didn’t look or taste like ham it tasted like spicy sausage the pizza dough wasn’t cooked we ended throwing the whole pizza away

3.5 on food would be closer. The extras (wedges, curly fries, cookies) were great but the pizza was disappointing. I ordered the deep dish, but found the base to be rather doughy. Normally, I would have any uneaten pizza for breakfast, but 3 slices remained in the box for the hotel's staff to dispose of.
