Just called to order and the lady who answered couldn’t get my address right and I could not understand her at all. Then she put the phone down … I called back and no answer … absolutely strange behaviour. Is this how you run a business.

I recently ordered the Veggie Supreme Pizza, the Sides platter, and Chicken Shawarma. As someone from the Levant region (Lebanon), I was really let down by the Chicken Shawarma; it didn’t taste any different from the usual chicken doner. A quick search would show that it should include seasoned chicken, fries, garlic paste (not garlic mayo), pickles, and a squeeze of lemon. Unfortunately, this version had just a few jalapeños, unseasoned chicken, lettuce, and garlic mayo, which made it quite bland—I couldn’t finish it. The sides platter was also disappointing. The three types of chicken wings lacked flavor, and I found them unappetizing. A little more seasoning would go a long way. The potato wedges were too oily and seemed undercooked. The Veggie Supreme Pizza with jalapenos and cheese crust was decent. My husband tried it and thought it could be improved, but he didn’t find it bad either. Overall, I hoped for more from this meal.

Called them up, to ask to remove something in my food they was laughing down the phone not professional at ALL!!

Really terrible pizza, greasy and just not very nice. My fault for believing a good deal. Got a free pizza to throw away.

The food and service have always been great. Prices are reasonable and in line with other pizza chains. Always enjoy and the staff are always super friendly

I think this place is great the food taste good and it was warm and on time.

Possibly the worst meal I have ever eaten. Way, way, WAY too salty and the chicken was not chicken meat. Rather, some nasty processed and reconstituted cube-form yuck. Will never be ordering from here again.

We've used Caprinos 3 times now, first time was brilliant, quick delivery and hot food. Second and third the food was very late, cold but still tasty. Such a shame their service is so bad as their pizza is so nice. Won't be using again :(

I ordered first time from them, but they did not disappoint me. Good quality food and so delicious, delivery was abit late but food was still warm. Doing a good job, carry on.

I have to say I read the reviews for this establishment and I have to say they are not wrong. Delivery Was quick, ordering was easy on the site. Deals were very cheap in comparison to other places. Pizzas were amazing and tasty. The sides were included in the deals and all good quality. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Thanks Caprionos, well done

food never came absolutely fuming

I ordered a chicken and bacon pizza from here not expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a big pizza with plenty of topping and so much cheese! Normally I find most pizzas have far too much tomato sauce and not enough cheese. So this was a very delicious unexpected treat! The toppings were perfectly cooked and full of flavour too. I also ordered some white chocolate cookies which were melted in the middle like warm soft cookie dough. They were so yummy. And the meal was enjoyable cold the next day for lunch. Can’t wait to order again! Craving more already and it’s only been a few days!

I finished work and needed something tasty. Dropped in and was met with lovely service, got my order home and enjoyed some very tasty food. I would highly recommend.

We had a pizza from here not expecting much from it. Was pleasantly surprised with how Good quality and tasty it was! I’m not a fan of most pizzas because I find the tomato sauce too overbearing. However here at Caprinos it isn’t, they put a generous amount of cheese on their pizzas which makes them so delicious! Plenty of perfectly cooked toppings and not even oily! I had cookies for dessert and they were super soft and melted chocolate in the inside like cookie dough, so good! 5 stars!

Awful DO NOT ORDER Food did not arrive. Person on the phone was rude and then did not answer the phone. No food was delivered.

Ordered from the website, food hadn't come after over and hour so phoned up shop and the person couldn't speak English so I couldn't find out where my food was. When the food came, it was lukewarm with the fries absolutely freezing cold. However the pizza was good but not hot. Pretty disappointed

Not really appreciated that even with a note to say no jalapeños I still ended up with plus having to pay £1.80 to change the sauce base is just a massive amount.

Ordered a pizza here a couple months ago and was amazing, went to order again and the chap on the phone was very very rude put the phone down on me so didn’t get to order - such a shame, no need for rudeness!

Took so long lady on the phone hung up 3 time when I asked how long it would take she also didn’t not know or speak English

Order pizza chios and chicken strips from them the chips are way under cooked and with the pizza the garlic and herb dip had split all over the pizza and can't be eaten due to an egg allergy tried calling multiple time to get this sorted and no answer don't recommend using this company and won't be using them myself again

Ordered from this awful place on Uber eats and I can stress how much I would strongly avoid this place!! Placed the order said it would be about 25-55 minutes to deliver. After the 55 minutes where up I called the store in which I was met with a rude and unhelpful worker. She wouldn’t answer any of my questions and hung up on me. Tired again 5 mins later she picked up again and said another 30 mins till it will be delivered. I then explained if it is cold I would like a full refund she then hung up on me again! Called after the 30mins was up with still no food in which she said another 20-30 minutes! Food came about 10 mins later but was freezing cold so I asked for a full refund and the order to go back after calling the boss they agreed now 2 weeks later still no refund from this awful place. The boss said they had a new management team and the operations have been running slow recently, honestly they need another new management team as that woman on the phone was beyond rude and unhelpful and definitely shouldn’t be in a management position it’s actually funny how a place could justify hiring her! SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY

Had order confirmed at 17:49 but wasn’t delivered until 19:45. When asked for a refund I was give £3. Must add it’s no the fault of the delivery driver, he was apologetic and polite.

Food wasn’t received even though it was ordered over 40 minutes before closing time. Order was accepted and yet the shop didn’t answer any calls to me. I made over 20 phone calls and every one was ignored

shocking service had to wait over 2 hours for food after being hung up on by the people at the restaurant and the delivery driver. food was cold, missing some items and delivered to the wrong house at nearly 4am waking up neighbours. food was okay at best. do not recommend service is shocking and they are just plain rude.

ordered around 7.20 pm food arrived at 9pm and not very warm. To be fair to the driver his sat nav sent him somewhere else and he did contact us so we could direct him. It took too long to come

Food missing from order, tried to report it to have the person on the phone hang up on us multiple times, spoke to the new owner who was extremely rude and told they won’t be refunding anything and told to take it up with just eat, I was suggest avoiding this place!

Unbelievable. Waited 2 hours for delivery for one pizza to not even arrive. When called the restaurant the woman hung up on me, called again only for her to hang up again. Finally got her to let me talk to someone else, they said they’d bring me a refund for the missing pizza then never came. Honestly shocked.

If I were you I would get rid of your delivery man. He opted not to come into camp even tho his passenger could of waited while he dropped off the food. I pay not just for food but for delivery. Will NOT be using you again.

Wrong pizza delivered, unclear if the one delivered is even vegan. I ordered the meatless which comes with lots of toppings, they brought one that looks like it has a couple of types of cheese on it that may be dairy and therefore I can't eat it. I've sent pics to just eat as evidence for a refund. No orange Fanta brought with the order either

We Requested a certain delivery time for a reason and it always seem to be late regardless and the pepperoni was cold and over cooked.
