Ordered food waited over a hour, didn’t pick up a single phone call and then the shop closed over a hour after I ordered and food never arrived but took my money waste of time. Wait it did arrive almost 2 hours after ordering by the time it got here I had ordered and received food from a different take away.

great food, great price, great service- the wrong drink was brought and the delivery person brought back the correct one on his next trip- so really appreciated that! would definitely order again- thank you :)

brownie needs to be bigger and bigger dips especially the garlic and herb sauce its amazing

The food is fine. Good even. The delivery was very early from what I was told it would be. I tried phoning up about a mistake with the order, and the women on the phone had a poor microphone, and could not speak english, and hung up on me.

Delivery man was lovely and let me know when he had arrived. Was very chatty and polite. The food was lovely and they gave us items we didn’t order as an extra treat which was a surprise but very sweet. We enjoyed it. The pizzas are a bit too cheesy so it’s a bit hard to finish but that’s the only thing I can say. Lovely food and very happy service

I've ordered quite a few times from this place, despite not being able to order via their website directly due to postcode restrictions I phoned them up and was able to get a delivery. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and got my order perfect despite it being late at night, the food was delicious and filling. I highly recommend ordering from them, their pizzas are the best in the area. Edit: They were, until I ordered a pizza on the 23rd of December, it was midnight and I'd just finished a long day of work, I couldn't order on their app which had a discount on it so I phoned up and asked if they'd honour the app price, to which I got some extremely rude answer stating that I didn't "treat them like human beings". It was clear the lady on shift didn't want to take my order despite the fact they didn't close for another hour, she attempted to then charge me an outrageous price of £27 for one pizza for delivery, I then decided to order for collection, making the order clear of what I wanted. I drove down there and relieved the pizza to drive back and discover that the wrong base had been put on it, not what I ordered, I phoned up to explain the situation and then was accused of lying and apparently a photo was taken of the pizza I had ordered with the bbq base I'd apparently ordered on the pizza, when the pizza I had in front of me was tomato base, she then started swearing at me when I got annoyed. I had to drive back there and angrily explain to the incompetent staff member that she had made a mistake and the nerve she had to accuse me of lying was disgusting. I ended up with an extra pizza but it doesn't excuse the horrible service I have had at this place, I would expect them to treat their customers a little better, especially one that has ordered off of them previously and never complained before. Awful service, avoid.

I have ordered from Caprinos havant many times (maybe even over 20 orders 😳) Every time I've ordered from Caprinos I've never been let down!!! I live all the way at the bottom of Hayling island and regardless of the distance, the food is always hot, the drinks are always ice cold and the drivers are the nicest people to talk to If you ever need a decent meal at the end of a long week or even through the mid week! The prices are cheaper than Domino's and personally...tastes better aswell with much more tastier options for your pizzas As a regular I will say that I will continue to order caprinos pizza and will continue to support as much as possible!!

Best pizza in the area by far! I have tried all of the pizza shops available on just eat in my area and Caprinos is me and my girlfriend’s favourite place. They make their own dough and the pizza is delicious! Most importantly, you feel good after eating it because you are getting all fresh! A lot of pizza shops used over processed or frozen ingredients and that’s why a lot of people feel lousy after and the next day. Not Caprino’s. When you take the first bite, you realize they make it fresh!

Eaten here often. Great choice and fantastic food - served quickly also which is a massive plus.

my order never arrived the driver and reastraut called me multiple times for directions I could not understand them nor could they me so for second time. through just eat I've not recieved my foid so now me or son nothing to ea as nothing open now no apology just ignored

Therre's something different about the taste of Caprinos .... a better 'different'! Maybe it's the ingredients, the Oil, i'm not sure, but if Pizzas are on your radar, try Caprinos and see what i'm trying to explain.

Outstanding pizza, the shawarma fries were the best loaded fries I have ever had. They were not greasy or too rich. The cookie dough was also the best ive had. So soft and gooey but again not too rich in flavour.

All went in the bin, grim is the only word i can describe. Plus i could taste peanut oil on the chicken wings, however they did not declare peanuts as allergen advice!

I recently ordered the Veggie Supreme Pizza, the Sides platter, and Chicken Shawarma. As someone from the Levant region (Lebanon), I was really let down by the Chicken Shawarma; it didn’t taste any different from the usual chicken doner. A quick search would show that it should include seasoned chicken, fries, garlic paste (not garlic mayo), pickles, and a squeeze of lemon. Unfortunately, this version had just a few jalapeños, unseasoned chicken, lettuce, and garlic mayo, which made it quite bland—I couldn’t finish it. The sides platter was also disappointing. The three types of chicken wings lacked flavor, and I found them unappetizing. A little more seasoning would go a long way. The potato wedges were too oily and seemed undercooked. The Veggie Supreme Pizza with jalapenos and cheese crust was decent. My husband tried it and thought it could be improved, but he didn’t find it bad either. Overall, I hoped for more from this meal.

We buy regularly from this restaurant because their food is good my issue is that it says delivered and it isn’t so that it looks on time but is not and while it’s only a few minutes it shouldn’t say delivered when it isn’t and the new code for your food only works if delivery driver asks for the code

The food and service have always been great. Prices are reasonable and in line with other pizza chains. Always enjoy and the staff are always super friendly

Possibly the worst meal I have ever eaten. Way, way, WAY too salty and the chicken was not chicken meat. Rather, some nasty processed and reconstituted cube-form yuck. Will never be ordering from here again.

We've used Caprinos 3 times now, first time was brilliant, quick delivery and hot food. Second and third the food was very late, cold but still tasty. Such a shame their service is so bad as their pizza is so nice. Won't be using again :(

I have to say I read the reviews for this establishment and I have to say they are not wrong. Delivery Was quick, ordering was easy on the site. Deals were very cheap in comparison to other places. Pizzas were amazing and tasty. The sides were included in the deals and all good quality. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Thanks Caprionos, well done

food never came absolutely fuming

I ordered a chicken and bacon pizza from here not expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a big pizza with plenty of topping and so much cheese! Normally I find most pizzas have far too much tomato sauce and not enough cheese. So this was a very delicious unexpected treat! The toppings were perfectly cooked and full of flavour too. I also ordered some white chocolate cookies which were melted in the middle like warm soft cookie dough. They were so yummy. And the meal was enjoyable cold the next day for lunch. Can’t wait to order again! Craving more already and it’s only been a few days!

We had a pizza from here not expecting much from it. Was pleasantly surprised with how Good quality and tasty it was! I’m not a fan of most pizzas because I find the tomato sauce too overbearing. However here at Caprinos it isn’t, they put a generous amount of cheese on their pizzas which makes them so delicious! Plenty of perfectly cooked toppings and not even oily! I had cookies for dessert and they were super soft and melted chocolate in the inside like cookie dough, so good! 5 stars!

Awful DO NOT ORDER Food did not arrive. Person on the phone was rude and then did not answer the phone. No food was delivered.

Ordered from the website, food hadn't come after over and hour so phoned up shop and the person couldn't speak English so I couldn't find out where my food was. When the food came, it was lukewarm with the fries absolutely freezing cold. However the pizza was good but not hot. Pretty disappointed

Order pizza chios and chicken strips from them the chips are way under cooked and with the pizza the garlic and herb dip had split all over the pizza and can't be eaten due to an egg allergy tried calling multiple time to get this sorted and no answer don't recommend using this company and won't be using them myself again

Had order confirmed at 17:49 but wasn’t delivered until 19:45. When asked for a refund I was give £3. Must add it’s no the fault of the delivery driver, he was apologetic and polite.

Ordered from this awful place on Uber eats and I can stress how much I would strongly avoid this place!! Placed the order said it would be about 25-55 minutes to deliver. After the 55 minutes where up I called the store in which I was met with a rude and unhelpful worker. She wouldn’t answer any of my questions and hung up on me. Tired again 5 mins later she picked up again and said another 30 mins till it will be delivered. I then explained if it is cold I would like a full refund she then hung up on me again! Called after the 30mins was up with still no food in which she said another 20-30 minutes! Food came about 10 mins later but was freezing cold so I asked for a full refund and the order to go back after calling the boss they agreed now 2 weeks later still no refund from this awful place. The boss said they had a new management team and the operations have been running slow recently, honestly they need another new management team as that woman on the phone was beyond rude and unhelpful and definitely shouldn’t be in a management position it’s actually funny how a place could justify hiring her! SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY

shocking service had to wait over 2 hours for food after being hung up on by the people at the restaurant and the delivery driver. food was cold, missing some items and delivered to the wrong house at nearly 4am waking up neighbours. food was okay at best. do not recommend service is shocking and they are just plain rude.

Unbelievable. Waited 2 hours for delivery for one pizza to not even arrive. When called the restaurant the woman hung up on me, called again only for her to hang up again. Finally got her to let me talk to someone else, they said they’d bring me a refund for the missing pizza then never came. Honestly shocked.
