Never understand order never again anymore

Ordered online and paid by card for delivery within 40mins. When I called after 50mins they had not even started it. Told them to cancel and want a refund, they said they could not do it from the branch and had to do it online. Disgraceful service.

I called: they said there was delay due to lunch rush. Then app said it was delivered and it wasn't. Then they said it was late because of traffic!

I don't understand why they gave the time if they knew they would be late, after they said 16:45 but I waited 10 minutes then called, they said it's in the oven 🙄 normally whenever I order they deliver before the time they give, so I'm assuming this is one off hopefully *it's 19.03 and still not received my food

1st and last order at this place ever. Explains why this shop is rarely seen busy. £45 order and its been the biggest cock around ive ever had. Half hour late, couldn't locate my order when i called, when it did arrive, missing 2 of the milkshakes, which, may i add, are NOT authentic, theyre about as thick as a yazoo and theyve blended a biscuit and put cream on NO ice creams used, definitely NOT worth £4.50 EACH, theres better places for on par or less thats authentic, hell, a mcdonalds milkshake thats gone warm and melted is still thicker!!!! Random drizzle put on one of the pizzas, tried blaming the driver packing the bags for messing it up, as all takeaways do, they gave the driver the wrong box or cocked the order up. If you are thinking or trying this place, dont waste your money on them. The only good thing about tonights delivery is the driver being friendly and apologised on their behalf, something, he shouldnt have to do.

Really consistenly good pizzas, but sadly also consistently BAD delivery times, ALWAYS overdue delivery time from the online order, and then when you call, often more than two or three times, to be told it’s “just coming” or “just waiting for delivery driver”, then queue another 40-45 minutes waiting…. As I said we’ve never had a bad pizza from here, but we’ve also never had one arrive on time! Just a shame they can’t sort their delivery service out as their pizzas are much better than most other places in town, that’s why we keep using them.

Sometimes fast service and everything you want many occasions very late and had to call up to remind them also some paticular staff very rude on phone and don't understand properly sometimes can be delivered faster on a weekend which seems strange when they'd be busier you will think very good customer and spent alot so don't understand the service sometimes

Went here one afternoon for the first time with a craving for pizza but not feeling massively hungry. Bought a pepperoni deluxe with flat crust and it was given to me hot, with napkins and with a tub of garlic dip for takeaway. Was lovely. The variation in pizza slices is quite wonderful, as you can order more of a snack-sized 7 inch pizza for a very nice and fair price. The pizza itself was lovely; both the cheese and the pepperoni was delicious, and the pizza wasn't burnt at all. The green walls and the sort of brick look to a lot of the interior was very pleasing to look at. I love the overall design. My only critique is that the pizza took quite a while to be finished and there was no seating aside from the windowsill to wait, but this is only a small issue.

Placed an order at 12.45 for collection at 5.30 . Had to repeat what I wanted at least 4 times. The lady said it would be ready for 5.30 as ordered. I found it strange that she hadn’t asked my name so I offered it and she said yes I better have that! . I then rang up at 4.55 to ask if it was possible to have it for 5.15 and was assured that was fine . I fully explained it wud be my wife collecting and not me which she said was fine. My wife went at 5.15 but they cudnt find the order so she had to ring me and ask me about it. When I explained the sequence of events re me ordering it she told them and then they found it ! By this time it was even past the original 5.30 time ! Food was ok (not fantastic) but overall experience very poor ! Won’t be going back !

Avoid. Food is good. Pathetic staff. My uncle who is poorly diabetic needed to go to the toilet urgently while we were collecting our pizzas and the lady with glasses behind the counter flatly refused. Needless to say he ended up with a bit of an accident. It was so embarassing and shameful for him. May all of you who work at Caprinos suffer from the same problem so you know what happens. Whats the point of good food if you have do not have decent human beings behind the counter. Pathetic. I am sorry but you guys do not deserve any money.

Excellent pizza shop . Food tastes good . A bit spicy for me . The restaurant has no seating which is a shame . They would dbl there sales if they had seating . We Visited the place again n just made ourselves comfortable on the floor and ate our pizza.

Chips were cold soggy and undercooked. Pizza was very small not much on it tasted nice. Make your own pizza you get 4 topping we can’t have tomatoes so changing it to bbq sauce classes as 1 topping which I find odd and never normally the case

The Pizza tasted great! A little smaller then expected and I was VERY disappointed with the Chocolate fudge cake. It had clearly been defrosted as it was soaking wet through, did not enjoy that in the slightest.

Nice takeaway offering good quality pizzas. They do some good deals such as Buy 1 Get 1 on Tuesdays. You can park right outside the shop to collect.

Food was not how expected, chips were cold and stale, bbq sauce didn’t taste right, salsa tasted sweet, chicken tasted good, cheese tastes like plastic.

They add so much Sauce you can’t taste the pizza .

it was near perfection, didn't like the chicken strips- felt hard to chew- but everything else was amazing! The cheese bites go beautifully with the sauce on the pizza. the toppings on the pizza tasted fresh and the wedges are some of the best there are. I will ALWAYS recommend this place :D

Ordered food at 8:43 it’s now 23:11 and the food is still not here after ringing multiple times asking where the food is for two kids as a half term treat I was told at 22:00 it would be 5 mins. I rang again at 10:30 was told it was on its way. To ring again to then be told it’s not my fault speak to the delivery driver and had the phone put down on me. The order eventually got delivered at 23:27 and a refund was offered by the manager. Will not be ordering again

I was visiting my sister and after looking online we decided to place a large order with Caprinos (Six adults & four children) Unfortunately after an hour our good still hadn’t arrived, but as there was no sign of our order on the online account I wasn’t sure whether the order had gone through so I thought it best to call and check. Well, to say the woman I spoke to was rude would be a complete understatement! She wouldn’t let me get a word in edge ways! She just kept saying “postcode, postcode.” So I gave her my sisters postcode and she then said “Ten minutes.” As she was clearly foreign I just wanted to double check so I gave her my sisters house number and she said “Yes, ten minutes, there in ten minutes.” So after another thirty minutes and still no food, by which time we were all very hungry, I called again, this time to be told there was no order! Obviously I wasn’t happy and couldn’t understand why the woman who I spoke to first had just lied instead of saying the order hadn’t gone through… And all I got was a “Sorry.” Well, you can shove your sorry. Our evening was ruined due to us all being left starving thanks to your incompetent, lying staff, and you lost around £85.00 too, not to mention the fact that none of us will ever order from you in future either.

2 hours to deliver a pizza, absolute joke, if it was a busy Friday night I would maybe get it, but I ordered at 12:14pm. Told the driver to take it back as I had ordered from elsewhere.

Great service and Excellent food!!! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. One of the best pizza stores I’ve been to!!! And Quick delivery service for reasonable prices. But, the only negative is sometimes in the Just Eat app it says some of the items in the order may not be available when we switch between delivery and takeaway, But another negative is that there is no parking. Keep up the great work!!!
