Capriccio Pizza in Harrow

Really tasty pizzas. Need a bit more tomato sauce base and to be left in the oven a tiny bit longer. Other than that, love them. 🤤👏👍

At the time of this review the restaurant stands at 4.9/6. As a business owner myself in the vehicle industry i would have done anything to push for the fives yet you accept orders and do not even deliver. The least that could’ve been done was to give me a call to not waste one hour of my time waiting. Not sure why this is considered acceptable.

Big improvement. Perfect pizza plenty of toppings and cooked Perfect. Delivery was a bit late but it's no big drama, as long as the food is good, 10 minutes doesn't bother me.

Great quality, great tasting food.

The pizzas were amazing, the ingredients tasted fresh and the dough was thin and crispy. Really impressed by it, some of the nicest pizza we’ve had since Naples. Waiting time was a little longer than anticipated but I understand they were busy. Will gladly order again though.

I am very disappointed. By the price I expected my pizza to be filled with goods. But at least I got some clean plastic film on it as extra I guess. The cake was expensive but it is just something from a groceries fridge. I expected home made stuff as it's on the menu. I don't even believe if they have wooden oven. The taste is not smokey at all. Even the coke tasted like the machine is getting empty even though it was a bottled one.

I’m not one of those that wants his food ASAP! So I order my food for 1830 & it arrives 1/2hr early! What’s the point in putting a later time?? Anyway my calzone was great, I was stuffed by 1830 & had to wait 1/2hr before eating more (I even finished the last 2 mouth pieces this morning lol)

Waited hour. Didn’t call. Didn’t pick up phone. Wouldn’t go near this place.

Another good pizza experience.

The only thing that's weird to me as an Italian is your Americano pizza has Italian Salami, but your Diavola pizza has Pepperoni. Should be the other way around; also you generally put peppers on a diavola, not chillis, but I can see what you were going for; but it wasn't even hot as wrong salami used. It did taste good though. Loved the salad, was excellent, and including a pot of olive oil for it was a nice touch. The buffalo wings are not buffalo wings, don't know if mistake/you didn't have them but these were just normal barbequeued wings. The moment I took the lid off and saw they weren't red I knew there was no hot sauce.

I only eat pizza from here! Had it delivered today and just as good💯

Pizza and mozzarella sticks were great. The chips were not cooked properly and arrived soggy.

Never got my food, called the restaurant multiple times only to be met with silence... can't recommend this at all.

Took money and never bothered to show up for delivery. Never using again

Normally I don’t leave review if I’m not happy for the food…. But this PIZZA don’t have any taste,i was the most disappointed for this pizza special for quattro formaggi.

Waited over 2 hours and then the delivery driver didn’t want to get out of his car ! So had to run down and get it myself

I pretty much order the same pizza each time. it is always of constant high quality. because of its size. there's always left overs for lunch the following day 💙

I ordered at round 5PM thinking food would arrive at least an hour later. Estimated time was 1h20 to 1h40 minutes later, which I think is already a long wait time for a takeaway. It arrive 2 hours after I ordered. This was frustrating for me but most for my kids who were excited for the food that would never arrive.

The pizza 🍕 was absolutely delicious, the only problem i had is that I had left them instructions for the delivery person to call me when he had arrived and he didn't, I was only lucky that my house share mate heard him knocking on the door and called me because otherwise he might have left and I would have stayed hungry 😀

Despite the 1 star for FQ the pizzas are really good and supper tasty but my orders are constantly late and cold when they arrive! If you live in Edgware I think you will be ok but if you live any further than about 15 mins by car from the shop expect cold or lukewarm at best

One of my pizzas was banging the other not so much I think because it was warm on arrival. Expected better hopefully next time.

The dough was under cooked and soggy

I ordered a vegetarian lasagne and when I opened it had meat in it. I called the restaurant and they said they will bring another one but I had to wait 30mins. I had already waited 1hr for the first order!. The vegetarian calzone was just a slab of thick cheese with littme vegetables inside and lacked seasoning and flavour. Never ordering from here again

Pizza was not what I was expecting. Ordered the margarita, the cheese did not taste like mozzarella and there was no basil either. Just basic cheap pizza. Quick delivery though.

Missing Basil and nothing like image didn't taste great either, first and last time I order from here only did due to a pregnancy craving which has been ruined and I regret it very much.

I’ve had a fair few pizzas over lockdown... this place does what I consider by far the closest to a genuine Italian pizza; ultra-thin base that cracks around the edge (superb) rather than chewy cardboard base. Great toppings... deliciously tasty.

Very hit-and-miss with this place. Last time my pizza was perfectly cooked, loads of toppings, hot and delivered bang on time. Times before that have been otherwise This time, again, the service was shocking. My pizza came with the bare minimal toppings and was terribly prepared and undercooked. For it to arrive nearly fifteen minutes late, and practically cold was enough. Not going to bother with this place again, there's no consistency in their service or food. Absolute waste of time.

The pizza dough was nice but it was all cheese and no sauce which wasn’t the best.

I came across this restaurant every time I ordered I enjoyed and loved the pizza even that every time was late 10-20 minutes had to wait extra for my delivery, today knowing that my niece will be hungry soon decided to order for a late lunch pizza as by the time will come should i receive it as lunch time is not busy and should not take longer than the 1 hour I was given as a timeframe.what wrong I was after 15 minutes late I call the restaurant as I already know the drill and hoping that i will get maximum with a 20 minutes delay. My niece is screaming at me that she is really hungry and she wants the promised pizza, i call the restaurant again and they tell me they don’t know when I will get my order so I got it 40 min late and cold. Now i need to find a new restaurant. That was it for me.

Says it was delivered on the app, but couldn’t get through to restaurant. No communication from restaurant to advise of delay. Very disappointed.

We asked for a delivery at 7 pm . It was delivered soon after 6pm. What was the reason for that?

Ordered a veg lasagna and a meat lasagne when it arrived it was a hard block of pasta and cheese with hardly any meat in the meat lasagne overall it tasted horrible it went in the bin never ordering from here again.

This was the best pizza I have eaten since I came in UK in 2013.

Pizza was great. Sides were rubbish. Chips were just a pile of soggy, undercooked mess. ‘Buffalo wings’ was tasteless, overcooked, plain wings. Not even basic seasoning. I ended up using my own hot sauce.

I specifically asked for my pizza to be delivered at 6pm but it was delivered an hour earlier and I had been out so it was lucky I got home. I am now going to have to either eat my pizza cold or re heat it. Not happy

I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese that l have eaten numerous times. This was just cheese on top with spaghetti and mince, it didn't have any flavour or tomatoes in. There was no mixed herbs added to give it seasoning. I ate it as very hungry but in my opinion poor. The dessert Banoffee Pie was frozen. They are meant to take it out of the freezer a short while before they give it to the driver.l was very dissapointed they added on 50p service which l don't know what that was for as l was paying just-eat £2.50 just to deliver for a short distance. A rip off, l wouldn't order again.

They forgot to give me my chocolate cake and then the driver who said he didn’t work for the restaurant tried to say there’s nothing he could do then decided to take my pizza, so therefore I tried to speak to the restaurant and no answer at all

Absolutely shocking I will be getting my money back. If your too busy then stop taking orders and lying to customers its that simple.

That is the worst Lasagna we have ever tasted...98% made of wrong cheese and pasta, only 2% beef! Never order any pasta dishes from a Pizza takeaway.

Pizza size not even correct!!! 14 and 17 inch ordered a 12 and 14 turned up. The 17 inch box wasn't even 16 inches big. So how can you claim you sent me a 17! Restaurant was rude and denied knowledge when I phoned them. If ordering get your measuring tape out!!

1 pizza was great however the other was undercooked and not tasty at all, we called the restaurant for a refund and they said they will contact us and get everything sorted tomorrow between 4pm and 5pm. Unfortunately no meal for half the family and a delay before we receive any refund and still don’t know when we will get it.

A nice alternative to the standard dominos/ papa johns when you want that more thin authentic type pizza. Bet it would have been great with some pepperoni but we’re not allowed meat at home

The quality of food was very poor today

Usually the food from this restaurant is pipping hot however on this occasion it was not, and the chicken wings could have been cooked a little longer until golden brown. We will use the restaurant again, as this is the first time we where a little dissapointed.
