Ordered at 17:07 for delivery and only just cancelled our order at 17:49 if they knew they couldn’t do our order why leave us waiting bloody starving

Great food and a lovely garlic bread treat. Just what I needed for a Friday night.

Use this place at least once every couple of weeks. Burgers are delicious. Pizzas are great for the price. Staff very friendly.

Best burger and pizza in Town.. The staff were nice and the food is delicious. Been a regular and willing to drive few miles for their food.

This place is amazing. Alway fresh fast food. Rapid delivery. Happy to help anyway they can. I don't like cheese so with most deliveries they supply garlic bread with cheese. They change mine to just garlic bread every time. Beats most places around hands down. Friendly welcoming staff in shop and delivery drivers too

Never had a bad experience from Canadian charcoal pit. Great food and the staff are really nice. Can't fault them. Mexican steak burger is great if you like a bit of spice and the chicken strippers knock the socks off KFC!

Great pizza really tasty. The shop is cash only but if you order online you can pay by card or PayPal and you get a discount for collection. Highly recommended

Asked if the burgers were halal. Was advised yes by the guy behind the counter who was frothing at the mouth as he was about to take my money.. A delivery driver told me the burgers are halal but they are cooked on the same grill as non halal meat. Left immediately and the guy behind the counter I assume just wanted my money rather than be truthful... It's not halal once it touches or is cooked with non halal meat.. Thank you delivery driver!

How difficult is it to do kebab and chips. No piece of meat larger than 7cm. Basically they have dragged out the scraping of the c**p meat then to add insult to injury the fries were hard without crispness, refried to warm up.. it's a kebab shop how hard is it, I bet if it were to be served to family this rubbish wouldn't do. Absolutely rubbish.

Love this place for takeaway!!! Staff are friendly on the phone, and are always in good time with the delivery. The food we received tonight was hot, and made to specification.Husband had the donner wrap and I had a small chicken kebab, and the meat was cooked to perfection. The delivery driver is on time and polite. We would definitely recommend this takeaway.

I went here to get a chicken kebab as Anatolian Turkish Grill was shut a few months ago. The food was okay but nothing on the kebabs across the road.

Ordered at 5 to 7, arrived at 12 minutes past 7! Piping hot and a free garlic bread chucked in. Been using Canadian Charcoal for over 20 years.

Not bad... burger was lovely, chips were below average.. need to sprouse them up! Skinny fries are better maybe piri piri seasoning!

Great prices, free upgrade from 7" to 12" Cheesy Garlic Bread because the guy forgot. Can't give less than full marks for that.

Quick slick and food tastes good

Placed order at this place it confirmed delivery time and after nearly an hour my order said cancelled nobody answered the phone by which time everywhere else had closed, absolute jokers.

Disgraceful! Dont order from this takeaway, wrong order, cold & ordered diet coke as I'm diabetic type 1 ended up with full fat coke. Called up about ordered on 4 occasions was rude each time I had called as it was over a hour and a half late. Called to ask for money back and got a VERY RUDE MAN swearing down the phone. Not worth the hassle and waste of money!

Ordered off just eat for burger it states comes with chips and drinks called to ask about it and guy on phones was rude and argumentative was told it doesn’t come with anything. AVOID THIS PLACE This review is deserved hope your happy with your self.

First time going here but the food and portion sizes were amazing.

Great takeaway pizzas are amazing. So much better than the Chinese next door fingers crossed it's closed now.

It's not even worth the one star, I wish Google would allow me to them ZERO STARS. We ordered our food which came over an hour later and we live 5 minutes away !!!! It came freezing cold so we phoned the place to complain to which they offered to replace the whole order again. An hour after that we rang again to check where the order was as we received a text saying it had been sent out. They began screaming at us down the phone and shouting that they hadn't send anything at all to our address. They were extremely rude and the food was freezing. Would not recommend at all! Extremely disappointed. Awful awful people.

Food is lovely and tasty, always delivered hot, but the portion sizes of the fries is getting smaller ☹

Avoid, Avoid - I have been a customer of many years, (since it was Simon's Place) - The food and service used to be absolutely spot on, but over the last 6 months has deteriorated badly - recently I ordered a loaded pepperoni pizza, half of it was burnt, and it had 2 pieces of pepporoni on it ! Email sent and no response !!! Avoid at all costs !! You have lost a valued customer as I wont be ordering again ever and I deffo wont be recommending you as I have done in the past !!! (On Star rating is to good for this place)

Awful dry and cold pizzas...never again

We order from her regularly but our laat order was inedible. Everything was overcooked and hard. I emailed them to tell them and heard nothing.

One star seems mean. But deserves only one star. Poor service. Over cooked chips. The wrong burger made for me. It was too late once I was home. I won't be going there again.

Great, Gorgeous, Fantastic Gourmet Burger! Their Fries are absolutely what you want. Crispy and tasty. Thank you! Burger was worthy of a 16 pound price tag but it's half that price. My new local takeaway...

Had pizza, burger, chicken and onion rings from here at different times, would recommend any.

Ordered from here on a whim, used to go here regularly way way back but went through a rough patch where the food declined, but second chances and all that. The food arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected. The driver was in and out like a bullet, had to call him back for a tip. The kebab wasn't my style, I prefer a spicier / peppery donner, there were nothing wrong, but the chicken and shish was cooked perfectly, nice and juicy. Over all really good mixed Donner. Little pricey at first glance but the quality of the meat shows. The 8oz burger meals are served in a large almost shoebox thing, the 8 Oz burger was thick and juicy, with a good texture, wasn't just mashed up meat, was kinda chunky and I'd guess home made or at least hand made. Loads of chips in the box. The only complaints I have are 1, the online order for the meal deal doesn't give you the option to select the drink type, but a quick phone call or a note added to the app, and it's sorted. 2, a little light on the salad,there were an average/balanced amount for presentation but I like salad. Next time will asked for extra salad, and update accordingly. Overall definitely order the burger meal again, and wouldn't hesitate to order a chicken or shish kebab, for others who like a milder kebab meat this is the place for you.

Wonderfully caring customised service. Got to know our staff very quickly and making our day with lovely messages on our pizza box. I work at a bar that has plenty of very satisfied customers, they're always going the extra mile for people and they're so polite and accommodating, it's an absolute joy to order from them! They shall be having all my custom and recommendations from now on. Thank you so much for your wonderful service guys! I look forward to ordering from you lots more.

Food was terrible. Staff was very rude. Disrespectful towards us. Asking if we have ever done a 12 hour shift. Urm clearly haven't got a clue about the real world!!!! Very poor very poor very poor very poor!!!!!!

Arrived on time (just) with the wrong order, a meat Pizza and cal zone when I had ordered a veggie Pizza and garlic bread. Called up and explained and they told me they'd send me the right order (no apology) and I confirmed everything I had ordered slowly and clearly, 15 minutes later and I still had someone else's meaty order chilling in my living room going cold and the driver came back, I was relieved and happy until I discovered he'd come back with ANOTHER WRONG ORDER! I asked for my money back which I got straight away I feel sorry for the poor driver as it's not his fault, I called up and told them what happened and they said 'it is not the wrong order!' When it obviously was and considering I'd relayed my order twice I was infuriated. I asked for an apology and said we'd leave it at that but never got one. Terrible terrible service and I was so excited to have found a new Pizza place to buy from, never again!! Two hours on I'm starving and angry. Don't buy from here if you want a specific order but go ahead if you want to be surprised with something you hate twice over.

Had a chicken and lamb kebab from here previous week it was brilliant. Then this weekend i went for the pizza and got food poisoning. You take the risk ordering from here if you want to play russian roulette ordering food from here, go ahead :-/

The chicken and donner kebab is amazing highly recommened but the time you are waiting isnt that good waited 75 minutes for 2 kebabs
