The best Thai food I had in London. Full of flavour. Amazing costumer service. Great experience every time.

Delicious! Highly recommend. The brown and wild rice was wonderfully hot, my greens lightly seasoned and the red Thai curry sauce was so flavoursome that I still had flavours in my mouth afterwards. Was a bit cold tho everytime the door opened up.

I ordered a take-away Masamam curry and there was no rice with it. They didn't state this on the website when ordering.

We ordered a takeaway for 2 last week Beef massamam was dreadful. I couldn’t chew the meet, it was so tough and not much of it I think I counted 2 prawns in the noodle dish 4 dishes cost over £50 not great and I will not be using them again

Just ordered food - crispy duck that arrived cold, dry, salty and in slices (so not shredded off a freshly cooked duck). Rang the restaurant who were not helpful - I’ve ordered this in the past and it’s been great but this was inedible, and hardly enough duck to make a couple of pancakes. If they had been helpful I wouldn’t be writing this review, but customer service is everything, hence this write-up

Ordered on-site to take home. Only three dishes and only for ease. We’ve tried Camile a couple of times since it opened and the food has never been amazing. But this time the food was so bad it was inedible. Noodles had tubes to mush at the bottom of the box. The beef was so sinewy and chewy it was inedible and the duck was so grey and flabby that we didn’t even try it. Just avoid this place and hope it finally shuts up shop to allow a real player space in Abbeville. Such a massively wasted opportunity.

Unopened can of beer plonked on the table with no glass. Was not asked about allergies! Tried to give main courses whilst still eating starters. Plates not warmed. Quality of the food ingredients was barely adequate. The "crispy beef" was very tough to chew. The chicken skewers were not Thai in taste at all. The only member of staff in the restaurant who was Thai was one of the 3 chefs. The only plus point was that the staff, whilst barely competent, were friendly.

We order quite frequently to a development that can be quite hard to find and it comes pretty good every time. I've found it can be cold so best to warm up on arrival but very tasty. I went In once to grab following a gym visit and it was somewhat busy, I had to wait longer than a regular thai takeaway. Nice food to find in Clapham fs. Lunch/Dinner

We ordered three dishes for home delivery. The pad tai had hardly any vegetales at all but was just a big lump of noodles and a few pieces of tofu. Didnt taste anything. The sweet chili sause tasted anything but sweet chili sause. If I didnt see it and tasted it, I would nevre have guessed what it would be.. It acutally tased more like lemonade.. The vegetable spring rolls were hardly fried but half raw! The Green Curry was poor, had hardly much vegetables in there. So big dissapointment for £36!!

Appalling service! Pleasant young waitresses completely untrained. Seven staff visible and we were the only two customers. Took three staff before I could get allergy advice. Pad Thai with chicken arrived lukewarm. No-one came when I waved and called. Went up to the kitchen and had to explain why eating under heated chicken is a bad idea. Food reheated with no apology. Waitress banged water jug on table. Asked ‘have you finished?' when I had a loaded fork halfway between plate and mouth! A few minutes later 'do you want the bill?' with no offer of dessert …. Overall like something out of Fawlty Towers! Food was OK but only two prawns in my Pad Thai.

Given the recent poor reviews of this place I was a bit apprehensive about ordering a takeaway from this restaurant but we went ahead anyway and were pleasantly surprised by the quality. I decided to collect in person to avoid the issues that some people have highlighted. Very friendly service and ready on time. Loved their packaging and portion sizes. Very good quality spring rolls, green curry and masamann although sauces could have been a thicker. Overall we were very pleased and would certainly use again.

I used to religiously order Camile Thai due to their authentic menu and genuine Thai flavours, however it has gone rapidly downhill in recent months. This evening I ordered at 18:30 for delivery at 19:30. Now 20:45 and still no sign of it. I've spoken to 4 people now, have been promised it will be here in 5 minutes (80 minutes ago) and I'll call you back in 5 mins (20 mins ago). I can't comment on the food as I can't imagine it will ever arrive. A shame; they used to be excellent.

Ordered from the branch in Barnes - 1h20 minutes since confirming the order we are still waiting for our food. I went round to ask where it was, and all they could do was apologise - no refund and what looked like 8 other drivers all waiting outside to fulfil orders. Extremely frustrating when the app has been saying “estimated delivery 0 minutes” for the past 25 minutes. All we can do is wait now ...!!

This is probably the worst customer experience I have ever had. We ordered through Deliveroo, and half the order was missing. This wasn't great, but we understand that these things happen when restaurants get busy. However our treatment over the next hour was nothing short of awful. The staff at the restaurant refused to help us, promising to ring us back and failing to do so. 45 mins later we tried again, and over the course of 2 or 3 phone calls we were not helped but instead hung up on. Well over an hour after we had received (half) our order, we were told that they were too busy to help now and that we could arrange to order some complimentary food the next day. This was of no use to us because we were spending lockdown in different locations. Having tried to explain this, we were again hung up on. This sort of spoiled our evening. However, we were really grateful to the member of staff at the Tooting Branch, who was unable to help us with getting food but instead clearly and politely explained what was and wasn't possible, and what might help. If I order from this chain again, it'll be from them!

We have been ordering Camile regularly and it never disappointed. Fantastic, creamy and authentic Thai food, generous portions too. We are big fans of the green curry. Cutest recyclable and compostable take away boxes.

Superb Thai food, speedy delivery, everything tasted great! Excellent value! The green curry with duck tasted very fresh and authentic and the chu chee curry with chicken was spicy and fragrant, exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend Camile Thai.

Really sharp and crisp thai food! Great service, nice and relaxed atmosphere. Not too expensive which is great for Abbeville Road at Christmas time. I’ll be back!

Don’t know what’s so signature about the signature spice bag, must be that half the box is filled with onions. An all round sad meal, more money should be spent on actual veg rather than fancy packaging. Disappointing and not very Thai

After reading some of the reviews we thought oh no. But we where suprised. Staff were friendly, food was tasty and quick. Not too busy but enough people to great an atmosphere. One draw back was no cash, card only. But overall good food.

Very disappointing. You can’t change over £40 for a takeaway of 2 starters, 2 green curries and 2 jasmine rices unless it’s top notch. This was far from it. Food arrived very quickly which should have set the alarm bells ringing.
