Great vibe, great staff, lovely food.

Visited Ashley Cross the other day and went into Camden, was a great atmosphere and seemed very organised! Tara the manager made sure we were seen to and were not stood waiting for ages even when busy. Great place run by a great manager.

Jordan and Tara were exceptional. Their service was brilliant and they were very welcoming and made my visit to Camden very enjoyable.

Amazing drinks, amazing food and the service from Jordan was 10/10. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing evening out, Guinness was poured perfectly food cooked bob on. Will be returning thank you for a great night.

Ordered 4 Guinness had to cancel the order after I saw the pouring of the first it’s shocking how you can hire bartenders and not teach them how to pour a pint. Very disappointed. Sort it out. I’m sorry for wasting 2 pints of your Guinness but it’s not the customers fault you don’t know how to pour. 1 star ⭐️ Very rude bar woman. Clearly couldn’t handle that her technique is not up to standard. She got very annoyed and started telling me to chill out. Quite humorous

Solo Thursday Dinning. Enjoyed a pint of Guinness, siracha wings and Mother Clucker Burger with Cajun Fries. Service was speedy, food was hot and spicey, and only £33 after the discount on the sharer plate. Good choice, would drop in again, and recommend as a great little pit stop venue.

Unbelievable chicken wings and burgers!

We booked in for Breakfast on Fathers Day, Sunday, at 10.30am. We'd also booked an escape room over in Boscombe for 12:45, plenty of time, no big deal. The day before, Camden rang and said they don't actually open till 11am on Sundays, again, no big deal plenty of time I thought. When we arrived there was one other table who'd ordered food. Our food (5 people) took over an HOUR to arrive, so, it's now 12:25 and I go up to pay. My drink was an orange juice and lemonade. When I checked the bill I noticed I'd been charged £8, for 2 large orange juices. When I asked the waitress she explained she 'didn't have a button for OJ and lemonade@ and thought the next best thing was to charge me £8. She agreed to removed one of the OJ's and it was then I noticed at the top of the bill there was yet ANOTHER OJ on the bill. This was removed and by this point I just paid and left. After checking the bill a few hours later we discovered there were a total of over £12 of additional drinks charges on the bill that I'd ended up paying for. The waitress at the time did say a new till system had been installed and she was struggling, to the point where I first had to list off every meal that my party had ordered so she could add it to the bill. And then to add a service charge to a bill on top of an hour's wait, an incorrect bill and extra charges just takes the mick. So, Camden, you owe me £12. I'll take paypal or a bank transfer. Good food, terrible service.

Friendly little bar in Ashley Cross which serves food 7 days a week lunch and dinner. Serves a good pint and the burgers are excellent.

Lovely lunchtime , the young man behind the bar was polite and efficient, the place fairly quiet at 2pm. The food was delicious. Thank you all concerned.

Shocking. Went here for some simple food, wings and burgers and was highly disappointed. When everyone else around them both local and elsewhere are offering 'gourmet' burgers using smashed patties and lovely chicken wings in a selection of sauces this place is still using awful frozen products and charging top prices for average/rubbish food. Although the prices match everyone else, the food and quality does not. The burgers where thick grey hockey puck types , like a frozen Birdseye burger, and the wings well, these had also just came straight from the freezer and deep fried within an inch of their life. As for the selection of variety of wings, basically whatever flavour wing you order, it's exactly the same just with a different pot of flavoured sauce, they couldn't even be bothered to put the sauce on the wings. Anyone who's into chicken wings, knows what they are after, and as mentioned they're are places literally across the road from these doing it alot better.the 6 of us that had burgers all agreed that a wetherspoons burger is actually better at half the price! Ruined what should of been a great birthday celebration with family.

Popped in on a Monday evening for a couple of drinks. The atmosphere was quiet but nice! The wine was a bit pricey but good quality. Happy service and staff! Not eaten here yet but i would like to try a steak here soon! Looks delicious 😋

Being a Thursday, it was steak day, for only £8 a 7oz sirloin with fries and peas and it was lovely. I'd have still rated it top if we'd paid double. We will return, maybe on another day as the rest of the menu looked tempting too.

What can I say best place to eat in Ashley Cross Head and Sous Chefs the George’s are so talented, the new taco menu is fantastic! Must try if in the area. Tara the Assistant Manager behind the bar is so friendly and attentive as is Mae and Abbie.

We ordered a "Full Camden" and a "Feeling a bit sourdough" (without the avocado) for breakfast on a Sunday. A little disappointing that the only egg option on the full English is poached. Unfortunately, there's nothing special about the ingredients served. The poached eggs weren't cooked properly and had a lot of raw egg white inside them. The place itself is lovely, and I can imagine of an evening when it's busy and bustling it would be a great place to gather with friends. Unfortunately won't visit again for breakfast.

I entered but the kitchen was already closed at 20:30h.. Nobody told me that the kitchen was closed. I only find out when I asked for the menu.

Great food... fabulous salad with halloumi, broccoli, red onion, green leaves, pomegranate seeds with a beetroot dressing. Very tasty. Son had equally tasty chicken wings and sweet potato fries.

Camden used to have great staff, yesterday not so much, uninterested female finding it difficult to stop chatting to male regulars in bar to serve anyone trying to order food and drinks. Missed a good order there Camden

Weds 2-4-1 Burgers beats the Golden Arches! Support your local business. Camden's burgers are best in Parkstone and the Weds offer makes a Burger, Chips and a pint a great deal! Double patty on a brioche bun served with seasoned fries, in the company of my bae, was the best Xmas lunch of the season. Friendly service and good stock of ales. Just misses out on 5* as decor is tired and the rest of the menu is a bit punchy.

Went in for a late Sunday breakfast and the grub was pretty good. Not cheap, but tasty and filling.

Nice little bar, good selection of drinks, friendly staff. I've had to mark them down because the men's toilets were like something out of the middle ages. The smell was so bad you could smell it in the bar. Makes me question the general hygiene of the place. Unlikely to go back!

Only stopped for a beer, but vibrant place with friendly staff. Would like to stay longer next time and sample the menu (if it's as good as the one in Westbourne, what more can I say?) :)

Stopped off here as there was a heavy rain shower. Nice pint, although toilets could do with an upgrade

Location is good, next to a Butcher, fish monger, Mark Bennett and few Charity shops. Food is good.

Amazing bar and exceptional service, especially from Chandra. If you want good Food, Drink and Great conversation, this is the place to go. I suppose if had to nit pick the ice was a little cold. 5/5 would go again!

Great place to eat and drink. Monday night is Vegan Night! Had 'The Less I Know The Feta' - it was delicious! Next time we are in Ashley Cross we will be back for another visit.

Really great, inviting and sociable place

My first time at Camden and I really like it. It has a relaxed vibe and the service was good but casual and easy without a lot of interruptions. I had the vegan wellington which was really good, I particularly loved the celeraic and pea sauce. Yummy.

Have past the bar many times, finally called in, much bigger than i imagined. Good selection of beers, friendly service.

Requested gluten free meal and 3hrs later wife was throwing up. Something within the ingredients contained gluten and we suspect it to be the French fries.

Feel sorry for the staff here, lovely people but unfortunately they're working under an owner that lets himself down. Food is average. If there were enough bars in Ashley Cross to match the obscene amount of people that drink there, this bar would go out of business in no time.

Love Camden, great lunch, halummi wrap with avocado, fries and salad, so fresh and tasty, equally the tandoori chicken wrap. Staff probably the best in Ashley Cross. Thanks for being back guys.

Relaxed, friendly atmosphere which is the attraction for me

We had a lovely evening in here a few nights ago. We asked our Gemma, who was serving us to surprise us with cocktails and they were fantastic, Jordan did the same and they were also amazing, thank you both very much and we hope to be back soon!

Great bar a little on the small side, but I'm sure they would expand if they could! The Bramble gin is great! And service by Will (not his real name, I can't remember sorry but he will know who he is) is top notch happy to return!

Went here for dinner and drinks for the first time since before lockdown and I had forgotten how much I love Camden! Steak night is such a good deal and the staff are friendly. It's an unpretentious bar that's easy to just exist in. Also, small dog friendly and they're still accepting cash payments. Double bonus!

Amazing food, they are doing the 50 off so I booked 2 separate times with some friends and we ordered loads of things and the bill was only 9/10£ per head for main and desert! I recommend the brownie (you get two slices and ice cream!!) and their burgers are lush. The only problem was it took a little while to arrive both times. Maybe more kitchen staff to handle large ticket waits? otherwise worth it!

Stopped here for a quick pint of guinness before going for a meal. The Guinness was terrible. Easily the worst one I've ever had. The atmosphere wasnt too bad though.

These guys have seriously upped their game with food! The flavours are awesome and everything we have just tastes amazing, whether stopping for breakfast (amazing pancakes) or a burger. The dirty fries are a must!

Usually love going for a drink here but unfortunately since being renovated it has lost some of its pizzazz. Also had food for the first time and after an hour and 10 minute wait only two of three steaks turned up. Just a bit disappointing. Were great staff though.

Friendly cozy bar with great food, drinks and atmosphere. Tuesday night is steak night £6 for Steak and chips, you can't beat that! And it's good... from the butchers next door. Wednesday night is burger night buy one get one free. The burgers are awesome! Happy hour everyday from 5 pm till 8 pm which includes cocktails. Service is good, combined with a relaxed vibe you will keep coming back for more. I love it 😍
