Brilliant chicken shop lovely set of lads

I don't know why I give you lot chances after chances, ordered a pick up takeaway, the chips was stale, like it was sat there for about 30mins then chicken burger was cold, try and hard like it was in the warmer for over 1 HR, I will tell everyone to avoid this place!! Waste of time and money!!

I would not of feed the doner meat to my dogs even tho I would never feed them that serve of a very poor quality please do not buy from them AVOID

Not very nice at all..kebabs to much sauce all soggy the spicy mayo 😱 was a tub of mayo with hot sauce poured on top i wunt feed it to my dog..never again

Ordered donner and chips for delivery on Uber even with priority and food came cold, after 2 hours of having it literally threw it all up. Worst experience yet.

Food was freezing and when rang and complained they were not interested and they also missed an item out of my order, I recommend you don't order from this place.

Decent food nothing special Charging 50p per tub of sauces is ridiculous. Should be 1 free tub per meal atleast. Improve on the mayo its got a disgusting taste. And that short chubby bald head teletubby worker behind tills need to stop behaving rudely with customers

Ordered a kebab, really wanted donner and tikka with lettuce. Got the chicken. No donner, no salad, no update that the order wouldn't be correct. Got given some tasteless chicken wings I assume to compensate. Waste of money. Delivered in good time though

Twice in a row chicken not fresh. Even after I asked for freshly fried wings as I ordered a big amount and they told me it would be. Rubbery tough chicken clearly been sat around. And then denial when i called.Sorry guys I'm sure you're not bothered but I won't be coming back or telling others anymore.

Where do I even start? Ordered food for five of us, started our food and found metal STAPLES in a child’s meal. On top of that, I also found staples in the garlic bread. I rang the restaurant and they were purposely pretending not to hear what i was saying. I’m so concerned for any parent ordering a child’s meal as it cut her tongue which i have evidence for. This is obviously a health and safety issue as this is not the first review i have seen regarding metal staples. I will not recommend to anyone.

Only giving one star because it asks for it. Ordered from here alot. Very disappointed!! Ordered food at 22:06pm, due for delivery at 22:50pm didn't arrive at given time so I rang at 23:12pm to be told its been sent out and will arrive in 5 minutes, it didn't arrive until 23:40pm. Food is stone cold and when I rang to tell them I got attitude and was told the food is made fresh and nothing will be done about it. Went off the phone and they rang back and told me to take the food to them if I want it sorting, advised I've got a child in bed and couldn't but was still arrogant. Avoid at all cost, absolutely appalling!!

The big guy with the fat nose was extremely rude to me as a customer spitting in my face while speaking to me the chicken was hard as if it came out the dip right into the box i have never experienced something as bad as this i paid extra for delivery but gave the wrong stuff and then refused to pay back there was teeth marks given to me on the box i was disappointed

The food is always prepared fresh and it's not greasy very tasty only place we get our takeaways from really good menu and nice staff

Ordered £50 order but missed out the big part of the order the pizza was sloppy and the onion rings... the less i say the better. Spicy wings was stateless seemed like was made a day before. Best thing was the bottle of drinks was nice and cold. When they eventually did bring the family bucket chicken gave us normal chicken instead of spicy which we stated and chicken was really dry and chips was on top of the chicken. Overall a bad experience.

Definitely 6 star for the food which is my favourite. But for what happened to me tonight, If I could give less than 1 Star I would definitely give with absolute pleasure. Unprofessional service from the boss man himself using the F' words with a customer like its nothing. It hurts more when you think you are a regular customer but they treat you like that just because they are having a bad day. I suggest that bald man in front should learn customer service etiquette and be respectful.

Can only assume they have changed as this used to be a lovely fresh restaurant. We had chicken shawarma every Saturday but lately it has gone right down hill. They have sent the wrong order 2 weeks on the trot. What is usually fresh cheesy garlic bread was rock hard like it was from last night and the chicken shawarma is no such thing. Morel like sliced frozen chicken pieces from a freezer shop. Such a shame but I wont be spending here again.

Food was ok but the delivery driver (skinny with small beard ) was hitting on my little sister and asking her number. I didn't like that.

Hash browns not fully cooked. Chips not fully cooked. Burger has no onions as requested. Didn't answer phone when I called. Clearly in a rush to get out as it was the last order. Garbage service.

We had large order of almost £20. We received a chicken burger that we found hairs in. I called the shop and told them about this and was told there was nothing they could do. We said the burger hadn't been touched and they could have it back but this was dismissed and we were told there was nothing they could do

Had a pizza and the staff were rude and pushy... Pizza came fast but it was shyte. M tasted like curry on a naan bread.... Never again...

I strongly don’t like this takeaway as I had ordered from their website and it came 15 minutes late and I saw a hair in one of my meals! Its really unhygienic especially when there is a world-wide pandemic going on.I have rang there number continuously and they have till not picked up the phone! Its disgraceful. Normally order from these and have no issues at all! I was eating my kebab and the chicken tasted really chewy, I cut into it and the chicken was pink!! Just hoping I don’t get food poisoning.

I ordered from this place waiting to eat and I opened up my buger meal and saw mold on the bun. I took a bite of my burger and there was a bone inside it. I also ordered a chicken shawarma with salad to soon find out there was a dead fly on the onion surrounded by sauce. I was disgusted. I highly recommend for you not to order from here after this tragic experience !!

Worst takeaway I’ve ever ordered... Food was cold when it came, I asked for a medium chicken burger they gave me spicy. Also forgot the pizza and when they came back with it they poured mint sauce over it all which was disgusting! Do not recommend save your money and go anywhere else.

Avoid poor customer service, quality has really dropped. Didnt send me any of my drinks, called up driver right away and he says hes going home and to call up shop. I called next day at 6pm as they didnt pick up phone and they said to call back later at 9pm as "they dont have drivers" (which was a lie as I mentioned if they started deliveries foe the dat yet before making my complaint) so I called multiple times again at 9pm but they didnt pick up my calls later on. Acting like thieves making no effort to rectify their mistakes

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. I waited over 2 hours for my food and tried to contact the restaurant several times but failed to do so. I had to go through Uber Eats to receive a refund and it was too late to order anything else. Terrible service.

Ordered with them driver drove off and came back as I paid 40p short . Called up waited 1hour 30min for food as they said it will be an hour . Messed the burgers up asked for it spicy 🌶 management said it will be 10min so we left the burgers to the side 30min went by called up again asked how long they will be management said we did not call up and we did not speak to them and just hung up the phone disgusting liars

First of all...order was missing items and when I rung the restaurant he said they’d send them to us Secondly... an hour later the missing items arrived BUT the delivery driver tried charging extra for the trip when he’s the one that messed the order up then tried to say that he’ll be charging £4 for delivery next time when we order from there, delivery driver was absolutely outrageous with his attitude -5 stars won’t be ordering from this awful place again.

Absolutely worst place for food! Ive ordered twice from here; once i collected from the takeaway itself and the food was horrible dry chicken, the chips were re-heated. I ordered food from here and they delivered to me and the chicken texture was like chewing rubber (re-heated of course) the gave me the wrong order! Upon calling them the worker had an attitude on him trying to justify how the chicken was freshly cooked! Disgusting Food, Poor Customer Service & Appalling Behaviour! Would not recommend at all! Don't waste your money here.

The wrap was the same diameter of a straw , a strand of spaghetti in tinfoil . Ordered cheese for 40 p they didnt feel like putting any on . Chips are alright and delivery was quick.

Bad customer service, asked for refund due to finding a fly on the centre of my pizza, they refused but i kept insisting. They gave me a refund just to drive me away from their business. I would never recommend eating here EVER! The front staff had terrible manners and I would've given it a lower rating but it is not possible I have to leave it at a 1 star rating. When confronting the staff about the fly, they joked around amongst themselves and said that it is crispy flavouring on the pizza, yet it was a dead fly in the centre of the food.

Me and my Pal Phil like to thank the staff at this takeaway for there splended food i would advise people to go there and enjoy Brian and Phil 100%

Great food! Good Chicken place. Even do really nice pizza. Best of all is the delivery driver! Food delivered before i even cut the phone off. Deliver driver came into my house and set the food on the table for me. Exceptional service

First couple of times ordering here food was delicious, last two times the orders have been wrong and the food was cold, to ring them and be asked what do you want me to do, twice I’ve asked for spicy and they have come plain! Do not recommend and will not be ordering again!

Me and my partner ordered tonight. At 1/25 called to say the the driver had been but we had given incorrect contact details. 20 mins later I rung to say where was my food so got told the I was getting 100% fresh food. Almost another half hour food came. Ice cold. Greasy. And basically called back to be told it was all our fault. Rung again and no answer. 100% reporting this place tomorrow.

I am Mr Kebab connoisseur and been here around 5 times now mixed donner and chips it was very good first and second time but last 3 times I'm thinking maybe not. Big portions though but I'll try somewhere else next time Just looks like it been in the pot a while?
