They gave us rice instead of chips but it was a good mistake the rice was the right choice and the food was delicious, we are going back.

Very small portion size and very basic. I was disappointed. Rude staff also. Just got a tiny bit of lamb, tiny bit of pitta and a load of iceberg lettuce. Expensive for the small portion I received. Would not recommend.

Ordered a delivery direct from Cally Kebab. Waiting time was estimated at 20mins. Called shop after an hour wait, got told that my £20 was not needed and the driver was on his way. Shocked at the harsh, rude attitude I put it down to bad communication on their part. Eventually after another 15 minutes the food arrived but it wasn't what we ordered. I would never order from this takeaway again. The lamb doner was cold and ropey. We had expected Chicken doner and Shish. I would forgive the mistake in sending the wrong order much more than I would the rude attitude from the staff on the phone. After all they don't (apparently) need our money.!!! How extremely rude.

I've been using CALLY KEBAB for many years, The taste is always excellent especially after the new owner take over, both quality and taste much better than before and always busy, sometimes you need to wait a bit longer but it's worthy for the big portion meal. Very friendly and polite service too. I'm highly recommend this kebab shop, IT'S BEST KEBAB SHOP ON CALEDONIAN ROAD. Thank you!!1

This place run by the Pakistani person but who ever asked him his discribe him self a Turkish qoalty is not same as privies owner it’s disgusting and place as not very clean I am genuinely not rekemend this place waisting your money and your health !!!

We hadn't eaten and got back to our hotel from a show laaaaaaate. It done the job. Was good. A lil greasy but ya know can't be helped it's kebab. Very nice

Just eat texted food was on the way at 20:13. It is now 21:13 Food has not arrived. I have been calling the resturant for over 40mins and it is constantly engaged. The resturant has not called me. If it arrives I will not be accepting the order.

Hasnt arrived and it states or has on status, also no dialing tone let alone an answer with the restaurant

Was late without any notice, I called the restaurant just after the order was due and it was apparently just leaving at that point (an hour after the order was placed) so overall was about 25-30 mins late. Over an hour to make a couple of Doner kebabs with chips seems slow. When it arrived it was all cold and the large portion of chips was also on the small side. Taramasalata came with 1 cold and rock hard pita bread. Would not recommend.

Ordered the fish and chips and was really not happy with it. The chips were refried and the fish was frozen cod fish that you can get from the supermarket. For the price paid I would expect fresh fish and chips or a note saying the fish is the frozen ones out of a box.

I’ve eaten a lot of kebabs from a lot of different places but I’ve never tasted meat like this. One mouthful and I had to spit it out and throw it away.

good service and quick delivery but the food was terrible. the chicken donner tasted old and just wrong, we had to throw it away. food was cold when it arrived and the lamb donner didn’t taste seasoned.

I would have liked my order to be correct, I ordered s kebab on a Pitta and there was no pitta. The salad was leaking in the bag making my food messy and no cutlery (plastic obviously) was provided. There were also no salt or pepper sachets in the food which I consider is quite a standard part of take out.

They gave me the wrong food and the portions are terrible I’m paying for a rubbish amount of food ! It’s like a baby portion ! It was horrible.

The Large Donner meat and chips I bought was NOT large. It didn't even cover the surface of the takeaway box. There were also no sauces or salad - both of which I ordered in the extras option.

Food came with absolutely no sauces. Just meat, plain salad and pita. Never ever had middle eastern food like this with no sauces. Why oh why? Would never order from these guys again. If sauces are an additional order you need to specify that but I saw no option for sauces so just assumed the meal came with sauces.

However they never told me that I need to pay £1.10 for chilli sauce only when they got to the door which you should have to pay for chilli sauce which your kebab however was very pleased of how fast it came and quality

such a bad experience kebab was dry and rubbery, chips were drowned in sauce and both me and my partner were left feeling very unwell from only the couple of bites we had!

Food is always good and delivery fast. However, tonight when I collected our order from the door, the delivery man showed me his phone and proceeded to tell me how many times we had ordered from the store and how much money we had spent to date.- for no reason at all! he had seen the the number of orders on the receipt and decided o calculate it on his phone. I have no idea why, and it felt like a bit of an intrusion..

Service is poor. Seem like they are not bothered at all. Wrapped up my meal without asking for sny sauce. Stingy with tissue.

I waited over an hour and a half for delivery, food came and was cold, I reorder the same order every time and once again they got my order wrong even though I had put notes! The restaurant were very rude. I order at least once again not anymore.

Both burgers came without any salad or sauce plus the meat quality was maybe the worst I have ever seen in this category of burgers. My dog didn't even touch it!!!! Looks like there was something suspicious in there!!!

I was very disappointed in the food it was well below par! The burgers had no salads no sauce chicken was very dry and not at all nice. I wouldn't order from this shop again and would advice any one to look elsewhere. Little commitment time and effort is always nice on this occasion it was lacking in all areas very disappointing.

Quality Standard. Chicken burger was delivered plain, was expecting some sauce or salad inside or an option. But overall quality of burger and chips was good. The chips are a bit pricey, but good value for money as the portions are generous.

Ordered 2 chicken burgers, came with just a thin piece of dry chicken in a bun. No salad, no mayo. Expected a bit more for it considering they cost £4 each. Better off getting a chicken mayo for 99p from McDonald's. Onion rings were oily and full of batter. They did have decency to give a free bottle of Pepsi because of the delay in delivery though
