Fairly recent change of ownership has brought a huge improvement to the service and quality of food. Live locally and pop on occasionally for an excellent bacon bap.

This popular little cafe opposite Pringles which has been under new management for a while now is a gem of a place to get some food. The sausage bap I ordered was tasty and the gentleman who I assume was the owner of the place was friendly. Prices are reasonable and specials on the board outside change daily. There's even a small seating area outside in the back which is ideal if it's sunny and warm. Overall, this is a great cafe and I'll be coming back again.

We called in for a quick lunch on Monday. Very friendly and chatty lady served us. We both had the meal deal soup and toasted sandwich for £5 99. The leek and potato soup was really nice and very filling. I thought the prices were very reasonable along with pleasant service.

We were passing through town on our way home from Anglesey and wanted a quick lunch. I ordered a special of ham cheese and pineapple and this was delicious served with a little fresh salad and served with a lovely big pot of tea. My partner had a toastie and soup and enjoyed his too. Staff were so friendly as were the other customers, it was a joy to eat lunch there. They have a small garden at the back which wasn't in use then. Really worth popping in here, lots of choice on the menu.

Popped in here as we came to see the station and visit James Prindle Weavers. Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean, homemade food and very good prices. They do a £5 special of homemade soup with a toasted sandwich... excellent value and quality.

We stumbled upon this quaint little cafe diagonally opposite right of James Pringle Weavers. It was raining, and we were famished having been stuck in the horrid jam earlier. It was late afternoon and most shops had closed. We were thus happy to see a sign outside Caffi Neli that said "Cafe Seating Upstairs". At the counter was a smiling silver-haired lady who looked like she was in her seventies. The menu was on the board on the wall. We could not decide what pies to have and she listed all of them, then proceeded to bring one out to show us how big the pies were so we could decide whether to share or to have one each. We ordered the cheese and onion pie and the chicken mushroom pie, plus a pot of tea and two cups coffee. The pies were hot and delicious, and the coffee was very good. The pot of tea was more than sufficient for two. The lady handled everything so efficiently and smoothly, and was so very friendly. Hers was comfort food and we felt really good after the lovely tea break.

We called in here having already tried (and failed) to get something to eat at two other nearby places. So glad that we found Caffi Neli. Food was well priced and arrived quickly. Plenty of inside and outside space. The lady who served us was very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information. Well worth a visit.

We had a stop off in the town before we head for the ferry. With few options in the town this looked the most welcoming. Staff were lovely, such a great little place....like being fed in someone’s sitting room. We had soup, sandwiches and a jacket potato...all of which could not be faulted and at such a reasonable price with very good meal deals. Worthy of 5 stars

The weather meant there were only three of us in the café on a Saturday morning, but it deserved to be much busier as it's a more authentic alternative to the restaurant in the clothing outlet opposite. The staff were very friendly and happy to provide helpful tips about which parts of the island were still suffering the effects of Storm Emma and where we might find less disruption. A wonderful bacon, egg and sausage roll appeared very quickly and was one of the best I've tasted - fresh and piping hot, as was the coffee. Caffi Nelli is one of those local businesses that really should be supported - beats Starbucks and Costa hands down in my opinion!

Visited today Tuesday 5/9 with my parents having been before without our dog we didn't know if it was dog friendly, after asking how big she was and advising she was well behaved we were welcomed in! Couldn't have been more pleased! I had a sausage, bacon and egg bap with chips my Mum had the omelette and chips and my Dad had the soup and toastie! My Dad raved about the soup, and my bap was lovely! The lady owner who we spoke with last year was still there and still friendly and chatty! I love this place and wish there was somewhere like this near my home in Stockport! Great value, great food and great atmosphere! Thanks xxx

No demasiado caro.

Blink and you would miss it. A tiny cafe across the road from Pringles. We went to Pringles first. Stood waiting at the counter and the 4 staff did not seem able to see us so we left. Went over the road to caffi Neli and found a gem. 2 meals for £10. We had burger and chips and a breakfast. The menu is basic but a good choice. Prices are very reasonable and it is clean. What makes this place 5 stars is all of the above plus the friendliest welcome from the staff and owner. They are relaxed and chatty and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Give Pringles and the chippy a miss and try this hidden little gem and you will not be disappointed.

Visited the Welsh town with the long name (which I won’t attempt to pronounce) – it was cold and wet and we were starving!! I had taken a look at a fish and chips place down the road but it seemed a little pricey so I am glad we went into Caffi Neli instead. Ordered the lunch deal which was £5.99 for a soup (leek or vegetable) and a toasted sandwich (ham & cheese, cheese & tomato or cheese & onion). We had leek soup and ham and cheese toasted sandwiches and also ordered some chips to share. All food arrived fresh and piping hot - the soup was absolutely delicious and went well with the toasted sandwich. The chips were some of the yummiest I have had! The décor seemed a bit cluttered and old style, but it’s a great little café with a warm, cosy atmosphere – it was nice to hear the proprietress bantering with the other customers. The lunch was just what we needed after having been battered and drenched by the weather in the morning. Visit if you’re in town!!! p/s Beware of entering the toilet outside – I had the bejeezers scared out of me when I noticed the statue of an old lady placed in there!! Eeeecks!!

This cafe is decorated very traditionally welsh. It definitely needs some updating however we were pleased with our meals. They were slightly overpriced at £5.99 however for the tourist area it was in, we would expect these prices! We would return if we were passing again!!
