Caffe Ritazza in Peterborough

Missed lunch as a consequence of a disruptive court case so grabbed a ham and cheddar sandwich large packet of Walkers crisps plus a can of San Pellegrino aranciata. But because the Italian drunk was outside the meal deal I had an astonishing bill of £8.10. Not even a paper bag to carry them in. A silk purse might have been more appropriate at that price!

Siamo entrati nel Caffé Ritazza, perché il locale era molto carino, si presentava bene ed era anche pulito, il caffè nonostante non fossimo in Italia era buono, da provare. Al bancone sono esposti una'infinità di dolci e panini molto buoni. Nel locale ci sono tavolini, e spazi con poltrone per una maggior comodità.

Travelling to Edinburgh I thought I'd pick up a bit of late breakfast and a cup of coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by the Ham and Cheese flatbread which was seasoned to perfection. Speaking with the girl serving it came out that the flatbreads are prepared on site - I just wanted to say "well done" for making and serving something which was definitely not the usual ham and cheese flatbread. Actually worth a visit - if only you could get onto the Edinburgh platform at Peterborough station!
