Caffé Nero - Heathrow Terminal 3 in Hillingdon

The staff were courteous and the service was at a reasonable pace. However, the seating directly outside the cafe was disgusting. Every table was dirty, the floor had two slopped drinks and derbis on it that had clearly been there a while. Customers were having to move empty cups and sandwich boxes to put their own cups and food down. I spoke to a member of staff who said someone was coming to clean up. So far no one has been out to do something about the mess. In fact the person I spoke to struggled to look me in the face and turned away from me before the conversation was finished. I spoke to her some 15-20 minutes ago.

Excellent service , Eulalia was very helpful and nice. The entire staff is amazing , they are smiling and try to answer all your questions. Thank You very much to all employees.

Crew were extremely slow, the line were managed randomly. very bad coffee quality i will never go there. Very different crew expert.

The happy sight of Caffe Nero after a long flight is a welcome sight. The efficient service and great coffee, snacks are a lovely welcome.

They just served me a bacon sandwich that was cold inside… the nerve. No time to complain but don’t plan on using their service again

This place is a disgraceful, dirty dump of a coffee shop. Every table littered with trash, half eaten food and spilt drinks - floor completely filthy and seat stained and unclean. The kind of place where you wipe your feet in the way out. Service rubbish - no proper cups and simple food order wrong. Save your money please and go somewhere, anywhere else!!

I would like to say that I'm not a usual drinker of coffee, but because I've seen a drink in the menu that it looked nice I gave it a try. Because I had no clue what to ask for and how my drink should be , Hansil one of the baristas helped me to decide and he did a great job. I really enjoyed it, it was not too strong for me and the combination of syrups was great. Since then, Hansil was always there for me to help with my drinks , he is such a positive and helpful person and I'm surprised of the way he can give me a good vibe at 5 o'clock in the morning when I'm still asleep. Such a person should be an asset for the company. Thank you team Caffe Nero and thank you a lot Hansil.

Relatively quick service despite the very long lines at a busy airport. A good place to grab something for your flight.

The cappuccino and the English breakfast tea was nice and hot. The service was good and friendly. The carrot cake was a bit disappointing however. Next time I'll select a different cake.

Dirty tables, shabby chairs, and to top it all, member of staff passed a cloth to a customer to clean her own table. Coffee not too bad, but all I can say is shabby and yuck for anything else. It really says it all when customers have to do their own cleaning. The shop was not busy and there were 3 members of staff. Disgusting

A nice oasis in an otherwise atrocious airport terminal. Decent coffee and sandwiches. Very pleasant and helpful staff. This was the only saving grace in a miserable transfer in terminal 3. LHR is the worst airport in Europe for transfers

Disgusting. Run down fittings and furnishings. Food on the floor. But worse of all, the sevice; or lack of it. Six staff, 5 behind the counter and they couldn't even acknowledge that I was there wanting to buy a coffee from them. I'm embarrassed to think that people arrive in the UK and they are greeted with this. May I be as bold as to suggest that the Caffe Nero management actually do some management of this site.

Absolute disgrace. So ashamed that this is what visitors to the UK see on arrival. Broken floor tiles, damaged & unsafe wooden floor, ripped seats, generally dirty. Staff inattentive.

This is a small but well stocked Nero located near some of the departure gates in Terminal 3. I had a quick Americano just before boarding, which was nice enough and a fair price.

Tired premises. Credit for being well staffed. Pity about the constant upsell when all I want is a regular coffee and a plain croissant

Come on Nero, you expect people to pay full price and then sit on this? There's no excuse for not maintaining basics like setting. GRIM.

My Wife & I had just completed a long, tiring journey from Costa Rica via Madrid and needed some fuel in the tank, coffee, but & chocolate flap jack. Reading the previous disappointed reviews... some angry and full of rather unpleasant personalised comments, I have to say our experience was fab'! Living in Costa Rica we know our coffee... our cappuccinos were terrific as were the staff. A genuinely smiley welcoming female taking our order and a crew of guys with some great, mischievous banter going on - great service and engaging people. I get that airports and travellers starting or ending their journeys - we were in arrivals - and people get tired, stressed and short of patience but I personally find it unnecessary to vent spleen on people serving in the F&B sector... but then that's just some people for you and we all have good & bad days. Well done & thanks to the CF T3 crew!

Shocking lack of service. 5-05am on a Thursday. FIVE staff on duty and they couldn’t even make ONE latte without drama. Made me wait five minutes whilst they were standing around chatting.

I fully appreciate hospitality jobs in heathrow terminal 3 are probably very challenging. However treating customers who are simply trying to buy a coffee and snack before flying with near hostility and contempt doesnt help. I suspect the staff are under trained and over worked...

Always reliable. It and rival Costa Coffee are a definite step up from Starbucks and so wish both chains would make their way over to America!
