Always getting a superb service. Staff is always friendly in particular Christine, Tom and Rosie. I also love the fact that they are very passionate about coffe and always make you feel welcome. Highly recommend! My favorite branch in Manchester

Thoroughly disappointed with this experience. Purchased a honey iced americano which didn't have the slightest hint of honey but tasted more like a sad attempt at a cold brew. As well as a pistachio iced latte which tasted more like a cherry iced latte (leaving us suspicious as to whether the barista actually listened to us when ordering). To top of these not so delicious drinks when we asked for a straw or stirrer we were denied despite there being a whole box behind the desk which forced us to go another coffee shop so that we were able to mix in the little flavour the drinks had. Overall bad experience, and as a regular at coffee shops in this area you'd be much better off at Pret or Starbucks!!!!
