The coffee is the best !!!! ( way better than any of the other well-known coffee outlets). Food is delicious ! BUT - premises are grubby and toilet is dirty and cramped and in need of refurbishment !!!!

Christmas drinks expensive and awful, asked a member of staff and was advised that’s how they were supposed to be then walked off. Don’t recommend

I do like the coffee and always find staff pleasant however the toilets are woeful. Tired, worn and way too small. Best to use the centre toilets nearby. The duel use single trap is barely wide enough to stand, not helped by wall mounted accessories fitted on direct opposite sides (reducing width too) The larger disabled toilet is also where the baby changing is and that's not exactly best ! Again use nearby centre facilities. Whomever owns/accountable show be ashamed. Please get them updated to a standard that anyone would find acceptable.

Just in Cafe Nero , obviously served a scone lying from yesterday . I would have took it back but my nicer wife wouldn’t let me .

First time visiting Caffè Nero since the lockdown was relaxed. Also the first time I’ve had a version of the vegan sausage roll by Caffè Nero. The vegan meat was thick, had a mince like texture, with a lovely taste of herbs. Much much better than the version from Greggs. I also got a mocha, which out of all the chain cafes, Caffè Nero are the best at making for their use of chocolate powder. Despite the new social distancing procedures in place, the staff handled a busy day well.

Don't usually use Nero have to be honest, won't use it again a server was unpleasant tried to put me of my choice of hot chocolate also I asked for extra warm as I always do with it and it wasn't, my daughter had a very small coffee and a piece of carrot and walnut cake witch had to very small pieces of walnut in it, no thanx. Definitely won't use Nero again sorry.

We called in here for coffee and snacks while out shopping. The coffee was good and the coffee cake I had was delicious. My husband had a tuna melt ciabatta which was also delicious. Service was good, too!

Queued for over 10 minutes (with three baristas and only two other customers in front). Another customer was served before me, and when I was eventually served didn’t even get an apology. Really shoddy service- I’ll be going to Costa next time!

Cafe Nero has a good ambience with good seating area. You can relax and have a drink and a snack during your shopping.

Cafe is primarily drinks focused obviously but there are some lovely desserts and snacks here, not sure about the soups and sandwiches, don't like counting E numbers like petrol shop sandwiches, needs to improve.

Staff are always polite and friendly. Quick service. Place can get really busy sometimes so if you have to wait a little bit be patient. Comfortable chairs and tables and calm, relaxing music in the background. Get yourself a loyalty card and make it a regular haunt.

Really don't like to put in reviews like this, because over all I received the drink I asked for and it was tasty. However there is definitely an issue with a particular member of your staff. She was not wearing a name badge otherwise I would name her here. I visited today around 2.20-2.40ish, there were 2 employees - one woman with a red/dark brown bob and some tattoos who was lovely and friendly. However the other woman was extremely rude, speaking with her back turned so that when I couldn't hear her, she would act annoyed. She was we extremely flippant and dismissive to other customers as well as myself. Definitely not a credit to the store.

The best coffee for me! Place is very relaxing and comfy.try to drink your coffee with any piece of cake and you will not regret it! In fact,i bought a whole size of their red velvet cake for my daughter's birthday and her friends love it.i never let a week passed by without my cafe latte and a piece of cake. Excellent taste and place for a cuppa😙

Visitamos este café para una cafetería y snack y creo que este café es escaso. No sé cuánto el personal se pagamos, pero no es suficiente!Esperé en una cola para la mejor parte de 20 minutos para un bocadillo y dos cafés. Las chicas detrás del mostrador parecen hacer todo. Haga sándwiches tostados de café y luego servir al cliente.Como resultado de todo esto sobre la calidad de la comida es sin dudala limpieza es también compramised con las Mesas de no conseguir limpiado y también las bandejas.En cuanto al precio es en comparación con sus competidores, así que no hay quejas.En conjunto, es un espacio agradable para comer que podría ser mejorado drásticamente con una cocina más grande detrás del área de recepción y un aumento en el nivel de personal!Felicidades al personal que están tratando todo lo posible para mantener este lugar viable!

Staff are always attentive and friendly. Warm and cosy inside, and very peaceful in a noisy shopping centre.

I always seem to forget how good the coffee in Cafe Nero is. An Americana with a piece of Sicilian Lemon cheesecake to me the taste of these items is the best. Much needed refreshment after some serious shopping

The staff at Caffe Nero are always very friendly and helpful. The coffee is excellent too, smooth and strong.

The coffee at Nero I think is the best on the high street, as it was in this branch, but I found the food (2 hot sandwiches) we had overcooked and fairly tasteless, so whilst I will be back for the coffee, I wont be for the food

Cafe Nero has reliably great coffee and scrumptious cakes plus the staff in this branch are always friendly . They have a good system using two till points so the wait is never too extreme even at peak times. If you want a quick coffee or a longer stay chatting with friends id recommend this as one of the best around the centre.

The staff are great and they know their customers. Plenty of choice for a snack or lunch. quick service.

We love Nero - the coffee is more to our taste than Starbucks or Costa, though they have less choice of cakes.We always share 2 pastries. On this occasion, there were no apricot danishes visible, but upon asking, we got one fresh from the oven. Heavenly!

Stopped for a rest whilst shopping and to get a freshreshing drink Expensive at £6.60 for both of the drinks. Nice cafe with comfortable seats. Really enjoyed our drinks but at that price could only be an occasional treat. Wifi available too which is cool

I think we have been rather spoilt by going to so many independent coffee shops in recent times. We used to rate Nero's as the best of the chains, but no longer as their coffee is perhaps a little too bitter for our preferred flat whites?This particular shop was very clean and the service was good, but the coffee was also much too hot for my liking.

Stopped at this branch of Caffe Nero in Livingston Designer Outlet as a break from shopping. My wife had a skinny cappuccino, which she assured me was very good, but passed on having something to eat. I had a latte, which was up to the usual Caffe Nero high standard, and a raspberry and white chocolate muffin. Great decision; it was really tasty.Although there are many places in the Centre for a break, I would certainly recommend Caffe Nero. It is central and good value.
