Nice coffee , friendly staff . Non-smoking seating outside a big plus 👍 If only contact with caffe nero customer service was as easy going 😑 Clean store , pleasant atmosphere

It’s a lovely little coffee shop, perfect for a sit down and a chit chat with friends or a calm date with your partner, staff are really polite and helpful. Coffee and confectioneries r grand.

Terrible customer service, ordered and paid for coffee with syrup, they didn't teste like they had syrup in so I went and asked for a cup with some in, the girl gave me a filthy look and told me to bring the cups up, I said please can I just have a cup with some in (I had a crying toddler and didn't want to be going up and down) she huffed and agresively pumped the syrup in, she then proceeded to storm over to our table and whilst smirking "you already had syrup In so you are clearly just greedy" I couldn't believe my ears. Absolutely appalling and il never return.

I got a takeaway, brilliant service but could be quicker and atmosphere was a little too hot but on a cold day it would be brilliant. It is definitely a little too expensive but I think once in a while it's worth it

I mentioned I had a milk allergy and the lady went above and beyond to ensure she served me a safe drink. She double checked the oat milk packaging to ensure it was dairy free taking the time to check everything ingredient carefully. I rarely experience such care and it was really reassuring and I was able to enjoy my drink knowing it was safe. Thank you

Special hot chocolate 4.40£ without cream and she didn’t even mentioned that they don’t have any cream only after I’ve been charged and seen it without cream! Beside the cream part the quantity is quite small as you can see in the picture,half glass! Lately poor service!

1st visit for a some time, shame air con not working, but at least side windows open so fairly cool. Still no ostaff clearing/cleaning tables.

If this is a large flat white, I’d hate to see a small. Avoid at all costs.

1st time in this particular branch in the morning, clean , good polite service , seats and toilet in good nick but this was 9am so I assume it be very busy later on but I can only rate as I see.

Have been using this coffee shop when ever visiting Grace church shopping centre Sutton Coldfield. Friendly staff and great coffee. Definitely recommend for a relaxed break whilst shopping.

Always busy,with a lovely gentle atmosphere, people working or chatting over a delicious hot frothy coffee. It's a lovely place for catch ups

Lovely staff very welcoming . Our go to place as the coffee is amazing . Only slight thing is the toilets are sometimes quite dirty .but doesn't stop me going as I don't always use them . Love the staff tho

Good place to drink a nice coffe

Always very pleasant welcoming staff. Good coffee (I normally choose the single bean special option which is always good) can be very busy inside especially when outdoor seating not possible due to weather etc. Good cakes and pastries too. Just wish it was a larger premises and (as in some American coffee houses - no children allowed!!!) it would be calmer and more peaceful to enjoy your coffee!

Second visit and second time I've had dirty cutlery, staff more interested in talking private lives than cleaning tables or emptying bins.

had some cheese and bacon toastie it was like eating a soup sandwich was awful. not the staffs fault but the food product

Best coffee in Sutton Coldfield. Staff have a habit of putting away the outside tables and chairs an hour and a half before they close - even when it's busy unfortunately

Absolutely lovely place , I also dropped my iced latte by mistake went to buy another one and one off the workers don’t know her name gave me for free which I wasn’t excepting and that’s was absolutely lovely off her to do , definitely recommend this place friendly caring polite staff always welcoming unlike some coffee shops and coffees always taste delicious sooo 5 stars for me ⭐️ 👍🏻

Very impressed with this venue, EXCELLENT staff, always helpful and smiling. Good surroundings and great coffee. However, more expensive than other mainstream coffee shops which is very important nowadays.

Very pleasant nice surroundings very nice polite helpful staff good choice of what you can eat and drink there a very good menu very comfortable in the respect of seating very airy very clean and fresh and when the weather is fine especially if it's hot sunny dry weather one can sit outside as there is ample of chairs and tables to sit at the only!!! Complaint I have with cafe Nero is the lack of facility's for disabled people the toilets especially there are two but they are quite small especially for wheelchairs and I am disabled myself and when it gets busy at times very busy there is a long long wait to use one it is very uncomfortable for me especially as I have prostate cancer that I have to going to the toilet when I am out and cafe Nero because when I am in cafe Nero i tend to spend some in there as I meet a lot of my friends there and also going with my girl friend

Really enjoy coming to this Caffe Nero. The staff are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. A very stark difference from one of the other Caffe Nero locations I had visited previously. The food selection is really good and seating is ample. They also have outdoor seating, which when the weather is good is really nice.

Lovely atmosphere in this little coffee shop, it doesn't feel like a chain at all. My fave cappuccino!

Nice place to stop for coffee & snacks etc, well kept and staff friendly. There is a core of "regulars" which enforces this is a good place to go, recommended.

I went into cafe Nero yesterday day asked for a large cappuccino to take away and it was nasty couldn’t taste the coffee at all mostly milk only plus a tiny bit of chocolate on top so I wouldn’t come back to this place again.

A good coffee shop with plenty of options on drinks as well as food, service was good and it was clean and tidy, tables cleared away quick ready for other customers, the atmosphere was calm and not too noisy

Caffe Nero is a favorite place especially because my late husband loved sitting at the table outside people watching while I shopped. I visit Caffe Nero whenever I can because of the lovely memories.

This is my favorite coffee shop,lovely coffee(not too bitter) and I love the vegan raspberry croissant I've just bought my own reusable cup(you get 2 stamps instead of one for using it lol)very nice,I'll travel from Erdington to Sutton rather than using the coffee shops in Erdington.Nice staff too!

Quiet little shop I struggled to get my pushchair in the shop, I've ordered hot chocolate twice and it's been cold 🥶

Last few weeks it's gone downhill Today, 2 large latte coffee spilled over the cups and left stained, cup was only three quarters full, the rest froth The other Luke warm, not like Sutton branch, I told them they just topped up in same cups. Should have been replaced . Think I deserve better than that, I am a good regular

Pedí un café con leche frío porque en la foto estaba muy apetecible, pero nada que ver con la realidad!! Y el pastel de chocolate y plátano lo quemaron al calentarlo en la plancha. Todo malísimo!!! La camarera nos atendió con desgana y las mesas estaban todas sucias y llenas de vasos y tazas de clientes anteriores.😡😡😡

Little disappointed. We sat out side from around 4.45. By 5.05 the girl is coming out and taking tables and chairs in, saying we don't close till 6? We couldn't understand why they were taking them in so early, made us feel unwelcoming

So we visited on Sunday,they spillt my first coffee,so I refused it 2nd coffee turns up,is it skinny milk,oh no sorry,I will do it again,at this point my wife had finished hers so we refused,we were not offered a refund,so we got up and left and went across the road to coffee 1,no problems there, won't use again sorry

I had a caramel latte and a classic hot chocolate with cream the coffee tasted great and the hot chocolate was enjoyed by my son. The staff was very pleasant when ordering and serving the drinks.

I am regular Costomer with Nero , I went last Monday i had two large coffee , the coffee was lovely as usually but the the tow cup we has was very dirty not clean at all , they could not believe my eyes.

Excellent service very reliable and the coffee the very best, the Belgium chocolate fudge cake was outstanding!!! Will definitely go back.

What made the difference here was the friendly staff who brought my drink over to me seeing that I had my hands full with my baby son. The hot chocolate was nice. Thank you staff (young lady).

Nice pleasant place to have a coffee and a cake or a sandwich, My wife loves carrot cake but she hates sultanas which comes in most of the carrot cakes brand, But if you would like a piece of carrot cake without sultanas Caffè Nero is the place which you will find no sultanas in there carrot cake.

I'm a professional reviewer and stress tester. Your O2 marketing is having a negative effect on your earning of long term customers in a negative fashion. People have been taking your name too literally. I like to drink coffee without reliving ancient Roman habits.

The table was full of dirty plates which I had to move myself so I could sit down but apart from that the hot chocolate was lush and it was around a nice place for a drink.

Love love love my Caffe Nero, my local branch in Sutton Coldfield, always great service and great coffee, currently they have Guatemalan coffee beans try it it is so punchy with flavour and very different. Great tasty winter menu the pancetta and pork s a usage roll is so sic ulent and tasty 👍💙
