Caffe Nero in Enfield

Very nice coffee shop. The prices are a little steep but the coffee is worth it. The staff were really friendly. Would recommend and would go again after pay day.

Quite shocking customer service I’m a regular here, well not after Sunday. Usual moody character behind the counter ( everyone knows who this girl is ). Ordered flat white which was made very poorly ended up going back to the counter to actually ask for the cup to be filled as only half a coffee was given to me. Attitude given and a lack of customer focus, especially by the new girl Janice ( with a C ) who did not know who her manager was when I asked a who can I complain to. Why won’t someone not know their manager - I figure she was lying to me. She then to defend her colleague who now had turned her back after I said her attitude is terrible. Janice this new girl tried to defend her by saying we have been here since 5am and she is on her period - again another lie to fob me off as this particular girl is like this all the time. She then insisted I could go elsewhere if I wasn’t happy with the service. This is exactly what I’ll be doing alongside letting everyone around the community know of the terrible employees that are stationed at Cafe Nero. I do hope mangement take a look into the sort of practices that are being conducted by their employees.

This place is not maintained to even minimum standard, if you happen to eat in, you ought to clear the table, toilet is filthy with no sanitation, no toilet paper. When I raised with the young chap who was serving the customers, not only didn't apologise but was rude. This branch is my local and will not be visiting in future.

Ok but always too hot inside and too many smokers at front when windows are open

usually i have a good experience in this nero however this afternoon had rude customer service towards me and my co workers.

Staff and food is amazing but the people usually there are just loud or don’t care who’s around and will just be in your way

The air conditioning is apparently either broken or deliberately turned off to save on expenses. As a result, both staff and customers are left sweating inside. It's one thing for customers to choose to stay, but forcing employees to work in such conditions should be illegal. Shame on you, Caffè Nero.

I ordered vanilla milk shake.she gave me some ice cube shake which is in white colour….i was watching how she prepared. Around 30ml of milk (for the colour) full of ice cubes and vanilla syrup…grinds it nicely for the price of £4.45. Mate I ordered vanilla flavoured milk shake not vanilla flavoured ice cube shake….so disappointed…..I will never step in again for milk shakes (try to add good amount of milk for the milk shakes)…other than that all good….

Poor service overall as instructions not followed and barista made excuses. Roast is quite dark also, if that is anyone's preference - not mine.

Always make an effort coming here every morning before I start work. Big shout to Camila, always helpful and a smile to die for....she is a gem and hope the management appreciate her talent.

Unfortunately it’s so hit and miss how your drinks turn out and the customer service you get. The amount of times they run out of products too. My partner likes luxury hot chocolate and they just don’t seem to sort out their stock control as it’s a gamble if they have or not. Or about three times what the staff do is give you a normal hot chocolate and not even tell you and when you get home realise you’ve paid for substandard product. Always different people behind the counter too so it not clear who the manager is to raise issues with.

The customer service in here has gone downhill - really surly, could-not-be-less-interested woman on the counter. Dirty cups everywhere. Nice coffee, but not nice enough to tempt me back given the awful service.

We were go to Caffè Nero. It was beautiful it is ok. We drank coffee. Nice.👌

Atmosphere: no stress start to the day.

It's my local place to unwind and distress. Calm place and reasonably quiet in the evening after 4pm. Friendly staff that have great customer service skills and l love the music that plays in the background.

They always forget to add all items when you order on UberEats

Really bad customer service from a trainee barista. She was a short Indian girl, that definitely needs to be retrained! Will not revisit!

The guy with curly hair looks like he has no experience to be barista. We ordered for our kids simply baby chino he charged us for that and he did just milk and chocolate powder on the top. Very disappointed with his behaviour as well

It’s great to have Cafe Nero in Southgate, and I agree with the comment that the girl with curly hair is very nice and friendly. Not the one with straight hair, who wears glasses, always looks so tired, and every time I order to her and request cream on my drink, every time she will reply “out of stock”.

Great new place in Southgate with a nice ambiance and lovely staff! The trainee Barrista (sorry, can’t spell it!) with the curly hair is particularly lovely and friendly. High key 11/10 ☺️

Southgate FINALLY has a good coffee shop as most coffee shops are horrible and filled with smokers. Staff were really friendly, even the training employees were great! Food and coffee was fantastic and at a reasonable price! I also discovered that the atmosphere is identical to the old Harris and hoole coffee shop which used to be there. I was also there on opening day (21st October). Highly recommended
