I buy coffee every day in this place, the employees are very polite, but all the work is done by a very young girl with long and thin hair. She works like 3 at once, very polite and extremely hardworking and a delicious coffee. Thank you for all the effort you put in for your customers

Internet is not working. Because it's really cosy and drinks are nice, I always give a try to come here but every time I go back home with disappointness. I really hope they will fix the internet. It's been so long. That's the only reasons why I put 1 star but it's really important.

It’s a really weird place. There are workers treating the café like it’s a playground. The staff and managers are occupying the customers tables so that they can do their spreadsheets and interview workers.

I like this coffee shop. It offers a range of coffees that should meet any coffee lover's dream desires, certainly more than my simple experience. The seats and table look like a slightly weird but comforting amalgam of an aristocrat's snuggery and a hippies chill space. Old armchairs, leather, rough tables. Some delicious pastries.

De verdad que si se desea tomar un café italiano en Londres este es el lugar indicado, nada que hacer, cada vez que estoy en Londres busco ésta cafetería porque los productos de pastelería, café y capuchino son excelentes.

I absolutely loved my today’s visit here. From outside it’s not expected to find such a big sitting area inside. The staff was friendly and the music in background was lovely - jazz, not too loud not to silent. The place was nice and tidy.

Nero coffee is better than comparator chain coffee shops, it just is. This branch has lovely staff, and clean comfy chairs.

This is my favourite Nero chain so far. I love the spacious space behind the counter bar and relaxed background music. It is a quiet cafe most of the time and many people will be working on their laptop like I do or reading a book. The selection of food is the same as the Earl's Court branch but drinks and service is definitely better here.

One of the best coffee shops in London. It is a real coffee shop,..friendly relaxing place.You can drink your coffee peacefully as listening a nice music in the background.You can read or surf in the internet at the same time as well.It is very difficult to find such a coffee shop in London anymore.

Just good start with a wonderful cup of coffee and sometimes with additional quick croissants, cinnamon swirl

A very cozy and comfortable environment with great staff, and of course good coffee. There's a place for everyone, in the sense that the cafe feels like there are different areas where one can study, relax, socialize etc. Only small issue, if you're one to use your mobile phone as a Hotspot or need mobile connectivity in general, that back of the cafe has weak and sometimes no signal.

Always friendly service. Probably the best hot chocolate from a chain cafe.

Used to be very nice place with good service. Last few times service is quiet rude, not pleasant at all, it smells badly inside, and in general not nice at all. I advise managers to have a look at this. I personally not coming back.

Much like all Cafe Neros! I see they're doing mini pizza now and have decided food choices which is good and looked nice. I didn't try though - just bought my usual soya coffee which with an extra shot is always good.

Staff are extremely friendly, and the shop has plenty of seating. Quality of drinks is as you'd expect from a Caffè Nero, but it's the service at this particular branch which was particularly good.

My favourite place in Fulham Road, a bit expensive if you sit down

A very comfy and quaint store ideal for students. Staff are very polite and the service is immaculate. The store is also dog friendly. One recommendation would be to install charging ports near the chairs.

Time and time again, Nero shows me they don't deserve my continued patronage. Today, I was accused of coming in to use the toilet, after I had been sitting for half an hour under the baristas' noses with a coffee. No one likes to be accused of wrongdoing, but especially someone who has already paid for your service. Never coming back.

One of the nicer Cafe Nero's you'll go to. I used to spend a lot of time here when I lived locally for a number of years, often prior to travelling for ice hockey. The staff are always friendly and it's quite like and the decor was improved a few years back (as per the chain face lift).

Friendly baristas with a great memory for faces, this has become my regular coffee shop in town. The coffee is good, the seating area is generous, the atmosphere is pleasant. Franchise coffee shops are fairly interchangeable, but the recognition, smiles and service we get from the staff here make it a jewel of the Fulham Road. Comfy leather seating, low tables, the occasional dog, and a quiet environment allow this coffee shop to fill in as a home from home, a pub, an office space, or just a discreet place to natter.

I visit here to see a client who has a store nearby. It is a pleasant place to spend half an hour or so and has a quirky feel. Refreshments are of the Nero quality you would expect. Plenty of seating is available albeit only inside (outside is straight on to a narrow public pavement).
