Very good staff, helpful and polite and yummy coffee

Staff were lovely and the iced latte was good but the pre-made vegetarian Panini was a little lacking. Not the staff in shops fault though!

Only downfall is the toilet it's dirty and needs updating and painting

Great services with a smile and going the extra mile. My first visit to any Caffé Nero, but I'm pretty sure I'll be visiting again. Personally, I prefer other High Street coffee blends, but nice to go somewhere I feel valued.

This is a carefully considered review after one to many poor visits. Unfortunately today will be my last visit to Caffé Nero, a coffee shop chain I have loved for many, many years, always choosing to visit new cafes when on my travels around the United Kingdom (I’ve visited approximately 75 different sites in total). Having once visited this chain as frequently as 3-4 times per week, I’m saddened to say that the service received in this Redditch branch (both today and on many occasions previously) falls far below even the most basic of expectations. The sheer abruptness of the staff and lack of care in their craft is all too apparent. Upon ordering a cappuccino (a straightforward creation which has been really hit and miss at this, and other stores of late) it was handed to me full to the brim of overly milky coffee, spilling down the sides with no milk foam in sight, only a wafer thin coffee coloured fuzz. I would normally politely accept the drink with thanks, disappointingly sip it and leave in the hope the next would be better. Today I asked whether the barista would mind remaking it, using a spoon to point out the contents of the cup was purely overly milky coffee, no foam. The drink was hastily removed from the tray, hardly a word muttered before a second drink was later brought to my table, this one barely any better. I received the second with thanks, the barista chose to ignore me, turned their back and walked away. Not wanting to create any more ill feeling, I reluctantly drank my cappuccino and left. Once a pleasure, now a (very expensive) disappointment.

Its difficult to review this nero as its always hit and miss. I've had dreadful coffee and beautiful coffee. I've experienced excellent customer service and awful. Most recently the coffee and service was good,the store was fairly quiet and seemed reasonably clean, but I'm always apprehensive as you simply can't guarantee what you'll receive.

Went in today in Redditch the female staff member should be more customer aware. She was to busy chatting with someone and not acknowledging customers standing waiting to be served and no apology for keeping us waiting!!!!

Redditch staff (especially Abby) of Cafe Nero are absolutely lovely. They make it a place where people can meet, work, read, chat or just sit and think in a comfortable, friendly environment. One of my favourite corners of our town.

Visited here on a Sunday morning early and it was nice and quiet with a very helpful and cheery lady barista. The only downside of our visit was the tired furniture. Otherwise it was great and I'd go back for sure!

Love the coffee and cakes, but generally looks as if it needs a good clean, lack if staff as usual and no WiFi which is a pain as it's like a Blackmore, no signal at all. Def used to have free WiFi!

Had the most disgusting sausage roll of my life that has left me ill for days. Never going here again.

Had a doctors appointment arrived early so we had a americano each and walnut and banana cake slice each sat outside in my wheelchair for ease but even though it was windy and a bit chilly we were warmed by the lovely coffee and cake cheered us up before doctors appointment!!! Vicki

I am a regular customer at the Redditch Cafe Nero branch, the coffee is great but what really brings me back are the staff. Becky and frank are brilliant. Becky always has a smile on her face and always makes you feel welcome. 100% reccommend

Very friendly polite staff always happy to talk and have a laugh with good service very clean very few dirty bits but you expect that with people coming and going like finger prints I know it can't be helped as I'm in the same kind of industry

Brought my mom and 2 yr old here, service was as quick as to be expected when they could only have 1 server behind the counter due to social distancing. The coffee was lovely and my daughter loved having her own chocolate milk in a takeaway cup like ours, which was served at a perfect temp for her

I've come here numerous times and the staff are always up for a chat! They even told me what my order is actually called ( and it was so good). If I'm in redditch ( and that's not very oftern) I always come here

Beautiful place for a relaxing drink. The food is great especially the red velvet cake. The tables could do with cleaning off of excess cups & plates, but it is a lovely decorated place with nice staff and a pleasant atmosphere.

The staff on today (12.4.19 ) could not have been more friendly. Engaged with everyone who came in, especially an OAP who was on his own. Took time to sit & chat to him in-between serving. Well done girls....great coffee too!!

Completely ignored. I understand when you're making drinks it's hard to continue serving but no need to completely ignore the person stood waiting for 10 minutes without even a smile or "I'll be with you in a minute". Left before getting a drink so cant comment on that.
