Have Been using this Nero for some years usually great coffee and food. Well not anymore we will be going elsewhere from now on. Place was absolutely disgusting dirty tables, floors,cutlery, toilets disgusting doors smashed in not working. Seats all broken and filthy dirty😕 also unsavoury customers I'm sure nero wouldn't be happy with such a shame.

Place is filthy floor doesn't look like it's seen a mop in a long time.. seats stinking too.. find all neros not very clean but this is the worst I've seen... don't know how they get away with it with food and hygiene inspections

A café where you can enjoy excellent hot and cold drinks. Located in the heart of the capital. Enjoy the terrace if the weather permits.

Very average coffee at premium prices. Service was quite slow, however the staff were friendly enough and the opening hours are better than most other city centre coffee shops.

We sat outside, which may have been our folly. We got to be gassed by the smokers enjoying the afternoon sunshine. Coffee was good, but I believe it may have also caused a later tsunami in the bathroom department. That single origin coffee appears to have some poke to it.

Such a great branch to visit. The staff are very welcoming, professional and helpful. There's one barrista who really does go above and beyond. He'll make your food and drink exactly as you ask even making suggestions on what to try, what other people are trying, catering to your taste. There's a good amount of space for people like me who need help to get around and a bathroom (which is clean) kept for baby changing and people who aren't able to climb stairs. As its in a busy pedestrian precinct it's generally well stocked when I call in, being on the sunny side of the street it's a perfect place to rest with a good coffee on a sunny day. Plus victoria square is literally just across the way.

Rude staff . Had a coffee cup from another place in w me since i was somewhere else for a while and was only meeting friends . staff member told me i couldn’t have my coffee cup from another place in here and made me put in inside a nero cup. not even in a polite way .

A good Caffe Nero. Very Close to the major shopping venues but slightly hidden. Not too busy. No huge queues. I received friendly service on the three times I went there in my recent Belfast holiday.

very dirty tables outside and inside. always a que. not enough staff. disabled toilet not in use. and door handle broken. also toilet up stairs were disgusting. places needs a good clean up

Got to spend the day in Belfast today and with the weather suddenly turning summer their mango and passionfruit smoothie just made everything right again in the world! And what a lovely crew!

Milk was roasting, took 40 mins before I could drink my coffee. Toilet was disgusting.

Definitely one of the better Cafe Neros in NI. My experience has been always clean, friendly and engaging staff. Tried the recommended house coffee being Brazil this month and wasn’t disappointed. Good spacious area for eating inside or outside.

I usually like caffè Nero but I didn't enjoy my trip to this one. I think maybe it was a little under staffed. The staff were nice and seemed to be enjoying themselves. But quality was definitely amiss and the toilets were absolutely disgusting. The glasses we got were dirty. Definitely not up to the usual standard.

One of the stop offs on the way home after a manic shopping adventure before Santa comes. Shame they’re not licensed 😂. Salted caramel latte is way better than anything Starbucks offer. Turkey panini was pretty good too. Filled a hole.

Staff are friendly and lovely, quite a variety of seating to choose from. Only reason I haven't rated 5 stars is because there is only one bathroom and it doesn't lock properly.

You know somewhere is doing it right when you return regularly. Never any issues, nice coffee. Tasty pastries.

Ordered two paninis and a milkshake on Uber eats. The order came with a note saying “no paninis”. Rung them and they said they try to fulfil the order as much as possible. You could of at least tried to ring me or cancel the order. Unbelievable.

In today to buy a take away tea and the member of staff who served me was quite rude. Maybe it was just a bit early. But just a please or thank you can make a world of different. Bit my tongue smiled and was overly polite. Might have just been a bad day.

Usually Nero cafe is my favourite in the city, but definitely not this one. Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff, not ready to listen what you order, do what they want and make a huge favour if you ask for cinnamon or some toppings.

My all time favourite drink; chai latte, it always comes with a lovely layer of foam & cinnamon, mmm yummy! Great food/snacks and hot/cold drinks that are reasonably priced. They cater for many dietary requirements; vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and nut free. Roomy on the inside, good seating on the outside (very good for people watching). Staff are nice, friendly. Free WiFi. Very good cleanliness throughout. Patron only toilet/disabled toilet and baby changing facilities. They also deliver through Uber Eats. Opens Mon to Sat: 7am -7pm and Sun: 8am - 7pm

Not very busy so plenty of seats. Food was alright but cleanliness was an issue.. Our spoons camevery dirty, cups greasy and staff wasn’t very friendly..

Stopped here while on shopping visit to Belfast. As it was a Sunday most shops don't open until 1pm so this was ideal to sit, drink coffee, use the WiFi, charge your phone and watch the world go by before having to be dragged round every shop on the high street. Good friendly service and well worth a visit.

Who's needs Starbucks and Costa when there's a caffe Nero on every corner of Belfast, but the coffee here is just as good as any, what makes Caffe Nero better is that the atmosphere is a lot more warm and cosy, so you can sit down and relax here unlike a lot of other big coffee brands, i will always choose a Caffe Nero over Starbucks and Costa just because of that reason

Called yesterday 28th Sept as this is usual coffee stop (2/3 times) a week, as always staff pleasant, coffee and toasted sausage sandwich v good , food is always up to scratch. Yesterday, however I used the Gents upstairs, probably first time and will be last, politely it was disgusting, filthy and in dire need of cleaning. Won’t deter me calling for coffee/food etc but come on Nero you can do better (I know Saturday’s are busy but take five mins to ensure cleanliness matches service) Jack
