Great coffee, the staff are friendly and polite. It is a small place but you can usually find a space to sit for 1-2 people and they clear the tables quickly.

A lovely place, only two staff, a really long que, one member of staff clearing tables but likely needed to jump on the till. I was also told I could not get stamps for discounted drinks. This was not true for the other cafe Nero near the market so unsure why she said this to me. Also they did not have the lovely brioche egg and bacon sandwiches that they do in the other one which wad a shame. Amazing coffee though. Need to be more pro active at recognising a que and people getting annoyed at waiting too long.

The staff there are always the friendliest and they do really good mocha with alternative milk.And they have one of the best carrot cakes.And to top it off, the staff there are always so friendly.

Your staff with brown hair and septum treated customer disrespectfully. Terrible and will not return to this brunch again.

Coffees are good but cleanliness is an issue . Spotted so much grime in their kitchen with cobwebs around the hanging lights

Too expensive and not such a nice range for lunch from John Lewis so we found Nero to have a much better choice

Oat milk is gluten free, great for coeliacs! Always quite quick here, good service, although limited seating. Recommend the hot chocolate.

The coffee is good but the service isn't great. Tables are left dirty when people leave or only given a very brief wipe. Not very hygienic.... But the coffee is good

Staff are incredible...my second home!

This is the first coffee shop I have been to since being on a low FODMAP diet that had something other than crisps I could eat. Throughly enjoyed the dairy/ gluten-free chocolate brownie.

Just the best in Norwich, always a service with a smile, and the coffee is brilliant as well.

Some foods are nice, like sausage roll or the croissants. Coffe is not great enough for me.

Lovely lovely staff. Standard Caffe Nero food and drink, I enjoy the drinks but find the food overpriced though this is not the fault of this particular location. Nice place for people watching or escaping the cold but it is frequently busy and the seats are all very close together.

Très bon café situé pas loin de la gare de Norwich et idéal pour faire une petite pause, que ce soit sucré ou salé. J'ai personnellement testé le chai latte avec une sorte de cake aux lardons et j'ai adoré ! Grande quantité de choix, service très agréable je recommande

This is a lovely little place for a chilled coffee and a bite to eat. I visit every time I'm in the city. Lovely staff, a nice variety on the menu and the cafe is always clean and tidy.

Coffee is great, so I'm happy. All the seating by the window are old dirty and broken. They don't look good. Otherwise perfect place.

Pretty quiet and relaxed cafe to visit, was keen to try the new cherry iced latte and it didn't disappoint! My server was lovely and put my mind at rest somewhat about my impending wisdom tooth removal.

Went it for a salted caramel hot chocolate and was not disappointed. Much better than my local cafe nero. Better taste and no horrible after taste!

Very good coffee, served by excellent barista.

Food was fine but the attitude of the barista was disgusting! We decided to go to the toilet before leaving and due to the queue for the toilet, it took longer than expected. When it was my disabled mother’s turn, the barista got in her face and loudly said “we are closed.” However my mother had already asked the other worker who said it was fine as we were paying customers and it wasn’t our fault we were late. Once she came out, we asked him which door to leave from as they were locked and he ignored us. We repeated the question and he walked us over to the door and unlocked it for us. We walked out and said thank you to which he grunted at us angrily and glared at me horribly. I will be taking this further and I will be contacting head office. My mother was in tears from his aggressive and intimidating behaviour!

Staff seemed a bit absent and the female was very bossy and patronising.

Lovely staff. I like the layout of the cafe with the brick and books etc. Very cosy in the winter and cool in the summer. Good location by the mall. I go in often to study.

Ordered via just eat - food was delivered, not 1 item what we ordered, just notes saying they ran out of the items so they threw in what they felt like - no consideration to allergies etc, refused to cancel the order or provide a refund. Even what they had delivered was not as per the menu anyway seriously don’t bother from here

Dreadful visit. Last one to this Caffè Nero. Ever. Asked for 2 coffees. Both extra hot. 1 Cappucino without sprinkles. 1 mocha In paper cups but we were drinking in. Other drinkers had crockery. Mocha was disgusting. And warm, you could hold the outside of the paper cup. Did I say that others had crockery whilst we had paper cups. Cappuccino however was hot, so hot it was hard to hold the cup. (I'm not complaining about this but giving the contrast that the barista (🤣 barista, what a joke) could manage it once but not twice. Now have a disgusting aftertaste I'm my mouth. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Anywhere before you come here

Have been a regular at the Cafe Nero at the entrance to Chapel field, for years but today I had an Americano and it was terrible! Have they changed their blend?

They will not take cash. Why not!!!
